Please be aware. I got my teeth done here 2 months ago. They were very nice and friendly before I paid my money. A few days after the process teeth started to fall out. Luckily I was still in Istanbul and was able to get them to glue it back. I’ve been back in the US for two months and 2 more teeth have fallen out. I’ve been calling them for 2 weeks and no one has answered me.

My sister and I flew from Australia 🇦🇺 to Turkey 🇹🇷 to have some dental work done. We were picked up from our hotel each day and taken to Dentfix. On arrival all staff were friendly and very respectful. Our dentist took the time to understand what we were looking for and consulted through the amazing translators every detail of our journey. Then things got a little to much for us, they offer a break, tea and coffee, which show how attentive the team was. I am so pleased to have found this dentail client and would highly recommend their services. Both my sister and I are extremely happy with the final product and could not of imagined anything more. 10/10 ⭐️

Wonderful job all around.. I was really apprehensive to travel across the world for dental work but DentFix was so clean, professional & considerate. The nurses were gentle and they had translators all around. The coordinator Sami took great care of me and was not pushy or forceful. Work was quick and painless. Drivers were always on time. I was promised dental veneers, but what I got was crowns not veneers. they said I will need 8 root canals before the veneers and charged me but they did only one root canal. My teeth cracked after a mont. They installed my crowns in groups of 4 not individually, it is so uncomfortable, and I can't floss each tooth. The doctor was really young maybe 23 or 24 the most. I do not recommend this place for any veneers or crowns. Now I am stuck with cracked teeth and can barely east properly. My bite is off, my speech is off. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I contacted Dentfix after extensive research. I wanted to get veneers and it’s super expensive in California so I contacted Dentfix and the whole experience was phenomenal. I was picked up and dropped off from my hotel. I was told in great detail about the whole procedure. The doctor and staff is very friendly and professional as well as honest in their opinions. They took their time to create a 3D smile to see what I would be satisfied with. My flight was in a week so they made sure to accommodate my schedule. I love my new smile and I feel so confident now. I have already recommended two friends to visit the next time they’re in Istanbul!

My experience is genuinely positive. I was so upset with the way my teeth looked that I was afraid to smile. I got excellent veneers treatment at a decent price. The staff was also pretty amiable. Thank you so much!

am from UK. My wife got her teeth done. First day she had treatment which caused lots of pain. Second day there was more treatment. The dentist put temper teeth which came of right way. He tried to put them back on. By time she got back to hotel. The temper teeth had came away and was digging in to her mouth and tongue. No pain killer were given or recommended. No ice pace was give even though here face was swollen. It was a Saturday. I informed the agent Falak (medical consultant) a Pakistani. He said it too late now and tomorrow Sunday. He booked appointment for Monday 4 pm. They just put the temper back. Still no pain relief or icepack given. The next appointment was booked for Thursday. My wife could not tolerate the pain and they gave her one tablet. Although I pain killer which she took. When she asked for more the Agent said we do not like giving pain killer as we want to see where the pain is. They claimed the had done 7 root treatment so I told them it was less. They adjust it on final payment. Agent quoted for Zirconium but in middle of treatment he said we have put Metal Porcelain as they are stronger. When I checked I found that to be a lying. Zirconium are stronger then Metal Porcelain. They put the crowns on the final day. The crown do not seem to be individual but in 3\4 grouped together. They have not sent he night guard. She can not eat where as before treatment she was fine. Now her teeth are sensitive to cold, hot sensitive and sugar. What a waste of £4000 i would not recommend them.

I went for a full set of dental implants as I was so unhappy with dentures.The planning stage was simple and easier than I had imagined. I have to admit that for me its going to be wiite a long procees as I had to have bone grafts to my jaw. The people at the clinic, from the lady who does the cleaning to surgeons doing the work,they were amazing,friendly,knowledgeable,professional and so helpful for any questions. I cannot recommend them more hightly and will soon be going sgain

I came all the way from the US it was such an amazing experience. I’m so happy with my new smile everything went perfectly. It was so worth the travel and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. I visited 3 other clinics and in my opinion they were the best. The staff were so kind and their customer service was amazing. The doctors were so hardworking, driven, and compassionate they were so patient and understanding. The consultant Falak guided me through everything and made arrangements to fit my schedule. He did an amazing job and was such a a big help! I can promise you, you won’t regret coming to this clinic.

