Terrible service. The machine where you order didn't take the payment, of nobody. So we finished our order, put in the table number and it said go to counter to pay. That's what we did, after more then 10 minutes the food still didn't come, I went to counter and asked what's happening. They had the food waiting there since 10 minutes. The not so intelligent manager(understatement) started discussing (!) that she would only change the fries, the rest was completely cold as well obviously. I told her we put in table number and all her answer was did u tell this again when paying. Well duh, why would we ?! She started saying we should just have known , haha so stupid its unreal. I told her it's unacceptable and that I wanted the complaints book, then suddenly it wasn't a problem changing the food. Very rude, very stupid girls, both of them in the blue shirts. To finish on a happy note, the guy working there with half long hair seemed fast and nice to everybody, I doubt he can run the shop on its own though, basically what he is doing. WON'T BE BACK and will tell my clients /friends not to bother going there either.

Great McDonald's and had a play area for the kids, why McDonald's in Britain don't do this I don't know.

This is with out doubt the worst Mc Donald’s in the world. We tried to get a take away last night. It took half an hour, and was cold. The ice creams had melted. The staff refused to even enter into a conversation about how bad it was. I feel sorry for the expense spent on this building, only to be run by complete incompetent people. Whilst we was there we witnessed other people complaining, one guy got charged twice! And the staff refused to accept it.

Meat was bad. My son nearly threw up.

Just got home to find some of my order missing & no phone number online or on the receipt to contact them

Can someone please order some pepper. I have been coming in now for over one month and you have no pepper. For me it is vital to add some flavour to the burger. Please order some pepper

Food was amazing as always. Probably it’s a new restaurant so everything looks clean and new. But unfortunately in the evening it took a very long time to get our food. in the drive it even took 30 minutes for 2 McFlurrys

It's just a maccas innit. It's clean. the food came hot. Service started slowing down as customers started piling up however.

It is a McDonald's. What else is there to say. I don't usually eat food here otherwise, but for a McDonald's, it is good I guess :) Review is relative to being a fast food place, otherwise it would be 3's?
