Food was delicious, curries are better than any restaurant and the Kulhad Chai was next level.

Food was good in portion and taste. Tea was amazing, refreshing, served in kulhad and was given to me to take home. And the owner was amazingly humble and highly nice. Would definitely keep revisiting him. Thanks to Takka Tak! :)

Me and my husband visited for the first time. We initially lost our way and weren’t able to locate it but eventually figured it out. We ordered kheema pav and chole kulcha .. it was so good then we asked for a papdi chaaat which was okay. Finally we ordered tea and that was great too. Ended up taking an Afghani chicken parcel home and my god that delicious. Customer service is top notch and it’s a very nice place to enjoy your hot meal in the evenings. Highly recommend ! We want to take our friends too as we are sure they would love the food. !!

We stopped by the truck Takka Tak for dinner, the owner was welcoming, but then felt the food isn't upto the mark. Naans were super soft, but the curries like methi chicken & chicken vindaloo wasn't that good. Paneer curry was good, but not the tawa roti. Also tried their mud cup tea, which was okay. We did notify the owner that the Vindaloo wasn't good and he compensated it by giving free gulab jamuns.

The food is 10/10. Service is 11/10. Going here again for our late night cravings. Absolutely love the vibe.

Really good food. I am not a huge curry head but I do enjoy a deep flavoured curry with a lot of spice and Takka Take delivered on both accounts. Vindaloo was really flavourful and the rice and nan were really fresh and delicious. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

Saw their ratings and had to try! Drove half an hour and it was definitely worth it! Chicken Vindaloo & goat curry combo with rice and nan bread was a delight. The normal nan was so crispy and make sure to try their hot chai tea when you’re done! Service was great and they are too friendly and kind. Thank-you!!

The food was perfect. We gave a feedback to up the spice level of amritsari cholay. The owner was very nice and welcoming. He humbly took the constructive feedback. Chicken Vindaloo and Qeema Pav was too good. One of the best I’ve had so far in Melbourne. Keep it up Mukesh G 👍🏻

Just had a late night dinner at Takka tak. Was craving for some delicious Indian dishes and my god this place is definitely one of the best in town. You can feel the love and passion of this guy through his dishes. Simply outstanding

Do yourself a favor and visit this food truck. The food is absolutely amazing,Customer service at its finest.We had badnam keema pav and samosa chat. Both were delicious. Definitely we will be back.

Ordered to go, sat in local park & enjoyed. First time ordering, had to go with the Dal Makhani. Super generous portion, wasn’t sure if I’d eat it all but surely enough, was polished clean. Will definitely order from here again. Thank you!

If you have not visited this place, you are definitely missing something.. we drove 40 minutes to visit this place and must say that we loved it. Outstanding customer service… the owner makes you feel so special… I am speechless and have no words to explain his politeness. If you want to spend $20… I am sure you won’t come back until spending more than triple as the food is so delicious. Keep up the good work… keep shining and rocking✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

I highly recommend this food truck! The food is incredibly delicious, bursting with flavor. The person running it is not only a skilled chef but also incredibly sweet and welcoming. A delightful experience overall!
