Lovely place with lovely staff and the food is absolutely delicious.

Good variety fish platter enough for 2 people at 15 euros. Service was rather slow but waiter was helpful and polite.

The Romanian food is home made and rustic and DELICIOUS. You feel like a member of the family the moment you sit down, and they remember their regulars. The dishes are excellent, the portions are generous and they LOVE kids which is a major plus. The waiting staff are friendly and funny and multilingual. Highly recommended!

My lunch at Mar y Sol was perfect. I ordered Andalusian Fried fish platter which is for 2 but I requested if they can prepare for 1 person n they did. The staff was good n humble. They give you good.suggestions.

We had dinner here over two occasions and on both of those, the food was superb. Everything was fresh, delicious and very well priced. The staff were attentive, very friendly and welcoming. For us, this was the best restaurant in Estepona.Thank you!

We were going to a favourite place which was closed so we turned around and headed back to Sol y Mar and what a fortuitous decision. The food was more than very good. The tapas an excellent choice, what a great few hours we spent in a very traditional atmosphere although to mention the menu is very much globally influenced whilst maintaining its authentic Spanish roots. The waiter, I think maybe the owner, what a great host. We will return definitely.

One of the nicest restaurants in Estepona. Family run with a lovely waitress and the food is home-cooked delicious. Their 12 euro lunchtime menu is exceptional value and quality. A must visit.

Menu Del dia order the hambugesa and chips. Chips hard and uncooked, the burger was just a burger not in a bun which was horrible. I have given one star for the tiramisu which was very nice. I know it’s 12€ but could be a lot better.

We live in Estepona and had dinner there with my sister and her family visiting from the USA. The food was all fantastic, as were the drinks. Best Sangria we have had in Spain. The service was also great. We definitely plan on visiting again and again. Thank you!!

One of the best experiences in Estepona. The staff was excellent just like the food. Also, the restaurant serves Romanian food and drinks. I will definitely come back again and it's worth the time if you are in Estepona.

Actually we dined here couple of times, and i will go as often as i can. The food is amazing, friendly staff, multilingual, chef is outstanding, they cook Spanish dishes with super fresh ingredients, and also famous Romanian dishes like cabbage rolls with hot polenta, mici(very tasty, like meat balls), cold cuts plateau with vary Romanian sausages & cabanosi, and also very tasty Romanian soups.The variety of the menu is amazing. Also don't miss the desserts like pie or tiramisu. The restaurant, extremely clean and fabulous location, close to the beach. So i strongly recommend, don't miss this one if you visit Estepona, and try the Romanian dishes and drinks! That is a must! See you very soon, Florin F. AB,Canada
