This is the best ice-cream I've ever eaten. The ice-cream is homemade by the family selling the ice-cream to you. For 2.5 euro I got the big ice-cream in the photo. Totally worth it.

Decent tasting gelati but in disappointingly smaller portion sizes. Nice and close to Il Duomo where you can enjoy the amazing architecture and take in the scenes of Florence around you.

Easily one of the top three gelato shops in Florence. Incredible flavours that are more creamy and subtle than most. Delicate fruit flavours and bold coffee and chocolate options. Definitely worth a try! *the photo was half locked as it was melting 😂

This is our favorite gelato place in Firenze. There were a few times they were closed so we had to try a couple other shops but their quality and freshness wasn’t even close to Gelateria dei Servi.

Trust me when I say that I have had PLENTY of gelato while being in Florence, and this one is by far my favorite. Sarah was so amazing and took great care of us while we were in there. They had a very wide selection of flavors, all of which were delicious. I will definitely be coming back here!!

Fantastic ice cream for what seems to be the regular price in florence. Scoops are so massive that you have to eat faster as to not have it melt away. The owner is a fun guy to interact with and if you're having trouble to decide which flavours to go with, feel free to ask for a taste as the sign in front suggests.

Delicious gelato, best I've had since I've arrived, probably because of how fresh it is since they make it there. The staff was friendly and generous with servings!

I was in Florence for 2 days and got the melon flavor on my first day. It was amazing that I had to go back in the evening the following day to get it again! The 2 guys working both days were very friendly. They remembered me and welcomed me and my family back the second day!

My favourite gelato place in Florence! For me, it was the right balance of flavour and sweetness, and didn’t taste generic. Must try dark chocolate and bacio YUM

It was perfect, I took a bubble Waffle and it was just amazing! The waffle was homemade and the employee did it just in front of me. She was very friendly and I was able to get a service in English! 11/10

The woman serving was lovely and funny. The ice cream was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend panna cotta and chocolate flavour. The chocolate tastes exactly like a yogo-a-gogo!!

Great ice cream! We visited Florence two days in a row and after trying this ice cream on day-one we went back! The coffee and toasted almonds flavours were the best! You can find cheaper ones but the price is worth the taste and the portion.
