    Simply Strong has been my “aging” care provider for 15 years. I originally began my exercise program with them because I was enduring terrible back pain from herniated discs and I had never had much upper body strength. Due to their specialized equipment and focused exercise plan, I no longer have the debilitating back pain and I have developed upper body strength. Simply Strong makes my exercise easy. My session is all planned out by Ed Collins and I don’t have to wait on equipment or worry about not being in a safe environment. My 15 minute workout is targeted to every muscle group and I feel much stronger and have more stamina. I so appreciate the Simply Strong Professionals.     As an almost 73 year old woman I have never been fond of any kind of exercise program however Simply Strong has changed my attitude. I look forward to my weekly workouts with enthusiasm as I know they will not only increase my strength but my stamina as well. I love to work in my yard and due to their program I am able to spend hours instead of just minutes working outside and have accomplished much more than I expected. Ed, Katie & Stephen are wonderful to work with, they care about their clients and know each one by name. A wonderful family that makes me feel like one of the family and their encouragement but firm directions are superb. I would recommend Simply Strong to anyone who is interested in improving their lifestyle.

    I have been going to Simply Strong for 3+ months. I had reservations whether 15-20 minute workout would do anything. I do two sessions a week and it has made me feel better and has changed my shape for the better. I feel stronger. After three weeks, my wife said sign me up, so we both go now. Ed, Katie & Stephen are all really nice and make it a positive experience. The beauty is that it's only 15-20 minutes, it's not easy, but it is easy to work hard for 20 minutes. Highly recommended, as long as you don't try to take my spot.

    I am so happy to have found Simply Strong!! It has made such a big difference in my life. I have always been very active but have found with age I was slowing down. I even had some health issues that my doctor told me I needed to take daily medication to regulate my thyroid. I decided a different approach, I started eating more healthy but more than that I started working out at Simply Strong and with that my doctor was amazed that my health problems went away. I have been able to return to all of my activities with full energy and strength. The environment at Simply Strong is great , everyone that works there is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I love the fact that they offer a one on one workout/exercise facility and that I don’t have to feel intimidated by others. I can get in and get out in about 20 minutes and feel great when I’m all done.

    My 80+ year old mom and I were looking for a personal trainer to help with some mobility issues (Core strength, etc.) Simply Strong is exactly what we were looking for! Staff are friendly, encouraging and totally focused on you and helping you work towards your fitness goals! I highly recommend them!

    My husband and I started going to Simply Strong to improve our aging body's. They give you one on one training and are such great encouragers. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Without Simply Strong I would not be motivated to work out on my own. I have always been active but as I am aging it was getting harder to do the activities I used to do when I was younger. I feel more energetic, have more stamina, and feel more confident in both body and mind.

    I started 4 months ago and have increased my strength and balance a lot. If I can put out maximum effort for 20 minutes once a week and get these results it is well worth it. Having a trainer watch you, expect you to be there, push you and set the equipment at the right settings makes a big difference. Thanks for making me stronger once a week.

    Simply Strong has been the best strength training for me. I love the one on one. It’s the only strength training that I have been able to stay consistent with and not get injured. I’ve been going to Simply Strong for 6 years and will continue this journey to stay healthy. They are simply amazing!

    A dedicated group of trainers who design a program tailored to your needs to build strength and endurance. So pleased to be a part of Simply Strong and feeling better physically and mentally since joining 5 months ago. A challenge, but it is sure worth it.

    I am so delighted with the structure and focus Simply Strong has provided me as it has enabled me to finally focus on strengthening my body with ease! The few trips or stumbles I've had since starting have resulted in my remaining upright rather than ending in a fall! Katie, Ed, and Stephen are wonderful to work with!

    Simply strong has been my personal trainer since 2011 to date. I owne and operate a one man plumbing business and in 12 years Ive continued to gain strength. Muscle burns sugar and is essential to a person's energy levels. Thank you Simply strong for lifting me up.

    I have workout at simply strong for a lot of years. I love the one on training there and they are really good about keeping my focus and goals moving forward. I have to say that my progress with them has really helped me feel better and stronger. I feel safe there because they make sure I am doing the procedures correctly and not challenge the muscles in the wrong way, I think my body is amazing how it likes to cheat. After my cancer bout they were truly a life saver. I have recommended them always and will continue to do so. I think strength training is the way to go forward.

    I’ve been working out with the great team at Simply Strong for 6 months and am extremely happy with my results. After 2 years of a largely sedentary life, I realized I needed help to regain some strength. Ed & Katie have been amazing, working with me and encouraging every little bit of progress. Even with having taken a couple of months away, I have been able to increase my strength in various areas 40-100%! I have chronic back problems and they have been great about working at a pace I’m comfortable with. I have noticed the change in my strength and endurance and I feel much stronger than when I started. I enjoy the quick workout, the lack of crowds, and especially the very friendly and supportive staff. I highly recommend Simply Strong.

    After a recent diagnosis of oesteosporosis, I knew I needed to get some help with strength training. Discovering Simply Strong was a blessing. They focus on strength training goals that fit perfectly with my needs. The staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable and eager to work with me on any issues I may be having. It is a quick session, only 20 min once or twice a week and I leave feeling amazing. I have only been going for a few months and the change in my muscle tone and strength has been nothing short of amazing. Try it for yourself, I know you will love it!

    I’ve been going to Simply Strong for a couple of years now. I’m 81 years young, and it has helped me so much with strength, balance and overall good health and stamina. I love the one on one personal trainer aspect, and Katie is a breath of fresh air each time I go. It’s the perfect match for my needs. I’d advise anyone who needs a little boost to their exercise routine (or if you have no routine) to give Simply Strong a try. They are only 20 minutes sessions…anyone can find time for that!     The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. All three of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and skilled in professional coaching abilities. I highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in growing and maintaining muscle mass after age 50.

    Simply Strong has proven to be a game changer in my health journey. My DEXA scan has shown improvement in the last couple of years, I no longer struggle with back pain, and last summer I reeled in my first halibut! It’s worth the investment for sure!
