(9/20/22 9:15pm) One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had! I ordered a buffalo slider, roast beef slider, small fry, and a water cup. I asked specifically if I could have my buffalo chicken slider made fresh because I've had it not very great before. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru with one car in front of me taking about 18 minutes of that time. When I finally got to the window I was told my order was $10 which wasn't right because the teenage kid rang me up for a buffalo chicken sandwich, which I didn't order. I waited another 5 minutes. The cashier teenage kid noticed the poor quality of the buffalo chicken slider when he was bagging my food. I saw him touch the chicken with his bare hands most likely to figure out why it didn't look right, then put the food in the bag and serve it to me without saying anything. He also put buffalo cups in the bag because he could see it wasn't right. I then received the oldest, ice cold, and awfully made food. The chicken slider was old, hard, cold, and barely had any buffalo sauce or parmesan peppercorn ranch on it. Hard, old bread. The roast beef slider was also old and cold. The roast beef was cold, dry, and hard. The fries were ice cold. I asked to speak with the manager. She was very very rude. Basically told me I was a liar and said she knows for a fact that the chicken was fresh, which it was so obviously not. She rudely said I can make you another one but it will be another 5 minutes. I said I'll just take a refund. She refunded me for one slider... I asked her what the number to call corporate was, she said she didn't know because she was new. Very unpleasant. I ordered through Door Dash yesterday because I saw they had the chicken salad sandwich! They only have this once in awhile! I ordered 2 of those, 2 French dip sandwiches and 2 large fry. With tip 46.00. The delivery guy showed up and handed my husband 2 small bags! I kept saying, check the order, it doesn't look right! In one bag we're the French dip sandwiches, and the other bag had the gravy! The driver spoke no English so we couldn't get him to understand it was a partial order! We told him to take it back. I contacted Door Dash and got a credit for all the food. I then reordered the entire thing! The next Dasher got to the store then called me to tell me they didn't have the chicken salad . By then I was angry! Obviously they couldn't communicate with the first driver because he spoke no English. I understand them not having the chicken salad but what about the fries?? None of those either??? I canceled the order. Arbys should not have sent the first order the way it was. Neither driver got a tip and after 2 hours of trying to get food I ended up eating a can of soup! I will never order from Arby's again! They wasted my time and the delivery peoples time by lack of communication!

It's Arby's! The roast beef sandwiches are the best and only! I can't imagine anyone giving a bad post to Arby's. The store is always clean and the drive thru is quick. The food is why I go there and they're the only fast food place that serves roast beef sandwiches that I know of. I would definitely recommend this Arby's to anyone who wants a great roast beef sandwich and sides whether to eat in or take home. 👍👍

Staff here is very nice but you have to be checking because they constantly forget part of your order, or ask what sauces you want and then never put the sauce in the bag. I went today and they were out of roast beef and out of the sauce I wanted on my wings. A bit disappointed every time I go. I think they just need more staff on hand and the ones there are doing their best but there’s a lot going on for them. Need better management. Have heard their managers scream at their staff like animals and it’s really off putting. I can’t imagine working for someone like that. I wish this location well.

I love Arby's so much. The food is great and has for the most part always been hot. I think there was one time that it was warm and not hot, but it wasn't something to be upset about. They always let me use outdated coupons as well, which other restaurants will not let me do. I think this sets them apart from other restaurants, but you'll have to decide that one for yourself. I know in this economy with everything going up, Arby's cares enough about their customers to not fuss over a date on a coupon for their restaurant. Thank you, Arby's

We love Arby's and frequent it often at home. We were so looking forward to fresh curly fries and fresh sandwiches. Dreams dashed! Instead, we got cold &old fries saturated in grease, the Brisket was also not hot and the sodas were watered down from sitting. It wouldn't have been as bad if the service was better. Nope, just attitude and acting as if customers are a bother. Noted!

I wish the curly fries were actually curly. I got a box of regular seasoned fries. Not one was curly. The chicken sandwich wasn't that great. The Americana roast beef was a 3 out of 5. Jamocha shake was good!

Wagyu burger was good. Crinkles fries were good and not over salted like usual. Americana sandwich reheated next day was good.

They were very friendly & attentive. I had some customizations & everything was perfect and still hot when I got it home. I love that everything is made to order & not premade/ heated up. I come to this Arby’s 1-2 times a month & have only had my order wrong once which was quickly corrected with apologies & care. I definitely recommend this Arby’s!

Went after work about 7:30pm and was in the drive thru with only one other car at the window. Someone said they would be there shortly and I waited a good 15 mins and no one ever came back on the drive thru mic!

Been eating at Arby's for years, the roast beef sandwiches are pretty good, chicken tenders average - not bad, just average - but their curly fries are getting to be a joke. In an average carton you may get a few curries but mostly scraps and pieces of fries. Sad.

My wife and I had lunch inside. We both had gyros and crinkle fries and a large jamoka shake. The dinning room was comfortable and clean. The service was fast and friendly and the sandwich and fries were delicious. Awesome experience and great food! I recommend stopping by and having an amazing sandwich! Good job everyone!

This kid was the most respectful, friendliest and nicest person. I think he said his name was Zyia. I hope to see him again soon. He's going many places in life!

I used to love Arby's, but this location has definitely squashed those feelings and replaced them with disgust. In the past month, I have gone to Arby's with hopes of getting my Beef and Cheddar double meal, but was told that they are out of Roast beef on several occasions. So apparently, Arby's does not "Have the Meat" at this location. I was also charged for the wrong item on 2 separate occasions by the same cashier, causing almost a dollar increase on the meal that I usually always get. I feel these workers are lazy theives that are doing these things on purpose. Good luck keeping this place in business.

Always some excuse of, out of a drink, we are short staffed, wait at the drive thru for like 5 mins before they take your order. If you say anything they throw you attitude. Finally straw was tonight, how the hell is a roast beef joint out of roast beef..... Just such a disappointingly failure of a restaurant.👎

Just tried the chicken club wrap. The cook does not know how to roll a wrap and the wrap itself was hard, very lil imitation chicken in the breading. Was not good. They were out of roast beef at 7pm as they said a big order sold them out. She explained 10 sandwiches on 2 dorr dash orders. WOW 10 whole sandwiches.????? I marked the potato cakes but they don't even serve those anymore. And when they had the fish they always sold out and had to wait for it. So things people like they get rid of just like the potato cakes
