I’ve been here twice. Both times I left upset. The first time I was getting a full physical/blood panel. I expressed wanting to deal with my mental health, and reproductive health as naturally as possible, hoping for guidance on supplements, lifestyle changes etc. my dr (kimball) literally just googled vitamins. I get that this is not a naturopathic doctors office but no basic knowledge? She was rushed then, and she was rushed the other day at my second visit. She was late seeing me (half hour) which is fine I get it, I have an appointment based business, things happen. But what you don’t do is then mad dash through your next appointment to make up for it. At my job, my lateness for what ever the reason, is not my next clients fault, or problem. I am going to treat them with the same care and attention that I give my first client of the day. She was practically running. Talking fast, moving fast, rushing through automated questions, made assumptions before even asking me any questions about why I was there. Completely impersonal, unprofessional, and rude really. I’m a very understanding person, but this behavior is just too much. And with my insurance I can’t find a primary doctor for the life of me. But I guess I will be going without, because visits with her are not worth it. My nurse was great though, had to add that part.

My experience with Oregon Medical Group has not been good. I was diagnosed with kidney stones so I asked where it could be coming from and was told by the doctor to look up online the different kinds of kidney stones that exist and make my own research. After 2 to 3 days of taking the prescribed antibiotics, I was experiencing shortness of breath, called and asked to be given a different medication because of my symptoms with the one they prescribed. The person on the line said they could give me an appointment to have my medication changed 3 days later. I had to explain that I cannot deal with not being able to breathe properly due to a strong medication for 3 more days and that I just need different medication. I cannot not take medication either. He did not care, said he was sorry and asked if I wanted that appointment in 3 days. I insisted he leaves a message to my doctor's medical assistant, who called me later and sent different antibiotics to my pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and the antibiotics prescribed were not treating specifically what they had diagnosed me with. So why would I go ahead and buy them? 2 days later, they called telling me i did not need the first medication they prescribed because it turns out the culture came back and that I did not have what they assumed I had. So they told me to take different medication. One bad experience after another. I had asked to do a blood draw after making my own research on kidney stones because I realized I had diabetes symptoms as I was reading why kidney stones could appear. So I did a blood draw and a couple days later, I was told on the phone that it seems like I am in the prediabetic range. I said I would love to see a doctor to talk about my results and how I shall eat from now on, etc. The lady on the phone told me the next appointment was going to be 3 weeks later and to look up on internet how to eat until then. I have been treated nothing but poorly at this place. I refused to make an appointment with them. I went to a different clinic and have had an amazing experience with the new clinic. From the receptionist to the medical assistants, to the nurses and the doctors. My new doctor requested my medical records to be transferred to her and after over a week of wait, my medical records from Oregon Medical Group still have not arrived to my new doctor at the new clinic. Another friend of mine has been complaining about Oregon Medical Group. I am happy for those who reviewed this place as being great. I wish my experience had been better but it wasn't.

The receptionists, assistants, and doctors I have seen have all been pleasant and helpful. So why a one star review? I cannot reach anyone by phone. After the opening greeting, I press a number and ... nothing. Empty air. It is frustrating and frightening not to be able to reach anyone. I will probably try to find another doctor at another practice.

Treated like I was an addict for having ADHD. Every visit was a constant interrogation of: -How many pills I took -When did I pick up my prescription -How many I had remaining All under the constant reminder that they could decide at anytime to stop treating my ADHD at all and that they were hopeful I would no longer be taking them. When they restricted my dosage (already low to start) my focus was so bad and made my mistakes so major it affected my annual job performance. STOP TREATING PEOPLE LIKE WE ARE BAD FOR WANTING A DECENT QUALITY OF LIFE.

Ever since OMG was bought out they are awful to deal with. Some of the providers who are still there are great (many left) but you can’t get anyone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. I just called my insurer to change my PCP to a different group and he said they also are routinely placed on hold for 20-30 minutes.

