Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with this company, and I would advise other travellers to be wary of dishonesty and straight lies from the owner, despite the high ratings. We were tricked into a shuttle ticket he never planned to honour, and have never been given a refund despite months of back & forth. —— We booked a shuttle at the start of some political roadblocks in Guatemala. Despite the owner knowing by that stage that there would be disruption on the road, he assured us that everything was perfectly normal. It wasn’t, but we did eventually get there, by walking through the roadblocks on foot - though he should never have sold us that ticket knowing the scale of how extremely disrupted we would be. My big issue is the second “open-ticket” he convinced us to book, onwards out of Semuc Champey. We did not ask for this, but he *intentionally* stopped us walking past outside his door and upsold us. He told us this was a better price than we would ever get in Semuc Champey (which was NOT correct, do not fall for it) and assured us there was no concern with the protests when we asked multiple times if this ticket was going to be reliable. The day we arrived in Semuc Champey, he immediately stopped running shuttles which left us stranded. It was a complicated situation, I can forgive that. However, despite back & forth over the last few months, and him promising the refund, he has never sent it. I feel I must warn other travellers this company is NOT as honest and reliable as they may think.

This is the best tour agency! My wife and I had checked every single tour agency on the island Flores and decided to go with them for the Tikal tour. Because Cesar was so helpful and the tour was flawless I booked all the rest with him. He is an absolute hero! He was always responsive and answered all of our questions, he even checked things for us which were not part of our excursions. He truly went above and beyond! We booked all the rest of our tours with him: - Trip to Rio Dulce & back, - Trip to Belize, - Boat to Caye Caulker & back and - Trip from Belize to Mexico Everything went flawlessly and with the most competitive prices. My wife and I are traveling since 16 months and Cesar was so great, that every country that we visit now I wish I could book everything again with him as well. If you book with him you won't regret it, trust me!

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED of you Cesar! After our trip to Mirador Cesar promised us to book first class seats in the bus to Ciudad de Guatemala. This is also what we paid for. When it came to pick up he blocked my number and did not pick up the phone. Someone else came and gave us the tickets when another person came to pick us up and only then we saw he booked the cheaper class in the bus. 11 hours in the bus completely squeezed in. CESAR WILL SCAM YOU! NEVER EVER BOOK WITH HIM. Cesar will try to sell you as much as he can and everything overpriced. If you need a bus, take the safe way and go to the bus station. There you will pay the regular rate. We paid 250 quetzales instead of 130 quetzales each. Which is almost double the price!!

We booked our Tikal tour and the shuttle + ferry to Caye Caulker with Cesar and both were great. Cesar speaks English fluently and is very nice. We thought the prices were fair, but didn’t compare to other agencies on the island.

We did the 4:30am Tikal tour through Never Ending Travel and it was a great tour. Cesar in the office who we organised through was really friendly/helpful and José our tour guide was brilliant. Had heard some of the 'guides' are basically winging it but he genuinely seemed passionate and knowledgeable about the area and Mayan culture. The place is huge! Tour took a solid 4+ hours after getting there for 6am opening - so be warned it's a bit of a slog... So much better than Chichen Itza though in terms of value for money and how quiet it was.

I bought two trips with that agency. First was to Tikal with guide. Price they offered me was the cheapest on the entire island (100 quetzales/person + park entrance fee) and service was really good. Bus was punctual (organized by Getaway Travel agency), guide with huge knowledge and good english skills. Well done! Other trip I booked was transport from Flores to Bacalar in Mexico. As previously, the price was the most affordable (300 quetzales/person + 20 USD for leaving Belize) and seller explained well how it will be organized (Bus Flores to Belize border, bus to Belize city, bus to Mexico border, taxi to hotel in Bacalar). Everything was in time without any issues. I can trully recommend that agency. :)

Scam! We bought a ticket there for a shuttle from lanquin (semuc Champey) to Antigua. And when we arrived to board the van , the driver told us that we weren't on the list. So they tried to reach the company but no one replied... We had to buy a second ticket and when we told the agency the owner said he will pay us back but never happened. He just kept us on hold saying someone from an agency will come give us the money. Don't book there it's not reliable.

Very reasonable rates! Booked the shuttle to San Ignacio(100q) and a shuttle from San Ignacio to Ambergris with a round trip ferry from the Belize port. The rates for the San Pedro ferry are better than getting it online as they can sell it at the local rate! They also have the best rate for the Tikal tour.

