Rude staff. Was told at the bar I needed to go to a cashier to order and pay first (inconsistent ordering in different cafes and restaurants so how were we to know as tourists?). So I went to the cashier and paid for our coffees, gave the barista the ticket. An Italian woman got her espresso before me, I thought fine that’s easy to make. Barista scrunched my ticket up in front of me, starts clearing glasses. I had to ask him a 3rd time for our coffee and that my ticket was right on the counter that he threw away, then he finally made the coffee. He knew I was there waiting, he knew I asked for 2 cappuccino when he told me how to order them, but needed constant reminding when I was the only person standing at the bar?

We had to kill some time before our train so we stopped in here for coffee and pastries. Everything was good, including my orange juice. Prices were noticeably low, but there was no table service. It was also pretty crowded with limited seating.

We arrived very early in Florence and got out from the train station very cold, so we rushed here since it's just across. They have a good location and they are very busy, lots of freshly baked pastry, the menu is good, the old lady who attended us was professional enough but this young hippy looking girl with tattoos was a little harsh. She grabbed this chair in our table without saying excuse ir advise us, because she is arranging a table for bigger group. Shocking this way for people who worked in a service industry.

The cashier is grumpy, but the rest of the staff is great. And the pastries are delicious and they have plenty of sitting space.

Great croissants and coffee near train station. Friendly staff and cheap. There is a lot of space to sit inside, comfy.

Doesn’t look like much but when you enter and have a look at all of the delicious croissants you will melt! So cheap, the best chocolates for only 2€!

Not the best, but has places to sit, a bathroom, food and drink - not bad for waiting in for a transfer in the nearby station, but not great if your actually looking for decent food