The one thing I will say is I like my provider. But communication with the medical team is horrible. I have messaged back and forth for two months trying to get ahead of an upcoming prior authorization. Its never the same person replying and they don’t seem to read the conversation back to get context. On top of that they are not clear in their communication. I had run out of medication about 3 months ago and they said I needed a prior auth first. I waited and got no updates and I needed my meds. When I messaged again they said it could take weeks. No instructions for having to stop medication cold Turkey no concerns over going back on at the highest dose. No patient care. When I called my insurance not only did they say I didn’t need the prior authorization yet, they also said they had never received one when OMG said they had sent it. I messaged again letting them know they had handled this poorly and all I needed was a prescription refill this time. My pharmacy told me my refill was ready but I never got a mess Back. No apology for how this was handled. Fast forward to when I actually need the prior authorization and I am hearing no updates so I messaged again. This time they reply that its fine it was good until the end of last month. At this point im livid because its the second time I pointed out that its in fact expired and im running out of medication and this needs to get done. So I proceed to call. I am polite on the phone and voice my frustrations. The person who answered did not apologize did not empathize with my frustration but simply talked to me like it was my fault. When i said hey their has been poor communication nobody is explaining anything to me, the person straight up ignored me and just asked for my pharmacy. Absolutely no patient care here no regards for patient health either. The actual PA I see is amazing but the assistants have no empathy.

Absolutely awful. Every receptionist was very sweet and helpful, but seemed to have contradicting knowledge about how they operate. After having one appointment with a lovely doctor I got moved around to about 3 others and I never saw her again. The one I was usually with did not listen to me, and switched my medications often. Also, very unhelpful if you are moving away. I was told I could schedule telehealth by a receptionist until I found a new doctor in PDX. Later the same day I was told I would need to find a new doctor by someone else. Fine, but get your information correct!

You'll get lost in bureaucratic stupidity if you even try to engage. It's not so much a medical institution as a quasi-literary attempt to replicate the mechanisms of abstract domination from Orwell's 1984 or Gilliam's Brazil. I admire their website, however, for its dysfunctional and labyrinthine UI, which conveys hopelessness in a retro aesthetic reminiscent of pre-AOL dial-up services from the mid-90s. Here's the bottom line: The only reason you'd do business with this entity (OMG just might be "the entity" from Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning) is because you have no other choice. Therefore: Do everything you can to find a better choice before giving yourself over to the entity. I suspect it's the kind of thing that, once you're in, you never get out.

Love this office! I’ve had drs before not take me seriously when when I come in with concerns and that can be very frustrating. Every dr that I have seen at this office (Hamilton, Kimble and Tee) have all been very quick to listen to my concerns and take them seriously. I’ve also loved how open their communication has been. They don’t just prescribe pills or run test or decide just to watch things for now without explaining how they are coming to those ideas and being open to my input as well. I’m very grateful to have found a place with such amazing drs!

I just happened to notice someone's review blasting Diane Kimball, P.A. In her defense, let me say I have been seeing her for many years and she has always, ALWAYS, been personable, professional, knowledgeable, and just plain GREAT. Sometimes, people choose to write negative reviews not because they're deserved, but because of their own personal issues. I have nothing but the highest regard for Ms. Kimball, and would gladly refer anyone else to her, as well. Stephanie Sarnoff, MSW, Ph.d.

I'll add the bad experiences I came in for an ER follow up from stroke symptoms Kilpman MD was awful. She made it feel like she had other places to be.. she didn't ask me much and assumed everything. When trying to tell her things about my symptoms that are new and worsening and I'd get cut off dismissed with some "kneck pain tangent" I NEVER SAID I HAVE KNECK PAIN DO YOUR JOB I did not get my questioned answered. I felt rushed. I still have symptoms. I don't not feel heard or understood. I was going to establish pcp here but afyer this visit ill just not.

The doctor visits and follow-ups are poor. My latest issue occurred when my doctor told me to get a colonoscopy. I had the colonoscopy and two weeks later, still hadn't heard what the results were. I called OMG and asked for my results -they didn't know, and told me to ask the surgeon. How can my OMG doctor be of any use, when she doesn't even have the test results of my surgery? Overall, this is a very non-professional organization.

Trying to make an appointment with my doctor and was told he is available November 28. It is October 3 now. They put me on some list for physician assistance that may be available October 11. This is a disgrace.

👍👍 Took my mom to Best Med to have her blood pressure checked since we were visiting from out of town and she forgot to bring her own and was feeling a little uneasy. The staff was kind and polite and the PA there listened well to our concerns. Great overall experience. Would recommend them.

😠 I visited here in August for some imaging. At the end of my appointment I was told "we'll be in touch". No one ever called to discuss the results of the imaging or to schedule the future procedure that was discussed at my appointment. I called multiple times to try and get in touch with a provider....

👍 Dr. Chou was attentive, clear, and personable. She talked WITH me not AT me — like some doctors do. Her assistant (Tara? 😍) was so calming and encouraging, which I needed!

🫤 They don't return phone calls . Took 5 months to get an appointment. I had to drive there and go in person to get an appointment which was scheduled 4 months later. You can die waiting for treatment at this VA .
