First the silverware was stained, we asked for a new one and the server brought the same ones. Secondly we were rushed with the check and then we noticed that the soda refill cup had lemon pulp inside. How to tell that this cup was already used? Food was bland and not Italian at all.

Easy to find, lots of parking, clean and modern ambiance. The menu was loaded with deals and specials along with a large variety of soup, salads and pastas all featuring creative and fresh ingredients. My waiter was very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered exactly what he recommended and it was exactly what I wanted! Don't waste your time ordering this through a 3rd party delivery. It is not at all the same! Go check it out in person! Wednesdays are 1/2 off wine bottles to go. The portions are very generous and everything was exquisite, especially for the price I paid.

It's a loud, crowded chain restaurant. They have some decent food and gf options for pasta. I'm not sure about cross contamination as I didn't have pasta. I really like their asparagus salad, but there's another chain's asparagus salad I like better, and I can't help but compare. I didn't realize that it was served with bread on the plate, so being gf that was a negative to me.

Food was delicious, atmosphere was relaxed but low-key fancy, and the service was pleasant. Price point seemed nice for the environment & food. * Seriously the girl who served me had a great attitude and demeanor, even though I was just a single guest. The portion sizes are just enough to get you past full & satisfied, but not so much that you end up with a food comma. (Second photo is how much was left by the time I was satisfied) The lasagna was a little sweeter than I preferred, but it didn't feel like they just added sugar; More likely that they used cucumber or carrot, to add sweetness. The cheese was wonderful and savory, and melted just the right amount. The food wasn't too hot so that it would burn my mouth. The lasagna noodles themselves were cooked perfectly, so they weren't soggy or falling apart. The salad was FRESH A.F. and the tomatoes were ripe and delicious. The wait time was a little long (around 20 min) but I'm hoping that's likely because they don't simply premake & reheat the food. (It might also be so you drink the first glass of wine, and end up ordering more when the food arrives) I'll give it 5/5* if i keep coming back, and getting a similar experience

1st time here; love it. I could smell the aroma a block away. Very trendy. The food was delicious! Nice waitress. We had the lunch menu which comes with salad.

There is nothing special about this place. My husband got the lasagna and he said it was pretty good. I got the shrimp scampi linguini and not only was it barely warm enough to eat the shrimp tasted like it had come frozen from a bag and and there was hardly any sauce. For $20 I expect better than that. We shared a large Cesar salad and it was very good though. Also, I would’ve brought up the fact that my meal wasn’t very warm but the waitress never came by to check on how our meal was nor did she ask how it was after we were done.

Amazing food and service here. Incredible vegetarian options and really good options. We ordered butternut squash ravioli and it’s a must try. The sun dried tomato based pasta was good. The chocolate truffle dessert was awesome. Overall an incredible experience here. Highly recommend it for a really good pasta experience in Eugene!

You won't be disappointed with Pastini's. I went here for lunch with my co-worker. I had there chicken cobb salad. It's a good size salad to the point that I could not finish it. Nice atmosphere and good service.

Amazing atmosphere with fresh and flavorful dishes! The veggies were cooked to a perfect texture and the potato soup was buttery and melted onto my tastebuds🤩

Great service and atmosphere. The food was great, even though they don't make their pasta on site, it was still very good. Our waiter recommended a slight variation with the short rib ravioli, instead of red wine sauce, going with a creamy red sauce. It Was fantastic. The parmesean bread was great and the ziti was alright.

Not bad at all. Good service and appropriately priced casual dining. Not to be confused with high end Italian cuisine. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, it was not as creamy as I would have expected, but still satisfying. It had a generous amount of black pepper in the sauce, which I thought was nice. My partner ordered the short rib ravioli, also decent. We shared a small Caesar salad. For cocktails we ordered a lemonade cocktail that I can't remember the name of (but was sweet, light and bubbly) and a blood orange margarita. Will be back for sure!

Yum! Having half of my takeout for lunch the next day. I got the Fusilli with asparagus and lemon cream. It was light and creamy. Tasty pasta and the artichoke dip was very good.

My daughter and I went to Eugene for a mini vacation, and this was the highlight of our visit. We had an excellent dinner in a relaxing atmosphere looking out the windows at the lights and fire lanterns. Our waiter was personable and attentive, helping us with a wine selection that turned out to be exquisite. We decided on the Roasted Artichoke-Spinach Spread which came with a wonderful smoked bread and Fusilli Alla Roma to share. However, when we heard that the soup of the day was a Carrot Soup, we added that as well and were so very glad we did. We could have ordered a bowl instead of a cup and made that and the appetizer our dinner even though the pasta was also delicious. Thank you Pastini for an unforgettable experience.

