Forever one of my favorite coffee shops - I’ve never had a bad latte or experience here. Legit the best cup of coffee, always smooth and creamy and delicious. Plus I love that they make their own syrups! 🙌🏾 We had the peach latte - not my personal fave, but I’m not a fan of peaches and coffee (apparently, I didn’t know). But even if not being my fave, it was still delicious! My hubby had a white chocolate mocha and he loved it. The pastries and extras were great! This location is such a vibe and I love their branding. All around, a MUST if you’re around. ✌🏾

Awesome coffee and staff. Sooo freaking cool! They have won so many awards, I have found their beans all around the country. Their roaster has won national competitions several times as have their baristas. Their garb is always on point too. I love their xmas sweaters and their sugar skull gear. The staff is super sweet and they will remember your name. I like their approaching during covid too. Made me really feel good.

GREAT experience for a good cup of joe. Relaxing atmosphere and a friendly staff to assist with questions about what to order. Coffee wasn’t exactly the flavor I was going for but it was well prepared. I’ll definitely go again and try another flavor. Give this place a try ASAP!!

One of the cool coffee joints I have ever been to. The place looks so hip. The covid protection is very good at this place, with all masks on and social distancing etc. I stopped by for a cup of mocha and a chocolate croissant. I took them out as a togo order today. However, I’m a big fan of sitting inside a cafe with a cup of coffee and work in a laid back environment. I’m definitely going back soon.

The staff is always friendly and the seasonal drinks are the bomb. Half the time I go I'm tempted to just hang out and chill because the playlist they have going is so nice. Alternatively if you're in a hurry they're a great pit stop because of their efficiency behind the bar.

I’ve never been to this location. I’ve never been to Arkansas. I’m willing to fly there to try Onyx Coffee in person. Every 2-3 weeks I order beans for at home brewing. The package arrives quickly. When I say quickly I mean Usain Bolt quickly. From the packaging to the care put into roasting their beans, I’m in love with this place! I will continue to order from Onyx. Who knows? Maybe one day I’ll visit for a cuppa.

One of the best coffee shops in Arkansas; if not the best. I definitely recommend the lattes or drips and you can’t go wrong with buying a bag of their premium roasts and making your own at home. Highly recommend!

I went there and got a 2 pound bag of geometry coffee beans which were suggested to me by a barista, I haven't yet tried the coffee but the beans smell amazing. As soon as I entered the cafe I could tell it was a really cool place, the energy was great. It was definitely bustling and everyone in there looked really cool and the whole store smelled amazing. I also got a muffin while I was there. The outer crust was good but after the first couple of bites it was. . . Underwhelming. I wish it was a little better throughout. It wasn't bad but it wasn't especially good either.

Onyx has the best beans in Arkansas, great selection to buy in small or large portions at their stores. This is their smaller location, if you need a pick me up. The locations in Rogers are amazing. Easy to sit down in and work for hours. The food is a bit overpriced, so I’d stick with the coffee. I’d recommend spending the money there. Great espressos, and the service is fast.

This is a very nice and casual establishment! All of the staff was very sweet and they have numerous options! You can buy the ground coffee they use along with some snacks and merchandise. They also had a few unique coffee items such as coffee bloom honey and special coffee chocolate. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

“We can take your cash, but we won’t give you change back” I think this business decision to go cashless will not serve the community at large. It’s off putting to say the least and perhaps they are just trying to serve a specific customer base. People with credit cards, digital wallets, or bring exact change can be served fairly. Those that bring cash will not be given change and thus have to pay more for their food/drinks. That is insane. I get the 3% credit card fees that companies charge businesses, but now this? What happened to cash is king? What if I forgot my credit card at home or my phone died, but I still wanted to go buy something at Onyx? Well, you might as well go somewhere else because you bring a $20 bill for a $7 drink, you’re out $20. I don’t know how I or the friends I’ve explained this to can continue to support a local business like this anymore. It’s just mind blowing.

The precious gem of Fayetteville on full display! Onyx Coffee Lab (Fayetteville) is the closest thing to a perfect coffee shop! I haven't seen a coffee shop offer so much in one location: plenty of seating (both inside and outside), specified work areas, creative choices in art and decor, superb coffee a - all topped by the high quality of customer service with exemplary baristas. I organized an extended vacation to Arkansas with my fam & wonderful, sweetest girlfriend, Marissa! She bought me a nice shirt from their merch section. The fam thought it wouldn't fit me correctly so I asked one of the baristas if I could try it on in the restroom and they were totally fine with it! I tried it one and it did fit me a little too big, so I got a size smaller and the customer service and barista team were so kind and understanding to let me trade it in (☺️)! I ordered the Autumn Spice Latte and Marissa ordered the Ube Fomo. Both were phenomenal and worth the travel to try! They don't have pour overs / drip brew right now. 😥 Limited menu but high quality in what they do have. You'll probably wait in-line for this one but only for a minute or two.

