Excellent Greek food and a very pleasant staff! We arrived without a reservation and we were still seated. Large protions and a nice selection of gluten-free options. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. The restaurant had no issues with communicating in English and were very accommodating. Well visit again the next time I'm in Munich!

Nice food and drinks. Kids menu was a piece of drawing paper to Color and keep the kids engaged, nice concept. Our little one liked it very much. There are parking space available right behind the restaurant. Chances are that you might miss it, so drive slow and take right turn right next to the restaurant.

The food here is amazing… been travelling Europe for a month so far and our lunch here was hands down the best meal we’ve had so far. Very accomodating and friendly staff and a great outdoor terrace to top it off.

Amazing place, excellent food, super nice owner and staff and especially nice to have such a great selection for celiacs.They are very knowledgeable when it comes to gluten free food and contamination free preparation, and have tons of options for celiacs. They actually mark the few foods on the menu that do contain gluten specifically. Very nice outdoor seating as well. Fully recommended!

Incredible, the food, staff and service were amazing. This is CASH ONLY we didn't realise this and was worrying about paying. The owner was more worried that we ate our food whilst it was hot and assured us that we would find a solution. We managed to find some cash and pay in the end. The food was well worth it and even received a FREE shot of Uzo to calm our stress! This gluten free restaurant is incredible!

First off, they only take German Bank cards for payment so consider this a cash meal if you are an international visitor. There is a ATM across the street. 15 minutes from the Central Station in Munich...and worth the visit. Very friendly staff and good food.

Great food elevated by excellent service

A nice Greek restaurant with friendly staff and a helpful owner. They speak English as we were international tourists so we do not speak much German. Just avoid the free Greek spirits/liquor offered by the Greek owner afterwards or else you will have a hangover! We were very tired after a long day in Munich and it was a nice restaurant. It was obvious that the staff and especially the owner try very hard so I wish them all the best.

I am celiac and I was visiting Munich with my parents. I search in the internet for some gluten free restaurants in Munich and we find this restaurant. My dad wanted to eat some greek food before his half marathon, so we went to this restaurant the night before. We love Taverna Naxos! We are from Canada and we loved our meals, the ambiance and the owners were so welcoming and joyful with us! The owners did such a difference in our experience and we did appreciate it! So thank you for your delicious meals and for your hospitality! A+++ ! It might be the first and last time we went to this restaurant, but we will never forget it! Danke!

Very genuine Greek Taverna. Super good food and friendly staff. If you need a gluten free diet almost the entire menu is gluten free. Be advised to bring cash they don’t accept credit cards. Would really recommend this place.

The best restaurant experience I’ve had in Munich, so far :) It’s such a pleasure to be treated like a treasured guest by the staff. We were well taken care of both by the owner and our waitress: they eagerly gave recommendations, checked up on us and even treated us to a shot of ouzo at the end of the meal 🥰 10/10, honestly.

Excellent food. Had the mousaka & gyros from the lunch menu. Absolutely satisfied with the taste and quality. Friendly staff and owner. 10/10 would return here for meals. 👍

We absolutely love this place!! Friendly family atmosphere and extremely delicious food and wine. That is a family-run business and we keep coming back here for 6 years now and it's always amazing. For meat lovers try Juvetsaki , for fish lovers - Dorada, warm starters with shrimps and a fish plate is a perfect choice. And, of course, tones of vegetarian options. Their homemade desserts are always the best!!  That is the best Greek restaurant in town and we highly recommend it.
