I really love this place, my husband and I went there for lunch yesterday and he got a regular sub, and I am trying to go off the carbs so got a turkey club sub in a tub. It was absolutely delicious, and they only lost a star because the girl behind the counter didn't seem able to follow pretty simple directions, not knowing what a sub in a tub was, or that it was okay to add all the other toppings. She left off my onion, pickle, pepperoncinis, and the red wine vinegar and olive oil that I love. But they still get the four stars because I've been here before and their food really is delicious, and because I genuinely appreciate low-carb options. Oh yeah, and if you can go to a different location, I'd recommend it for the parking issues by the university!

It’s a recurring theme to get a really wet sandwich from here . I like condiments as much as the next guy but my sandwich always looks like it just got done swimming laps in the pool. Kind of hard to tell from the pictures but my whole wrap was soaked and mushy when I got it, I tried eating a half of it and I I felt like I was eating a sandwich someone had already pre-chewed for me. I’ve ordered from plenty of sand which shops and they never seem to have a problem like Jersey Mikes does which is why I will be adding this shop to the list of places I will never be eating at again. There’s no point eating at this place when Cheba Hut exists and is ready to give you a great sandwich every single time.

We usually love Jersey Mike's we have never had bad service before in Portland which surprise us here in Eugene the whole experience was just not good at all first we tried placing our order on line and it didn't go through when we got to Jersey Mike's we had to reorder out items yes it was 15 minutes before closing which we felt bad but had thought our order had gone through it normally does in Portland the worker's were not happy when we order we had four sandwiches they didn't really interact with us just asked us what we wanted and keep walking around mean mugging us like we had just ruined there night they didn't get our order right my husband had to trade his sandwich with one of our kids because my son sandwich wasn't what we ordered so my husband is now ordering grub hub for more food for himself cause neither like the sandwich that was not what we ordered and they were closed by the time we got back to our place but then one of the football player from ducks come in 5 minutes before closing and orders his food and they are all laughing joking around saying it all good no worries about coming in five min befor we close but us they acted like we made them stay open later i understand it was almost closing time but you should treat everyone with the same respect not pick and choose just cause you play a sport or famous we all pay the same for our food and deserve the same respect we could of just gone to subway or somewhere else to eat but we choose this place instead which we regret now cause we spend over 50 dollors for four sandwiches and still have to order other food it was a horrible experience and we wont be coming back to this location again especially after the way we were treated it not ok even though we apologized for coming 15 minutes before they closed we thought our order had gone through and we were just picking up but it didn't so we reorder and my husband left a tip on top of it all so it was just saddening how the experience went.

Branden had excellent service, he was extremely professional in his the he handled my food and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Give the man a raise!!! He kept a smile on my face and laughter coming from my lungs!!

Seems like everyone here has attituide for no reason. Male at counter was not very nice. Gave them a tip and now wish I had not. They did not even take my name. And then just started yelling out the sandwich. I'm like did u have a name? They said no so I'm like how do you know that was mine? Seriously wow not nice people working here. Two female workers were also terrible when I asked qestions about their food.

I haven’t even eaten my sub yet but that doesn’t matter because the service was so poor that I will not be returning to this location. The staff there were very stand off-ish and a bit rude in their demeanor and how they responded to my boyfriend and I. This was our first time at Jersey Mikes and we were treated like it didn’t matter that we were even there. If I wasn’t as hungry as I was, I would’ve walked right back out the door without ordering. Also, I really wish I hadn’t tipped before even interacting with the staff, because they did not help in any way and were not even the slightest welcoming or nice.

I ordered the Original Italian in a bowl. It was fantastic! The delivery came quickly and it was packaged very nicely.

I've been a regular customer of this location for 4 years, but after yesterday I will never go back. I ordered the same thing every time- a classic Philly with no onions and peppers, and I add extra extra mayonnaise, lettuce, mustard. Ordered in person yesterday, girl completely ignored me while I ordered and spoke to someone else, didn't put the lettuce on the sandwich I had to get the manager to do that after, but everybody made faces and made me feel extremely uncomfortable about the extra mayonnaise thing. They were so ridiculous about it, my adult son actually spoke up and said yeah she just likes a lot of mayonnaise. I want my phone number and name taken out of the Shore points and I don't want anything to do with Jersey Mike's ever again. Thanks for embarrassing me for ordering in front of people.

Stopped at like 3 places in pursuit of a good sandwich. I knew I wanted something east coast style, and these guys did not disappoint!!! I got the Philly, and if you have ever had a good Philly, you know how hard they are to find well made around here. I did not regret it. 10/10 I will be back for another. Honestly, it was the best I have found in Eugene so far!!! And the atmosphere was very pleasant oh and good drink selections. They have Sobe on tap, which was very cool to find, as well as agave sweetened sodas.

Once upon a time, and a very fine time it was a very fine Service Industry Human Being took and made my order, a very fine Regular #13. She was busy and she was rocking. I cannot thank her enough. Sandwiches were flying out the window. Figuratively, we're not mad, you know. So there.

Delivery drivers and online customers beware. There's a reason my delivery app slapped a warning on this restaurant, saying missing items are often reported. I picked up an order for a customer and before leaving, I directly asked the employee if the drink was in the sealed bag. She shot back "Yea." Customer didn't get their drink when they opened the bag. Look, we all make mistakes, that's fine. But it was the fact that this employee LIED straight to my face, either because she didn't care, or thought she wouldn't get blamed if she was wrong. I felt bad because the customer was really nice. But delivery drivers are often the ones blamed for an incompetent employee's carelessness.

The Big Kahana Sub is excellent. I'd add a photo, but you'd only see the wrapper. They're that good. Prices were good.

Great subs right next to the UO campus. The staff is very friendly and they know how to make a great sandwiches to your liking. Yum!

What a big joke dont order you're food online you will be waiting forever. They have no sense in completing orders in which they received them,, you are better off just walking in. I ordered 1 mini sub I waited an hour I have a 30 min lunch break. I finally complained asked 3 or 4 times for a refund and left hungry.

Great sandwich as always! But the bread was definitely the worst! Super stale and dry and almost hurt to eat. If the bread is better next time I will change to 5 stars.

Jersey mikes is the best sub shop around!! Its is grade A! They have a very wide variety of subs and no matter what you get you will not regret the choice! Every time I have been there it has been excellent service. Very fast and helpful!

Alright alright alright, I forgot about this gem from when I lived on campus... turns out it's not just for late night munchies or lunch recovery lol. The manager named Barry has my kids laughing their butts off while they watch him cook our stuff on the grill. Damn near better than a hibachi show! Go and get a cheesesteak and tip them well for being at work to feed hungry people. We got a 42 and 56.