Hands down, The BEST espresso drinks in the state!! I always pick up a bag of fresh beans when we pass through the area.

Great coffee great service and great food. Breakfast sandwich was great, Lavender coconut coffee thing was great, black salted mocha was pretty great and the brew on your own coffee proved to live up to the expected standard. Also if you are looking for tattoo ideas go and stand in line. Great place to see a wide variety.

So glad I drove a couple miles out of the way to check this place out! Here in AR for the first time and always love to try some good local spots. Super awesome environment and friendly staff. The autumn spices latte is bomb (and I do not like PSLs 😂). It’s so much better! Avocado sourdough 🤌🏼🤌🏼 They also have a good inventory of cool tees, mugs, and coffees.

New to the area and Onyx has won my heart! I’ve been multiple times and the service has just been incredible. The baristas are very young and personable and really care about making you feel welcomed. I ordered the azure latte and the Avocado toast. The atmosphere is nice as well. They set the mood with good music that makes the place feel cozy despite their constant traffic.

Great coffee. Friendly staff. I especially love that they sell less common styles of coffee (such as pour-overs), the rotating seasonal menus, and that they include roasting dates on the packages of coffee they sell. The pastries that have available are great as well (especially the chocolate croissants). They also sell things like pour over devices, filters and the like. If I had any complaints, it would be that some of the more unusual, enthusiast offerings they sometimes have (such as geisha coffee) tend to come and go, but it is still great to see a company that offers the like.

Big fan of coffee and have tried the famed Onyx beans at home on plenty of occasions—so it was a long awaited trip to come to the OG. Bustling with people and no place to sit inside, but we were getting coffee to go so it was alright. I had an espresso and the Onyx Delight. Both were delicious. Onyx Delight is one of the best coffee drinks I have ever had. The vibes were great, staff not pretentious and neither was the crowd (which can sometimes be an issue for high-end coffee shops). Such a kind environment and definitely want to make it out to the Bentonville location soon. Onyx delivered in person and I will continue to have their beans delivered to my house.

Worst blended coffee I’ve ever had. 😣 We’ve been coming to Onyx for several years. It wasn’t this bad. We remembered getting good quality coffee, but this time not. We got the most expensive coffee we’ve ever had. They don’t know how to make blended coffee anymore. What we got it was too liquid and with pieces of coffee and chocolate still in whole.

Loved the coffee and decor, this is a very cool spot. We loved the pistachio latte and pastries. One complaint - the music was very loud for a coffee shop. That may mean I’m “too old,” but it’s the truth.

My favorite coffee place when visiting from out-of-town. The Salt Mocha is my morning cup every morning when in town with a lavender macaron. Today I tried a little pecan thing (I don't remember the name of it, but it was very good).

Overall I really like Onyx coffee. I have been into speciality coffee for about 5 years now and I have been roasting my own for about that much time. Overall the coffee quality is good. Service is great but the lines can be long. 4/5 because the location is small and can be crowded.

I would consider myself a coffee enthusiast as I roast my own beans and spend too much money on my hobby. I heard about Onyx from a friend who went to Arkansas and had a trip through Fayetteville so I had to stop. I can easily say that the coffee I tried is the best coffee I have had. I was sad that it was during the season of a pandemic so I couldn't go inside. Highly recommend the Ethiopian Beriti pour over.

New at making cold brew at home. Bought onyx coffee online not realizing the beans were whole and not ground. Called them and they were more than happy to grind for me. While waiting I ordered an iced latte with the Geometry blend, oat milk and lavender. Drive back home was HEAVENLY with the smell of fresh ground coffee in the car and that exquisite drink ❤️ The home cold brew turned out fantastic too! The beans and the grind make all the difference! Bonus... Awesome people and customer service 💯👍

Love Onxy- great coffee and atmosphere. I particularly like the Fayetteville location. You could do a lot worse, and helping the local economy is always a plus.

I’m impressed with all the different types of processes they have for coffee. Cold drip, and nitro. Great flavor combinations, but disappointed with the baristas. Proportions are always off- too sweet, and the same drink tastes different every time. Hit or miss. Cute looking store for three stars.

Onyx is a place to get your coffee in Fayetteville. Their Coffee is better than any coffee place around. Also, the Onyx people are wonderful too. I wish they have bigger space that we could study there too.

I love Onyx. Lot of different single origin and blends that give great variety to my coffee taste buds. Extensive transparency in origins and pricing. Just joined the subscription service. Expensive but worth it. Would be 5 stars but they put their coffee in new (expensive looking) packaging, and apparently paid for it by reducing coffee from 12 oz to 10, kept price same.
