I
moved
to
my
house
in
Nişantaşı
on
February
9th
with
Blueground.
The
reason
why
I
worked
with
Blueground
was
because
I
work
in
a
very
busy
law
firm
and
it
has
a
pick-your-bag
concept
and
24/7
support
system.
The
house
I
live
in
is
a
new
house
that
is
15
years
old
and
I
had
to
receive
the
furniture
brand
new.
Since
I
was
worried
about
earthquakes,
I
was
looking
for
a
reliable
company.
Unfortunately,
I
have
been
a
complete
disappointment
since
my
move.
1.
Since
the
day
I
moved
into
my
house,
many
electrical
items
were
not
working
or
unusable.
The
dishwasher's
tire
is
broken
-
it
is
leaking
water,
the
iron
is
broken,
the
blender
is
not
working,
the
rails
of
a
cabinet
are
completely
broken
and
unusable.
The
baseboards
in
the
kitchen
need
to
be
completely
replaced.
The
master
who
comes
to
the
house
fixes
the
crooked
part
with
a
hammer
as
a
solution
for
the
baseboards
that
are
so
old
that
they
will
tear
my
trousers.
No
constructive
solution
is
produced,
of
course
the
problem
recurs.
I
have
contacted
many
times
to
change
these,
but
even
if
they
send
a
master
to
the
house,
the
masters
come
and
go,
neither
taking
measurements
nor
providing
a
solution.
I
haven't
counted
how
many
times
the
master
came
to
the
house,
but
the
problems
still
continue
for
1
month.
2.
There
had
been
an
incredibly
shaky
elevator
since
the
house
was
toured,
but
my
real
estate
agent
had
reported
the
situation
and
said
that
it
could
be
fixed
as
soon
as
possible.
While
using
the
elevator
every
morning
and
evening,
I
waited
for
the
problem
to
be
fixed,
but
when
I
saw
that
no
solution
was
produced,
I
contacted
the
team.
In
response,
it
was
said
that
there
had
been
no
such
complaints
before
and
that
maintenance
was
being
carried
out.
In
order
to
be
constructive,
I
asked
the
apartment
manager
twice
to
suggest
a
solution
to
the
situation
and
told
him
that
I
was
afraid
every
day,
that
my
herniated
disc
had
recurred
due
to
the
shaking,
and
invited
him
to
the
apartment
to
use
the
elevator
at
least
once.
They
neither
came
to
check
nor
believed
what
I
said.
When
I
asked
why
misinformation
should
be
given
on
such
a
subject,
and
why
there
is
not
even
a
single
maintenance
label
on
the
elevator
if
it
has
been
maintained,
I
was
left
unanswered.
As
someone
who
pays
2,600
lira
monthly
dues,
I
don't
know
what
these
dues
can
be
spent
on
if
they
are
not
spent
on
elevator
maintenance.
It
is
unbelievable
that
a
global
company
like
Blueground
does
not
address
a
life-threatening
problem
that
can
be
solved
so
simply.
3.
Dog
droppings
and
garbage
are
constantly
thrown
into
a
space
at
the
entrance
of
the
house,
and
there
is
an
incredible
smell
at
the
entrance
of
the
apartment.
I
asked
them
to
clean
it
up
or
at
least
write
a
note,
but
they
didn't
care
about
that
either.
However,
all
of
them
were
simple
problems
that
could
be
solved
within
the
scope
of
dues.
4.
I
learned
that
the
house,
which
had
a
6-month
advance
rent
and
a
1-year
contract,
was
put
up
for
sale
less
than
1
month
after
I
lived
in
it.
As
someone
who
works
very
hard,
I
am
now
expected
to
show
my
house
to
buyers
and
open
it.
If
it
was
going
to
be
put
up
for
sale,
I
don't
understand
why
it
was
purchased
for
6
months
in
advance.
5.
There
is
a
bad
smell
coming
from
the
ventilation
in
the
bathroom,
there
is
moisture
throughout
the
kitchen
and
bedroom
near
the
window,
the
paint
is
peeling.
The
masters
say
that
it
is
a
recurring
problem,
but
this
is
how
they
rented
the
house
to
me.
If
anyone
is
moving
to
Istanbul
and
considering
working
with
Blueground,
I
would
not
recommend
it
to
anyone.
I've
been
dealing
with
problems
since
I
moved
into
the
house.
