We do love the nutty donut while in Michigan. In a different area today and we’re recommended Donna’s. Very clean spot and happy employees. We enjoyed the nutty but the other donuts just didn’t have the flavors that worked for me. The moon rock, and cinnamon roll looked great, just lacking depth. Presentation was great and the smiles were great down to 4 stars just looking for more flavor. If in the area and needing a donut I wouldn’t hesitate this place.

Donna's is one of my favorite donut shops in town!! The donuts are always fresh as well as delicious. The staff is wonderful. Definitely recommend trying!!

These donuts are out of this world! They pack a lot of flavor without being overly sweet. There are a lot of flavors to choose from and each flavor seemed to be well stocked. Definitely worth a visit!

Donnas is a great hometown donut shop. With homemade donuts not them frozen things from the big name places. If you are looking for a real donut and your in the Flint area it’s the place to go

Love Donna's Donuts! Had to make a special trip to Donna's since I was visiting from Texas. It was just as I remember it growing up in Flint in the 1970's. Delicious! My favorite is the nutty donuts and chocolate long John with white cream inside. Donna's is still making THE BEST donuts anywhere!

I was in town visiting family, and my uncle was raving about this place. He stated the best doughnuts in town. And to reiterate his point, you have to stand in line to get them because they are in high demand. I Have to say the doughnuts were fantastic. I can't wait until I am back in town to get them. They were delicious.

We use to get great service and donuts. But we went and got donuts yesterday. The gentlemen working the counter acted like he didn't want to be there and there was flies all over and in the cases where the donuts were. The guy said it's okay because he has flie traps up. I won't be spending anymore money their.

First time coming here! I love the logo I think it's so cute and can't wait to get a shirt from Donna's! The donuts were definitely fresh and tasty. We got the bakers dozen! Affordable too. Got a fun mix of different types of donuts. Not sure what will be my favorite yet.

Donna's has always been one of my favorites. I hadn't been there in awhile, so today's visit I was really surprised at the changes with their remodel. It looks great. Love the new display and the added pastry options. Always fresh, always yummy!!

Not your average run of the mill doughnut place. If you are looking to fill that donut craving, this is the place to go. Hands down the best donuts and selection. And their coffee is the cherry on top. Run don't walk here.

Love this place. Sad to see they dropped some favorite donuts. Moomrocks are getting to be flattened versions. You HAVE to come on certain days for SOME donuts. Not crazy about that, I always forget the day of others favorites. Miss the cake like donuts. It's a little pricey for good donuts, but isn't everything that's worth getting. I liked it better when the Son owned it

Best donuts ever! Friendly staff and quick service! Their donuts do not hurt my stomach like those in the grocery store bakery! So fresh even day old are soft and yummy! Relatives coming up from the Canton area always stop there!

A tradition and standard bearer for Mid-Michigan. Great donuts and a huge variety. They are so busy because they are so good. They are not inexpensive for donuts but they are absolutely worth the price and the short wait to get them. They have earned their reputation.

I visited Donna's after many many years and I was blown away by the upgrades! They have totally remodeled, got rid of the paneling and added some much needed color to the place! The donuts where amazing as usual and the staff was super nice. The new owners seem to be bringing this place into 2023 and its very nice to see! They even use radios to signal needs to the kitchen instead of shouting like they used to. It seems to be better ran and even the lobby has designated queues for line management. I am excited to see Donna's continue to thrive for many years to come! Go get a moon rock!

This establishment has a very mad issue with LARGE flies freely flying through out the bakery, on and around donuts and displays cases. I’ve never seen flies so big in my life. No thanks for me! (Zero ⭐️ if possible)

Have always been a fan! They are hands down the best around. Would be nice if you could purchase bottle water. Coffee and water are all donuts need…. Ever! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Owners father would be very proud of her and how she has kept the traditions there while adding new flavors!!!!

