The Bubble Tea is fantastic! The lovely lady at the counter is very kind. They do good service and are neat in their work.Every time I go there the place is always neat and tidy. I would like to thank the chef and the lovely lady for making the Bubble Tea nice and to also thank them for opening their shop. It’s the best thing I have ever tasted! If you have not been there you should go. Their Bubble Tea is delicious! Thanks again

The customer service was awful, and it had a very unwelcoming atmosphere. It was a terrible experience, and I definitely wouldn't go again! The bubble tea didn't taste great either, which was certainly not worth the price.

An amazing experience! A lovely family run enterprise.They use vegan popping balls too. The lady that served us was super kind, fast, the drink was high quality and tasted amazing! We got a selection to try and shared them out. A great taste experience! Super clean and transparent set up!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING , Me and my friend were so desperate for bubble tea so we typed it in Google maps and found something!.So we went on our bikes and arrived the service was AMAZING everyone was polite and had a smile on their face and then the drinks… they were WONDERFUL best I’ve ever tasted! I got a strawberry fruit tea with cherry pearls and apple coconut jelly would definitely recommend will be coming back!.

Heard about this place as my regular was closed; but I have to say this is now going to be my regular. All the pobbles and jellies are plant based and made from natural sugars and they don’t typically have a “sweetness” option, they just use the natural sweetness of their products and it tastes amazing! I had the passion fruit juice with Mango probables and strawberry jelly, it was amazing! My mum was scared to try and said “I don’t like the sound of it” but ended up finishing mine by the end! Highly recommended, lovely staff and lovely atmosphere

Absolutely loved the Bubble tea and customer service. The lady serving us was ever so lovely and patiently explained all the menu items we enquired about. It was wonderful to see vegan options on their menu which I haven't seen elsewhere. Definitely recommend visiting this place if you are in or around Southall. i NEVER review places, but i had to absolutely give this place a 5 star review. at first, i got taro milk with tapioca pearls. it was so good, i gulped it down in five minutes (which, in retrospect, was a mistake because i didn’t get to enjoy it longer). my friend got a masala chai, and hers was the tastiest chai i have ever had. we had a few other chais at neighboring restaurants but it was not at all up to the standard of this place. we found ourselves comparing them, and this place always won. not only is everything there delicious, the lady working is so genuine and kind. she truly cared, and listened to our stories with interest. truly one of the kindest people i’ve met in the uk. two days later, we were back for seconds of the chai. who knows, maybe we’ll get thirds on our way out !

Great atmosphere, lovely and amazing staff members always serves with a smile. The different types of bubble teas are amazing and we also ask what do they recommend if unsure, n without a doubt they have a great taste for knowing the flavours. Me and my daughters favourite place to go and highly recommend 👌

Very friendly and kind staff☺️ The bubble teas were also very delicious🧋 We tried assam milk tea with tapioca, thai milk tea with tapioca and guava fruit tea with lychee bobas. The interior was also decorated beautifully. One suggestion for improvement would be to cook the tapioca pearls longer until they are really soft because one bubble tea had hard tqpioca pearls.

Wonderful service, delicious drinks. My sister got the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca and loved it. I had a mango fruit tea with grape coconut jellies and apple, strawberry and raspberry pobbles.

I loved the service of the store and ofcourse the drinks are a must when you're in Southall. I found this place on maps by surprise and paid it a visit, they did not disappoint. Its safe to to say that they have gotten a regular after my two trips there already within the last couple days. Their drinks are light and the melt in your mouth black pearl tapioca was delicious and the actual drink paired perfectly with it. I fully recommend this place!

Was really craving a bubble tea last night and went to the perfect place! They had a range of flavours and the customer service was excellent, she helped me pick out the perfect combination. I ended up getting a peach lychee with mango pobbles and green apple jelly. It was delicious! The atmosphere inside is also so fun! Funky tables, balloons and infused smells at the counter. Great experience, thank you!

Premium looking place, very peaceful environment and the staff was very nice. Truly a delightful experience and the bubble tea was perfect in every way with a strong yet balanced flavour.

This has to be like the best bubble tea place ever! I've been here so many times now and really recommend it if you would like a quality bubble tea. I've tried others and it's nothing in comparison. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, which makes it a lovely experience.

Ironically had asked a few people along the Uxbridge Rd for a place to get a good Asian tea, but no one could say. Yet , just by my bus stop I noticed this place so just took a chance. Tea was exactly what I wanted and nicely made with a reasonable price. Lady in shop was very helpful. I don't usually give four stars easily so hopefully there is consistency within the shop and products. Want to try the ice cream next time.

I got the Cookies and Cream Milk tea which was amazing. It was recommended by the owner as I asked her for one that was the most chocolatey and it didn't disappoint. Great service, highly recommend visiting.

Found this gem on Google and popped in to try it. My niece had the brown sugar milk tea, and had it served warm which was a revelation! The lady who served us was so friendly and happy, and was the one who informed us that having it warm was an option. The drink was tasty and the tapioca pearls were soft. We will definitely be going back whenever we're next in the area, and highly recommend it.

We felt being welcomed once entered inside with a smile , very friendly people were around us , ready to assist. Had bubble fruit tea , it was very good and refreshing. Also got to try fried noodles. Were yummy. They have good food choices for lunch n dinner too.

Fantastic service the lady is always lovely and engaging whilst getting our order exactly how we want it. Really took the time to listen to my children's order and this lead to them being happy about their order. My child commented how they got the order exactly how she wanted unlike other places we ordered from. Well done its our new fav spot on our doorstep.

Great variety of vegetarian dishes. Love the options of Bubble Teas. I ordered a Pina Colada Flavour Bubble Tea and really enjoyed it. Service was excellent and the place was very clean. I defo reccomend this place to anybody who is looking for a vegetarian place to dine in x
