    I really like the fresh ingredients, incl. Avocado, Edamame, shrimps, etc., I have eaten their 4-5 times now and was never disappointed. What I do not appreciate at all is the fact that plastic containers are still standard in this restaurant. Even if you eat in the restaurant, the base salad is chosen from a plastic container that is then dumped into a dish. That's completely unnecessary (even if the containers would be reused, which I doubt) and in fact not in terms with French law since the summer of 2021, when many single-use plastics were banned from restaurants. Please find a environmentally friendly solution! I think it fit's well the general theme of your restaurant chain and will not harm your business but instead be appreciated by a large group of your customers. Thank you.