Amazing selection for a small independent shop. First visit, I went in for 2 and left with 6 wishing I lived closer. Found a rare chocolate glazed (actual chocolate yeast dough, not cake, not chocolate frosting) which was delicious, plus other unusual choices (chocolate moon rock, mango filled, key lime) which also were excellent. Only one person was filling walk in orders Sunday around noon but despite the long line she was very nice and patient. Very smart for them to have a separate line for prepaid orders. Expect to wait, expect to leave with more than you came for, expect to be impressed.

You guys did an amazing job Christmas Eve moving the line quickly, keeping calm, and being friendly to all the customers! Donuts were amazing as usual and cases were well stocked. Love Donna's!

On Monday I placed an order in the evening for a Tuesday morning pick up. The cost of the 4 dozen donuts was $97.34. The lady who took my order asked for a card to be on file. I gave it to her. 30-45 minutes later I called back to cancel because that was more than I had budgeted to spend on my work function. She said she will let the manager know and that we were good. Tuesday, I realized I was charged the $97.34, I called to have the issue resolved and the manager was not in but the employee said she texted the manager my information and that she should be calling me. I believe she said the managers name is Amber. Amber never called. Now it’s Wednesday. I call again and she again is not in the donut shop to handle the refund. Three days later, I have not had any luck receiving my refund for an order I did not complete nor pick up. If you have a larger company order, I do not recommend using Donna’s Donuts as the manager is unable to be contacted and does not have a regular schedule as I asked because I could easily come up if that would be an easier way to process the refund. It would be wonderful if Amber or someone could process the refund.

Donna's has the hands down BEST donuts in the county. Great customer service and open super early to super late. My empathy goes out to the young girl with super short hair working behind the counter on the weekends. I feel like every time I come in on a weekend (busiest days for business) this girl is ALWAYS by her self behind the counter, having to serve massive lines solo and so somehow manages to keep a positive attitude and not let it stress her out. Either they are super short on employees or the person doing schedule clearly doesn't work weekends 🤦 .. may I suggest scheduling one or more employees on the weekend maybe? ...this also tends to effect business. As there are a number of customers who see the line with only one person working, then decide to turn around and leave. ...I understand most businesses are short on employees, but when most complaints are the line wait due to one employee...shouldn't that be when the managers or owners step in and help their few reliable employees that do show dedication but are getting overwhelmed by impatient customers? 🤔🤷 I really wanted to just wash my hands, jump back there and help her. Even told her if I could, I would bag/box em up and she cashed out. But I know that would have been frowned upon so I didn't. I still Love this place as many others do. I just empathize for the shortage of staff. I'm available on weekends if this message didn't offend anyone🙋😄

Staff isnsuper friendly. There's a lot of choices to choose from, good recommendations, answered questions and seemed genuinely happy to help. Very unique take on donuts and some don't always hit but in general they are very good, and always much better than any other chains.

Fresh donuts in the morning! Cheery staff, and it smells AMAZING. It is a lovely place to stop to get your special one a treat or a box of goodies for your coworkers! The best time of the day to go is when they open in the morning as everything is fresh! Be careful though, you and every other person and their mother might be thinking the same thing ;) all in all love donuts. Love my custard. Love Donna's Donuts.

I went in today with my 7 year old daughter and we were treated great. The nice lady behind the counter was engaging to and complimentary of the both of us... and the donuts were great too! We will stop again when passing through.

If you are a donut lover this is the best spot in town hands down! They have a great selection of the donuts you ate when you were young before we had all of the large commercial producers pumping out low quality products. This place is definitely worth a dedicated trip if you are in the general area.

Donna's Donuts should be granted a historical site classification for Flint! I'm not sure how this place has been here exactly, but I'm 40 years old and I remember it as far back as I can recall. I think they have the best nutty donuts around our area hands down. Unfortunately, I don't eat a very large variety of donuts so I can't speak too much besides the nutty donuts and the glazed type donuts, but all of them are excellent that I've tried. Definitely recommend stopping those places you haven't tried it before, you won't be disappointed!

The best donuts in the state! The filling literally busts out of the filled donuts... and the fillings are good... Bavarian & Boston creams and lemon curd! The maple nut is fantastic! Can't say enough good things about these donuts! Prepare for a line... any time.
