Ended up coming here twice during our 4 day stay in Florence to get a break from the carb-heavy Italian food we've been eating non-stop and get some nutrition in. For drinks I've tried their mint matcha and their green smoothie both of which were so refreshing! You can tell they don't add unnatural ingredients and sweeteners into the drinks--everything tasted fresh and natural which I really liked. I've also tried a muffin and wrap from them, both of which were delicious. The muffin wasn't too sweet and the wrap had so many wonderful ingredients whose flavors meshed together perfectly. They have all kinds of other foods on their menu and their interior is so cute and perfect for chilling/doing some work or chatting with friend.

Good vegan options. I had the vegan pancakes and avocado toast. Family who with me had eggs Florentine and classic pancakes, all said they enjoyed. Nice option for people who need both vegan and non-vegan options. Also has iced coffee drinks available, which I know a lot of American tourists miss while visiting Italy.

Sooooo freaking good! Unexpected, but honestly this is one of my favorite places we’ve eaten at in Italy so far. I thought about that salmon bagel all day long… my boyfriend was also obsessed with his protein power bowl. Amazing prices and a great, friendly staff, too. Plus, it’s much, much cheaper than all the tourist trap restaurants all around the cafe. 10/10!