Absolutely loved going to Dentfix. Every single person at this clinic was warm and inviting. They answered every one of my questions while never making me feel dumb or annoying for asking. Had a wonderful experience. The clinic staff was extremely welcoming, professional, and thorough! The clinic itself was very clean and had very up to date tools and equipment. The hotel was meh, very dated, had some leaky pipes, and the breakfast wasn’t great. The only complaint I have about the clinical proceeds itself is the temporary teeth. I was told I would be able to eat soft foods, but that was not the case for me, I had to go only a liquid diet for the week (smoothies, soups). If there was a better option for securing the temporary teeth, that would be great. Overall wonderful experience, I have recommended the clinic to several people and when it is time for my touch up, I intend to go back.

Overall it was an excellent experience. The staff, starting from the owner to the person who helps with cleaning, are people with good customer service. The dentist ALI, what a great job and patience with his patients, good job of the transportation coordinator, the interpreters who help with patients from all over the world, the people at the front desk, etc. I definitely recommend the clinic for treatments that they offer since they are professionals and strive to ensure that the patient leaves satisfied with the desired smile.

This is my second visit and my experience is the same. Staff qualification seems fine, results look good. One should bear in mind that Dentfix only pays for accommodation on first trips which affects overall pricing. 5 for communication - you will have an instantly responsive personal assistant on WhatsApp at all hours. 4.5 for results

Best professionals and amazing team. My treatment was all on 6 for my upper and lower jaw. My case was a bit complicated because I had gum disease and loss of bone but thanks to the professionals in the hospital I want to say that after 3 visits in Dentfix the final result is great and I’m really happy.

From the moment you're picked up from the airport you receive a 5* service. All the staff are very pleasant & always happy to answer any questions, if you're not happy with even the smallest detail they will correct it. My mind was put at rest once my treatment was underway as I was quite nervous and anxious. Very little pain during my process of extractions, sinus lift with bone graft as well as implants. I had 24 crowns fitted. The clinic said it would be painless and it was but the 8 hours on the chair being prepared was uncomfortable but necessary. I booked in to get a root canal and teeth whitening. I thought I would save some money while having a holiday. The hotel was really nice and in a good location. My experience with Dentifix: The first contact was in May 2023 with photos of me and an initial cost proposal. The contact person [Emine] was very helpful and was able to answer all questions. Arrival and treatment in December 2023 [first treatment] went very well with a little pain - which is part of it. Hotel, transfer and also the translation worked well. The doctors were all very good and the second final treatment [April 2024] also went without any problems. Costs were kept within limits. A big thank you goes to Emine [contact person] and to the team who treated and looked after me. I never felt alone but was always well looked after. Thank you very much:)

I had some hesitation to trust a stranger with whom I chatted to via Whatsapp and then to travel to Turkey on my own however reflecting on my experience, I would highly recommend this amazing service! I was guided to a meeting point outside the exit doors at the airport, driver brought me to the hotel, I was explained everything and had additional services offered to me such as sightseeing, next morning I was driven to the dentist and afterwards brought back to the hotel, constantly kept up to date with my situation, such professionals with lovely friendly manners and now I get to enjoy the benefits of having a full mouth of teeth and may smile with confidence!

I had a great experience with Dentfix Instanbul . I had been planning to come to this clinic for a while, but for several different reasons I had to postpone (almost two years in the making actually) and Falak , along with the entire staff were absolutely awesome and so patient with me the whole time. Dr. Ali, Hamza , and everyone else talked me through the whole process, answering any questions I had in total detail, being very understanding and patient with me, especially when I tried to be stubborn and make the wrong decisions for the betterment of my procedure. I learned to trust them and they did not disappoint. From the awesome hotel that I was placed in, to the luxurious rides back and forth every day, to the friendly clinic staff, this was an experience of a lifetime, and I highly recommend anyone to come. There is something to be said about the happiness and confidence a new bright smile can do for one’s self esteem . My only regret is not getting here sooner .

Good advice from Emine. The treatment and the hotel were good. The location near Taksim Square is also good and it has some good restaurants nearby. Return journey a day earlier would have been possible and desirable.

Be very careful with this clinic, if you are wary it changes the prices and tells you that it is a scam, it is very strong for that..

I am from Romania, I arrived at the clinic through Nina. An understanding lady who put up with all my messages of dissatisfaction. I had 4 implants that hurt terribly. A month has passed since then, I feel much better and I am happy. In April I have to go back for the final.
