After leaving the ICU and in the apartment, some people who are part of the technical team do not perform their work the way it should be done and when others notice it, there is a difference between the way they deal with the patient and the work provided. Then in the ward, I notice the lack of structure in the ward where it has to be shared with 4 patients and 4 companions, where there is a lack of food, as some are entitled to it, others are not, the air conditioning is not working and after hours of requesting a control, the person responsible appears and He simply says he has nothing to do, nonsense. The bathroom still has a bad odor, with the pipes running a stinky liquid that emits a strong smell. Furthermore, there is no guidance policy regarding living and sharing the environment with other users.

    My 2-year-old daughter was admitted to the Unimed pediatrics emergency room an hour after a burn on her foot from a fireworm. The foot was swollen and purple. She was attended to by doctor RODRIGO LAUDANO. I didn't like the procedure at all. You enter the office and there is no chair for the patient to sit on. The doctor didn't have the slightest sensitivity seeing me standing with a child on my lap crying. I was attended to standing up, while I searched the Internet for how to proceed. He asked for some tests and just prescribed an anti-inflammatory drug Aliviun. The foot continued to swell, and he was unable to walk. I took her to her pediatrician the next day, who prescribed the correct medication, including antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs indicated for the wound. If it were up to him, my daughter would have a worse infection that could lead to something much more serious.

    Worse than the unimed emergency, there are only SOME polyclinics. Terrible service, attendants and nurses or technicians (I don't even know why they don't even wear badges) are completely rude, the nurse saw my fiancée vomiting INSIDE THE SERVICE STATION, didn't even want to pick up the bag, and even said that if I wasn't there she would help. Worse than Unimed, I think it's just not having a plan, I don't know where Brazil's health will end up, public health is already bad, private health is getting worse every day.

    The emergency receptionists are terrible, people arrive feeling unwell and don't even get a good night in return and they still look at you with a dirty look. The security guard was with my girlfriend telling her to wait at the reception, as there were two other companions in the room too and he only spoke to my girlfriend afterwards when I refuted asking why he didn't tell the other people to leave as well he said "who are they?" and I pointed out and he said "ah, I told them too" and how would he have said it if he didn't even know who it was? cynical.
