Definitely should be on your list of places to visit in Estepona, such a beautiful building and the orchidarium is absolutely fantastic! It was only €3 per adult and took roughly 30-60 mins to walk around. So many varied species of orchids as well as other plants and thoroughly enjoyed, does also have a ramp and lift for disabled access.

This place is such a gem in old town Estepona. Living and working in Hawai’i, this place feels and smells at time like the Hawaiian islands. Beautiful plans in a very tranquil environment. I can’t remember admission price but I t was something ultra low.

Visited this place many times. It is beautiful. Really gives you this feeling of being in the tropical garden somewhere in Thailand. Last night this has it open for the museum night and as there is no artificial light we felt like we ended up in a jungle at night. Great experience. I highly recommend

Great place! It's a wonderful tropical oasis with some spectacular orchids. At 3€, it is one of the least expensive attractions my wife and I have visited in four months in Spain over the last year and a half.

It was beautiful, but I expected more blooming flowers. I still had a great time and it is well worth the €3 entry fee. I might even return during a different time of the year.

Beautiful!! you think you suddenly stepped into a tropical place !! It is located in the middle of Estepona and the ceiling is outstanding!! It also has a small lake with goldfish and a waterfall!!

It won't take you long to look at everything but at €3 entrance fee per adult it won't break the bank. Although we visited in the winter (February) there were still orchids in bloom to look at. We have been told that it's much better during the summer months as there will be an array of colours to see. Still, we weren't disappointed.

A small but beautiful place...very fitting for a town that clearly loves flowers and adorns itself with them on every street. Even in mid-december there was plenty to see for those who love plants and have a keen eye. Part of it was closed and I still really enjoyed my visit

Amazing place if you like orchids. The only minus that part of it was closed for some construction works. Will be definitely back in different seasons to see other species in bloom.

Great place to spend an hour or so with kids, cheap entry price 3 euro for adults and a euro for kids. There is underground parking nearby offe Calle Mallorca, just a couple of minutes walk, a bit closer than the beachside underground parking. Recommend it to anyone visiting Estepona

Great place to visit, we go every couple of months the setting is lovely too. Just wish it had a coffee shop onsite, it would be lovely just to sit and take it all in with a coffee.

Worth spending 45 mins especially if the weather is full or wet. Surprising what they pack in. Only €3 entry.

Amazing place, definitely a must! We came down from Marbella to visit it and definitely worth it. Only 3 euros for entree too. Not all orchids in bloom at the moment, but plenty of other plants to look at. It's 1 way system so take your time looking around.

Excellent! Soooo many different orchids! A very pleasant walk through this lovely garden, listening to waterfall and birds (audio, but the effect was same without droppings!) and learning about orchids. Beautiful!!!

3€ . wonderful! very cute flowers and plants from the tropics. If you come driving, the parking in Plaza Antonia Guerrero cost 1€ the day, no matter how long you stay. Very enjoyable visit!

Nice place for orchidea lovers. If you are not an orchid enthiusiast you may be little dissapointed, because there is quite a lot of flowers but only some of them are just blooming.

What a little gem, we learnt a lot about the different species of Orchids thanks to Alba and Ana who took the time to show us round and point out orchids that we would never have known were Orchids! It was great to understand that every month there will be different flowering orchids, around 130 varieties each month. The entrance fee is only €3. We will certainly go back to see different varieties. Thanks Alba & Ana for taking the time to talk us through the species you made it very interesting 🥰

Aivankuin sademetsä 😊, ihastuttava kokonaisuus. Hyvin hoidetut kasvit. Paljon muitakin kauniita kasveja, ei pelkästään orkideoja. Ihana vesiputous. Suosittelen. Lokakuussa ei moni orkidea ikäväkseni kukkinut.

Wow. What a place to visit. €3 per person. So many Orchids. So beautiful. Only popped in as we were in Estepona. So glad we did. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was super. Felt like I was in the most beautiful rain forest.

Nice way to spend an hour and get some good photos. A lot of work goes into growing the varieties. Nice feature in a cool town, probably our favorite stop along the coast.

Even in November there was plenty to see. Look for the little and tiny ones. Deep inside the building is a secret tropical oasis hiding. Very enjoyable visit. I was hopping to buy few different orchids but no sale shop or gift shop provided 🤔

You would never find this place in a hurry but we'll worth it if orchids are your thing. Only put an hour aside and you will have this covered. Closes at lunchtime. A great selection of orchids and timing of when they are blooming essential. Very limited parking close by. Will be back if in the area.

Good to see orchids in bloom. Last visit nothing to see wrong time of year. Just short visit. 3 euros entry.

An amazing opportunity to be indoors and enjoy the variety of orchids. Nice to visit when is cold outside. The building is amazing and it really shapes the landscape of the surrounding area

Excellent. We love this place. Well kept garden and the actual orchids inside are fascinating. Relatively cheap to get in. Worth a visit if holidaying in Estepona

Extremely cheap entrance, lovely place to visit if u have a passion for flowers, I think 1-2hrs is amble time to see everything you need too.

A really lovely place to visit, a wonderful experience for the orchid lover, many different species and varieties, obviously seasonally dependant with which varieties are flowering. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and will point out orchids you might not otherwise notice.

Great place. Really cheap entry is only 3€ before entry you can watch a 10 min movie what and how everything works. I'm fully recommended this place if you are in Esteponna . It's hard find free parking space around. Most road was free but bussy. Inside bulding is massive waterfall soo is really exited. Great and friendly staff in front desk. Remember check opening hours before ( midle day brake)😉

A fantastic place, small but beautifully formed with a wonderful waterfall. With over 50 species of Orchids obviously its impossible they will all be in flower at the same time but at 3€ entry it's hardly breaking the bank. It might be an idea to include a photo next to each flower of what a flower would look like. A nice way to spend the morning :)

Not a huge place, but very pleasant for a walk round for an hour. Not very expensive either.

  • 5/5 Paul F. 1 year ago on Google
Lovely place to visit with an entrance fee of only €3. Try and time your visit ahead of any coach or group tours as the place isn't massive, although what they can display has been very well thought out.

Lovely little place and only 3 euros entrance. The building is nicely designed, a great spot for a picked lunch. Reminds me a bit of the orchid display at Kew Gardens

Lovely and intimate. Numerous orchid and plant varieties. Amazing indoor waterfalls. Inexpensive 1 to 1.5 hour retreat from the heat and bustle of the city.

👍👍 Very nice beach, clean public toilets, open air showers and wash stations. They are places to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Many playgrounds for children. On the weekends they have craft fairs. We were there in June and it was not crowded at all.
