We got our lunch- finally -and while we were eating our lunch the cashier girl went in to the back and changed the music to some really intense punk rock screaming type music followed by totally hard-core inappropriate music that was talking about suicide, heavy profanity and graphic screaming etc. We really like laughing planet food but this location needs an employee who has basic understanding of customer service. Good thing no families or children were there because the music was hard-core no filter. I hope the manager makes some adjustments. Food is good, service is really really bad. Cashier wasn't giving priority to customers who were actually physically there and waiting to order either, at one point she just walked away without any acknowledgement or communication to folks who ready to order standing right in front of register.

Great food with lots of options covering vegan, keto, gluten free, Vegetarian. You will actually feel full after your meal and still be under $20 a person. Nice outdoor dining and people watching going grocery shopping.

The shrinkflation at this place is the worst I’ve ever seen. Last time we were here we could get a nice burrito that filled us up. Now we get the old kid’s size for $13. I feel scammed. Not coming back. I’ll go to a real Mexican restaurant for real portions. Oh, and it was 20 minutes to get the food with literally no one else in the building. Bye.

While colourful presentation and generally a healthy bite to eat, this visit was disappointing. Undercooked veggies and pitiful protein portions left more to be desired. The chicken was very dry. The price point is high for what is included. The staff was pleasant however, I'm not a fan of how self-serve business models still ask for tips. You order at the counter, bus your own dishes, and get your own drinks. The server doesn't check on your meal once you receive it. Tips should be reserved when you receive actual waitstaff service imo as a prior waitress.

Whoever has control of the music really thinks their taste in music is awesome... and blasts the volume so you can't hear anyone at the table, which is nice. As a surprise the onions in my burrito were served skin-on and the chicken chunks were twinkie size. Fun and challenging to chew through! The kale was prepared in a way that I'd never experienced at a restaurant before, you'll just have to try it to understand the scrumptiousness!

Everything I've tried has been delicious. The vegan chilli, the comfort bowl, the double chocolate cookies, the chicken Cesar wrap 🌯 and the Arnold Palmer tea.

Went there today because the menu looked amazing and left very unsatisfied. I got the Korean bbq bowl and not only was it not spicy (which isn’t the end of the world, just disappointing) but the sauce was disgusting. It tasted like it had gone bad, it was very sour/tart and kind left parts of my mouth with a numbing feeling, I would highly suggest checking if it’s still good. Within 20 minutes of eating it I had a very upset stomach. I couldn’t even eat the whole dish, which is not normal for me. Also tried the mini Thai burrito and that was decent but the sauce seemed super watery. Best part of the meal was the Arnold Palmer drink.

Food is good, like all laughing planets. But dang, you can see the cooks on the side and they are soooooo freaking slow. Like chatting not doing anything while hungry people are waiting for their food and tickets are stacking up. I get that food service is hard but please for goodness sakes it just a burrito. Waited 30 mins for just a bean and cheese.

Pretty amazing organic smoothies. The real stuff, not just a bunch of sugar. Front end service is slow and mildly unfriendly. Couldn't keep up with back end food makers. Was kind of confusing to observe. Doesn't really matter. The smoothie was that good.

They have the best chicken burritos in the world. I get mine with no cheese, still very good, and huge. I am a big guy, 250# and the burrito is just right for size. They have good salsa but no ketchup. Bummer.

My Garden salad with quinoa was sumptuous along with my kids Berry Peach drink. Unfortunately, my husband's grilled chicken burrito was very dry and the jack cheese was minimal.

Bollywood bowl was delicious! Chicken a bit dry but it wasn't supposed to be the star. Super delicious!

A pretty good burrito joint. Tons of options for any diet restrictions. The food has slipped a bit over the years, but its still one of my favorites.

I had the Thai bowl and their mango peach ginger smoothie and it was fantastic! My friend got the veggie bowl and the marionberry ginger smoothie. Was super filling but really good. Smoothies were pricey but the food very reasonable.

My favorite casual restaurant to get healthy food from. Love the bollywood bowl and when they do the Morrocan bowl special. Also they have the most delicious vegan cookies. Been a patron here for many years.

I used to order an "eat your veggie bowl"... until corperate bigwigs in portland changed the name on the menu, and replaced beans with quick pickles and tahini. Yes tahini is good... but beans and rice are good too! Please never change anything again, laughing planet. I filled out a comment card and everything. Friends tell me that the universe doesn't revolve around me... but I say they just don't understand how much influence I have gathered from my google reviews. 2200 people have observed my reviews and I promise to you all that I will use this new power only for good

Love that they source everything locally. Super fresh veggies. Good serving sizes. Need more attention to keeping tables cleared & wiped down.

I waited 45 minutes for my food and the restaurant was completely empty except one person eating, and one person also waiting. Unacceptable. I want a refund. Waiter didn’t even apologize or offer a discount until I said something. So angry.

Buyer beware. Ordered a business lunch from here on Doordash. LP lists their specials on Doordash, but if you plan ahead like I did and order the lunch the day before you'll get a message from Doordash 30 minutes before your event saying the order was cancelled. Called the restaurant to try to order again and the girl on the phone had NO sense of urgency. It was like talking to molasses. Too bad, the food is good - just don't rely on Doordash when it comes to this restaurant. Why list specials if they aren't available?

A cute little place with a nice selection of food for health conscious eaters. I enjoyed my Bollywood bowl, though I did find it a bit bland. The service was fine, if a little disinterested.

Today was my first time at Laughing Planet. The food was amazing! The restaurant aesthetic is fun to look at, especially with all the live plants! Lily was hilarious and welcoming , checked in once and bussed our table when we were done. Will be back!

This place was amazing. I ordered the grilled chicken quesadilla and it felt like something I'd eat at home. It was perfectly cooked, filled with a ton of cheese and salsa, it was fantastic. My fiancée is vegetarian and had no trouble finding something to eat. It seemed like they had something for everyone. I highly recommend anyone in the Eugene area come and check them out. Also try their cookies, the oatmeal chocolate chip was delicious.

I have loved the food at Laughing Planet for years and have been to several different locations. I have to say that the Blair St. in Eugene location has the best customer service. They are so friendly and they really take care of their customers.

First time here. Was able to find a good selection of gluten and soy free options. We ordered the mushroom taco, pork taco, and DIY taco bowl for my son. He says 4.5 stars cause they forgot to bring his taco shells. Other than that I give them 5 stars. Comfortable setting too
