Great room for a great price. Everything was clean and in place, they even let us enter the room 2 hours before the check-in. The location is great too, a 3 minutes walk and you are in the centrum.

Basic hotel but good value if you need to stay in this area for a few days. Location near most lively spots in Etten-Leur. Parking is limited but large (paid) carpark is nearby

Its clean and the staff lovely and helpful. Rooms are a little dated and tired and over priced for what you get. However, the location is perfect for the town centre shops, bars and restaurants and its only a few minutes walk from the train station. The breakfast is self service with a fairly good choice on a continental breakfast. I have stayed several times now over the years for work.

Staid in the hotel for a week. Not a bad hotel, but sure can do some improvements. Good points: - good location in city center and close to train station; - Stuff is friendly and helpful; - restaurant and bar are looking good and variety of menu and quality is to high standards; things to improve: - breakfast could have bigger choice and eggs could be fried already so you do not have to spend you time frying them yourself. - Cleaning everywhere, rooms, holles, etc. - Price, it is overpriced for what you get. As a summary it is not a bad hotel, but it is overpriced.

I had stayed here for a month. Rooms are clean. They have good breakfast spread and lunch and dinners menu are very limited. The only problem is we have to make eggs and juices ourselves for the breakfast. For a 3star hotel it's not an good practice to put guests over the kitchen table.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Somewhat unusual layout. Restaurant and bar are out of sorts with each other. I'd imagine they are partially through a refurb. Room was basic and a little outdated but spotlessly clean with a nice view of the park. Nearby are several restaurants and bars again with friendly people. I would stay here again.

My spouse and I traveled to the area to see the flower parade in Zundert. We booked a room for one night at the hotel Het Witte Paard. However at 2am, we went to go to bed. Lifted a pillow and there was a bug. The internet told us it was likely a bed bug. Then, we lifted the sheet to check the mattress. Many more bugs ranging from nearly invisible to 2-3mm long. Around 2am they were starting to be active and crawling around the top of the bed. If we’d gone to sleep earlier, we would have missed them. We saw at least 10-15 in lifting up the sheet and checking the top of the mattress, but there were probably many more. DEFINITELY bed bugs. We also found some tiny dried blood stains on the sheets- must have been someone else’s blood because we had not been on the sheets. Gross. The variety in sizes of the bugs and the blood stains make it seem like this is not new. We ended up sleeping in our rental car because everywhere was booked for the festival and it was our best option at the time. Told the hotel staff in the morning and they apologized and offered us free breakfast, but at this point we didn’t want to be anywhere near the building. We considered demanding a refund but at this point the damage was done and we just wanted to enjoy the flower parade we’d traveled across the world to see. The hotel staff said they’d be getting a new mattress for the room and cleaning it (room 11) but the level of infestation seemed to me to need much more work to solve. I highly doubt it was only the one room. I would never ever stay here again and am posting this review to warn other travelers.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! It was only strange that after checking in, you have to walk to another building down the street to get to your room. The rooms are actually at Hotel Huis Ten Bosch. We had some issues with noise, as they started construction at 7am with no warning, but hopefully that is not s common experience.

The rooms are quite small. We had a room that had an overpowering cigarette smell. Our room smelled like an ashtray. Hygiene is not up to par at all. Hair, dust and bits of objects were found under the bed. However on the good side, the staff was increadibly friendly. 5 stars for all of them. The food was sublime. Breakfast was sufficient with everything you could want. I missed non-diary products, like soya milk. But cant complain about that because there were lots of other things that i could eat. Dinner also absolutely delicious. Reception staff was warm and welcoming!!!

I paid 85.5€ for a room that didn't have any AC nor a fan/ventilator. The outside temperature was of 32°C and inside the room I guess 35°C. It was impossible to sleep. The answered I recieved was "I'm sorry but we don't have a spare fan". Avoid this hotel in summer. It is my recommendation.