The Spaghetti and Meatballs is typically how I judge a pasta place. If they can't get that right there is no hope. That being said, it was fantastic. The meatballs are a very healthy size. The pasta was Al dente and cooked well. The garlic bread was excellent. All in all I was very satisfied, and have leftovers for dinner. Would definitely eat here again. Price is fair for the quality of food. They also have a decent wine selection. Meatball next to fork for scale.

Pastini is a cute restaurant to stop for lunch, the bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar is delicious. The pasta was okay, expected a little more out of a highly rated restaurant. The food was good however the linguini i got was very basic and the chicken tasted almost fake. The raviolis are the way to go, they are super tasty and seasoned well. The service is great, the waiter was working alone and managed to get everyone’s food out quick and efficiently, i applaud him.

The host gave us a wait time if 25 min so we walked around the local shops. Within 10min of leaving we were notified with excitement only to be brought to a table and wait ever so long for service. The atmosphere is fabulous and staff is friendly. A low review has been selected due to the efficiency of the establishment. Food was brought to the wrong table Wait time was so long Food came out burnt Food was not available over 25 min after ordering This is a stunning establishment with great potential. I hope management takes lead on managing the Togo order as I feel in person business should be priority!

Calamari is on point! Not over cooked to a chewy mess, not under cooked, just perfect. Also had the lunch Alfredo which was pretty good as far as Alfredo go, kinda hard to mess that up. Waiting staff was fun and had some jokes on our expense which was fun as always. Would definitely go back for the dinner feasts. 2 other guys had basic spaghetti and lasagna, both said it was excellent.

Last night (1/4/2022) was my first time at Pastini. I had a friend visiting from out of town and we thought we would give it a try. Nice atmosphere. Attentive staff. Clean. My friend and I split the Cobb Salad and OH MY GOSH!!! Not only was the presentation the best I have ever seen for a salad anywhere, but everything was perfect in it and the dressing was amazing! Great job, Pastini! I will certainly be back and also recommend this place to others should it ever come up during a conversation.

The patio was nice. The music was too loud inside. Salmon salad was poached. Not very lively. The server told me it would be smoked. ? I expected more tasty garnishes..capers..cocktail pickles, cocktail onions, beets, or maybe freshly made croutons. The server seemed knowledgeable about the wine selections and we enjoyed her recommendation.

We met family from Bend, Oregon for lunch. They have eaten often at the Bend restaurant and the one just south of Portland. In their experience each restaurant had a slightly different menu. Each of us had different meals. All arrived timely, service was good. Our dishes all looked very appetizing, and we all enjoyed our meals. Prices average to a bit higher, with many options available. All of us would recommend trying the restaurant. We’ll go back.

Good food, nice atmosphere, disorganized service. Weekday afternoon seating with a front row seat to the kitchen. 30 minutes later, no sign of our server but had watched our food sit at the station for a good 15 minutes—pushed aside by other servers looking for their tables’ orders. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge along the line. I finally got the attention of a manager and was served. Comped too.

Nice environment, friendly staff, I found the atmosphere inviting as well. The food, however, was very bland. The chicken Alfredo especially. Several of us took our food to go so we wouldn’t seem rude for not eating it, but we probably won’t be back unless it’s for drinks only — which we’re actually very good.

I really enjoyed the food I ordered here! I got the chicken pesto pasta, can't remember the exact name. My dining partner got the shrimp spaghetti, and it was super oily... Like a quarter inch of oil at the bottom of the dish. Other than that, the chocolate cake was really delicious!

Decided to try this place out based on my brother's suggestion and word of mouth, but the place did not feel very Italian. I could be biased since I've been used to going to Olive Garden for Italian, but the way the place appeared looked more like I was going into a bistro or cafe. Our server/waitress didn't seem like they were enjoying the day, and that attitude was washed down on us and made feel a little uncomfortable. The menu options seemed more vegan/vegetarian and lacked enough interest, so I just went for the basic choice. About twenty minutes in and we didn't even get our water until less than five minutes before our food arrived. I tried to get the attention of our waitress or somebody, but nobody bothered. Even the utensils still had food residue on them, which started making me lose my appetite more and more. For an Italian restaurant like this, I did not feel welcome nor included, the atmosphere did not match very well, and the food was not well prepared and looked runny, failing to justify the expensive price for a small bowl of pasta. I hate to be the kind of person to give negative reviews, and maybe it was just one time, but unfortunately that one time was all it took to ruin the experience. You're better off making your own spaghetti or Alfredo.

The food and wine were outstanding! Thank you for your extensive vegetarian menu. My husband and I were both amazed at the 4 star cuisine at a chain restaurant. The marinara was possibly the best I have had, and fresh made bread was a nice touch. Thanks.

Food and service was great! Stopped in the area to originally go to California Pizza Kitchen but decided to visit here instead. Glad we did!
