I am very thankful for a truly spectacular dentist. I am filled with gratitude that Dr. Hakan and his staff they are always eager and ready to help me out whenever I need it. I felt completely safe with level of care and their consideration to give their clients best service. I also appreciate the way of communication via email or other communications app's, answering any questions regarding my concerns to give the best experience taking care of my teeth's and even enjoying staying in a beautiful city of Istanbul.

I had a wonderful experience in Dentaoris. I would like to thank all the staff for the efforts and commitment to the agreement, and especially the doctor who performed the veneers, thanks God it was easy and successful at the same time. It is a very nice dental clinic in terms of servicescape but not that professional in terms of expertises. I went there for teeth cleaning and the cost was 500tl. It took like only 15 mins or less, and I felt like the job wasn't done thoroughly compared to others which I went to before.

The female doctor was absolutely rude and I had a horrible experience not only with a simple crown cementation but with her attitude. My crown fell and I needed it to be cemented. I ask her to check if I had other issue and she completely ignored my request and went ahead with the cementation without checking the bite and making sure my bite is right. I had told her that when it happened and she just brushed it off. This a stupid mistake shouldn’t happen with a decently qualified doctor. I wouldn’t advice anyone to visit.

Hi guy's , I was there today, worst experience I had in my life. The reception Ms.Malike GÜL YILMAZ was not speaking English not one word's , luckily another guy who works in there, was speak English help me to translate. He was amazing guy. But Ms.Malike GÜL YILMAZ couldn't understand , so she felt offend with no reason. Another other hand Ms.Neslihan BOĞAZ claim I was rude with Ms.Malike GÜL YILMAZ, which I was not ,we're laughing about how need to pay money up front before treatment. However Ms.Neslihan BOĞAZ was refure me to do any treatment . Worst clinic it like, you talk to a zombie people , accept the translating guy was good . Do not go there they rub your money. 👎👎👎 Don't forget customer always right. There was no bad behaviours, accept joke, obviously lost of sense of humor. It sad. Beside there is many bad reviews experience same as me. Communicate and understand
