My fiancé purchased a 1950s diamond engagement ring from this jeweller for me 3 years ago. Art Deco style. We continue to be delighted with the ring Lawrence, the owner provided independent valuation and certification. He spent a lot of time with us teaching us about diamonds, What to look for etc. I have recommended this family business to family and friends who also have been happy with the service and their purchases Since the engagement ring purchase, I've popped into to have watch batteries changed and the odd watch or jewellery repair and have always been happy with the service. I had a missing sapphire in my ring and Lawrence matched the gem and repaired the clasp. They always clean my rings for me and never charge which is a nice touch. I trust this business to do a good job and have found the prices reasonable. They always tell you up front how much it's going to be if an estimate for more complicated issues. Have dealt with this family business for 3 years. Recommended.

This is the third time I've been to Guess & Co and I've always found them very helpful and also very fair. I bought a lovely ring for my wife back before Christmas which she was very pleased with. Today they valued some rings for me but did not charge since the rings were of no great value (this was as I expected). I'll definitely return, maybe this time to look at the watches for myself!

I used Guess and Co for the 1st time for repairs to a gold chain and bracelet, the staff where so helpful and knowledgeable and the repairs done to a very high standard. The staff went above and beyond to help me with a pendant for a 50th birthday. I can’t recommend these guy’s enough.

My sentimental carriage style clock had stopped working, but I didn't have much hope of getting it repaired. Tho not a valuable clock, it is of great value to me, so I was delighted to find Guess and Co who very quickly replaced the movement in my clock which now stands proudly in its original position at my home. Very polite and helpful company which I will definitely recommend. Great service thanks.

Really pleased with the service and friendly staff. I had a stone re-set in a ring that has very high sentimental value. I was thrilled to see it looking as good as new. The person who served me was incredibly nice and clearly took an interest in taking great care of the ring and giving me a wonderful experience with the repair.
