👍 Probably the best broth I have had, hated to had chili to it because it was perfect except for the heat. I also got a bahn mi to dip in the pho. Great choice with the Korean BBQ bahn mi. Nice atmosphere and quick staff. Pleanty of parking. People often mention good, order, staff, time,

Usually I love this restaurant and always get the Pho (pretty much on the weekly). The last two months I’ve had multiple times where I don’t get any of the main vegetables that come in the Pho. Usually bok choy and carrots come in this. I feel like if they are out they should let the customer know before finalizing order. It’s disappointing to get home and not have the full item. I wouldn’t complain but I’ve had this happen at least 4+ times.

Pho and tea were good, till I got to the bottom of the drink and found a shrimp shell. Don’t know how this even happens or if it was on purpose but this seems like it violates a few health codes. Eat at your own discretion.

Was sadly disappointed. Our favorite, the classic bon mi sandwich was dry and didn't have enough shaved radish/carrot. The vegetable curry was ridiculously salty. We eat a lot of Vietnamese and Thai so yeah disappointing meal. The eggplant was well prepared but the carrots weren't fresh, they were frozen cubes. The broccoli tasted strange. The staff was super sweet though.

Super unique atmosphere on the inside, a multi level floor space with cool wall art and decor. Parking around back is a better bet if it's busy. Mixed menu and decent prices. A small bar setup, and a good amount of indoor seating. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. Located off Coburg road in northeast Eugene. Staff is decent, but not very helpful. I think it must be a staffing or management issue. Not enough tables, food takes too long to come out if the place is more than half full.

**Update 7/26 - Phos are just alright. Tried their chicken phad Thai and I thought it reminds me of spaghetti sauce. I didn't like that they let a couple in with a dog and it's not service dog either.. It's a good place to get some pho if you're craving it. Staff is alright. Place is clean. Menu looks good but a bit pricey. And their portions are small.

Great Price and Very Tasty. I cannot wait to get another day off so i can enjoy such an amazing Vietnamese Cuisines. The waitresses were very prompt and checked on you all the time.

Had to take down my review left an amazing review here previously, in fact my profile pic was of this restaurant. The wait staff is now extremely rude for some reason. We were given pho that had milky noodles in it, couldn’t finish it in fear that they spit in it or did something to it and I am extremely respectful and nice, always. We also got another favorite rice dish of ours and they literally put no seasoning in it. Also she never checked on us and ignored us the entire time after setting our food down and running away. It all seems to much of a set up. I used to eat here until I got sick of pho… Well sadly wont be coming back for a very, very long time.

The food here is fantastic and the servers are nice. My main problem with this place they are always backed up on to go orders. I was told my pick up time would be between 6:30 and 6:45. It's now 7:20 and I have not received my order. This is not the first time this has happened to me here. The staff or computer systems needs to change what times they are telling people. I'm fine with a later pick up time but being told that your order will be ready then waiting in the business an hour to pick it up is ridiculous. Update: 7:30 finally got my food. The owners or managers of the business need to do something about this. I was not the only irate customer there tonight.

Delicious food and excellent service. The pho had perfect portions of meat, noodles, and soup. Definitely recommend this place and will go there again.

I’ve been here a couple times and I think the food is good. My favorite dish so far has been the “Bun Bo Hue”. The staff is always friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re in a hurry. They’re a little slow between taking your order, getting your food and trying to get your bill. But overall a decent experience. I’ll probably come back for more Pho.

I’ve eaten here a few times now, and I’ve been very impressed by their pho. Their bun is really good, too. Other menu items not so much, but their Vietnamese dishes rock. Last night I had the curry chicken fried rice and it wasn’t much to call home about. Same goes for the tofu salad rolls. If you’re coming here, opt for Vietnamese classics - you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve always love their pho, big portion, delicious and reasonable price.

The food is tasty but inconsistent. The menu says an order of salad rolls is 4 rolls, but it's 1 large roll cut in 4 pieces. $9, really? Sometimes you have to request sauces, sometimes they give you enough sauce to fill a kitchen sink. If you order delievery you might get something totally different than what you get in the restaurant. Was my favorite place but the disappointments get worse every visit.

We loved the Pho and Salad rolls. The parking was difficult because their wasnt close by handicapped parking or a drop off zone. Not the restaurants fault. But the food and service was great.

Like the variety of menu in the restaurant. The restaurant is clean. It’s always busy so be patient for the order. They sometimes get the orders wrong especially for to go. I particularly like their lunch combo, which you can get the salad roll for half price. The lemon grass marinated pork is good!

Wife's absolutely favorite Pho. Service is always okay, but sometimes, we are waiting on drink refills. It seems like when they bring your food, they are done until they bring the bill

Worth the extra bit of driving when driving through Eugene on i5. We decided to stop in on our trip through town and we are glad we did. The food was really good and so was the service. It's alittle out of the way if your traveling through but worth it. We will stop in again and we recommend it.

The Pot stickers were cooked perfectly with a nice crunchy outer shell and soft tasteful interior. The Pho was outstanding with the right amount of condiments. I got there just after 5 pm and it filled up quickly. A definite must do!

Very yummy food, portions are decent and the atmosphere is nice! Staff friendliness is questionable. Staff didn’t seem interested in taking my order and they didn’t even bother to look me in the eye. Barely greeted my party. Maybe it was a bad day, but I still managed to leave a small tip.

Food was decent but the place needs a good cleaning, was placed in the back corner and there is marks all over the wall and lots of webs and dust all over the lights and corners on the walls, took almost 40 mins to get our food on what seemed like a slow day.
