All the reviews aren’t fair. It’s 20€ a night with included breakfast. You really can’t except a four star hotel for this price. Rooms were clean, the shower was big and tidy, towels clean and big, beds comfortable and clean as well. Stuff is really nice and always helping. Our windows did creak a bit but that didn’t bother us, they shut perfectly and we didn’t hear the airport or the nearby streets. Water from the shower was instantly warm. Breakfast was a coffee and a croissant filled with chocolate, tough we could choose from jelly croissants and plain croissants. At a bakery this would cost 3,50€ a person, coming to 7€, so subtracting this from the 20€ this leaves them 13€ for the room. We really couldn’t complain. No smell, no noise, no rats, as some people said. Parking lot is spacious. Some people talked about „strange men“ hanging out on the parking lot. These „strange men“ are simply Italians. Nothing more. If you don’t want Italians hanging around you, don’t go to Italy (??). They were simply workers sleeping there for the night. No reasons to feel unsafe.

Please I beg of you do not stay here. We booked online last minute at a price of about $50. We arrived at 1 o’clock in the morning only to find out that they don’t have a reservation for us and they were apparently booked. I talked to the manager and he said that rooms don’t go for less than $100. Which is so surprising because the lobby is an absolute dump. The worker was outside smoking and drinking and it took him 10 minutes to come to the front desk to speak to us. The place was so dirty. We were left on the streets of Florence at 1:30am. There was another group of people yelling upset about their hotel arrangements. Please book somewhere else. Anywhere else would be better than the mess we endured.

Worst hotel ever. The room air conditioner was broken, they had an old fan. The room temperature was 30C impossible to sleep on. The walls were dirty, there were spiders and spider webs everywhere. The room was ditty. An authentic nightmare. Do NOT recommend. Stay away from this. If you want an expensive “room of horrors”, then this is the place for you.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us with everything that we needed. Rooms were very clean and the price really fair. Not so close to the city centre (you have to change 2 busses), but close to the airport, so it's a big plus. There is no air conditioning, so during summer it's very hot in the room.

It's a clean and inexpensive place to stay with friendly staff and nice big towels. I've read other reviews on it they are not being fair you can expect a top shelf breakfast when you are only paying twenty-five euros a night. You get what you pay for.

Located close to the train & autostrada and had free parking (thus the 3 star rating). Just passing for cleanliness. Hotel & rooms are just run down. Our room was sweltering & we went to the front desk to tell them we were missing the AC remote. Clerk responded, "Oh, that doesn't come with your room....but ok, I'll give you one." 🤦‍♀️ I'm glad beds came with our room... 🤣

The location of the hotel is good. Parking is flawless in the yard. The airport's proximity is not disturbing. The elevator is old and small, mostly with luggage. The room was clean. The bath is suitable for the purpose, the shower cubicle is very small. Air conditioning is inadequate. On the second day we got a wine cooler and the water was cooled to 14-16 degrees Celsius, outside the 36 degrees Celsius. Breakfast was okay. After the day trips, after the programs, relax to sleep satisfactory. We spent three nights here.

Very very old hotel feels like 18th century. Very poor service. Toilet was soo bad and stink a lot and room also stinks furniture was very old and smelly even unable to open the wardrobe. For 3 adults they provide 2 bath towels and 2 coat hangers only. All in all please do not go on the pictures as they have been photo edited to attract customer.Never go to this hotel again

TERRIBLE. The entire bedroom smelled like a sewer. Smell coming from the bathroom. Rats were running around everywhere around the facility. Window view on dump and trash. Bedroom door looked like it has been forced in the past. Didn't t felt safe. I had to leave the place immediately and go to another hotel. Really DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. add an extra 10 buck and feel safe and clean somewhere else. After I left the place the smell of sewer was still in my nostrils for a few hours... JUST DISGUSTING.