Last October (2023), we booked (and paid) two tickets to go from flores to Belize city and then Caye Caulker with Never Ending travel agency. They had to cancel our trip the day before leaving (at 10pm), so we had to ask to another agency to get us there. However, we ask for a refund and they never did it ...

** I asked you if there's no problem in protest and you said NO PROBLEM. if you knew that there's a problem you should have let me know at least. it was really terrible experience to be left at the bus terminal not knowing anything. Worst service ever, they are lack of responsibility and just lie to get out of trouble. I booked a shuttle from flores to antigua, and they let me know they cancled my van from guatemala city to antigua JUST BEFORE THE DEPARTURE and refunded me only 50Q. They assured me that I can get a collectivo easily in the same bus station, but IT WAS LIE. I asked 5 people in the bus station and found out that I can't get on the collectivo without a voucher nor bus. The only option for me was taxi and ended up paying 300Q to get to antigua which is the amount that I already paid to travel agency. If they have problem in providing their service, they should at least be upfront about it and try to resolve the issue, but they just choose lying to customer. Never trust them in case you have trouble and ended up paying the double price

We went to Tikal with them, and everything went well. We talked to them the night before on WhatsApp, and they answered all of our questions. There was an English speaking guide, but he's English was not that good. We took the Spanish speaking guide, and he was the kindest person. The only thing we didn't like was that at the entrance of the park we lost some time before entering, because we felt pressured by them to buy at a small restaurant (clearly their friends). The guy at their office was kind and help us with everything we needed

Booked 2 shuttles (belize & lake atitlán) and the day trip to Tikal with the company Cesar was always there for me if I had questions and organized everything really fast. Everything worked out as well. I can recommend this travel agency.

We booked with Cesar a 3 hour boar trip in the lake in Flores. It was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of it. Then, for the next day, we booked a shuttle to Bacalar. The ride went fluently and fast. The drivers brought us straight to the hostel. The price for the shuttle was the cheapest by far.

Nothing less than 5* experience. As a backpacker from Pakistan who has been travelling in south and Central America for the past year. Crossing all land borders using public transportation and mainly chicken buses in Central America. It was a pleasure and delight to use this company. We were wondering the streets to enquire about the prices and randomly just walked into this agency. The owner Cesar (Legend) walked us through the tours step by and step without putting any pressure to purchase them and I was sold. We ended up booking all our shuttles through them such as to belize city, Return to ferry to cay island, shuttle back to Flores, then from Flores to Lanquin and then onwards to Guatemala City and antigua at a very reasonable and respectful rate. From a backpackers point of view who has literally been using chicken buses to cross all land borders with chicken buses and public transportation. I can rest assured the backpacking community and can vouch for this company that the service they provide is excellent. If ever in Guatemala will defiantly use them again for sure. Had an amazing experience, the communication is always super responsive, all you have to do is sit back relax and enjoy the journey as everything is taken care off.

Cesar did a great job. we have booked a tour to Tikal and a round trip from Flores to Rio dulce. He also organised the transport to Belize and the ferry to Cay Caulker (round trip). Cesar also organised the transport to chetumal. Every time we wrote him on Whats app, he answered all our questions very quickly. We never had any problems with transport or tour.Thank you Cesar for the organisation, your patience and time.

We booked all our shuttles and also the tour to Tikal with Never ending. Cesar was always very kind and we were able to contact him on whatsapp whenever we had questions. He always responded quickly. We would book with Never ending always again. We can definitely recommend it.

We were very happy to have booked with this agency. Cesar is very friendly and speaks English really well. The tours to Tikal and Yaxha were very enjoyable, with passionate guides. The communication was easy and he was flexible when we were still in doubt about what options to choose. Would totally recommend booking tours here!

Great tour agency. I did both yaxha and tikal sunrise with them (on different days) both with nice guides who speak both English and Spanish. The man at the agency also speaks good English and also gave me a WhatsApp number in case I had any questions after booking so it was easy to communicate. They also gave me a good price for both the tours so would recommend booking here!

We booked the tour to the crater azul, the 5 days hike tour to the mirador and the transportation to lanquin and to panajachel with this Agency in one. The first tour was good organized by cesar. At the evening before the 5 Days Tour should start, we got a call, that is canceled and will start one day later. So we lost one day and had to book one more night in flores and we are not sure who's fault it was. Anyway, he told us that we get some money back, one the next day. That didn't happen, and not on the following day. In the end he offert us an additional transportation. After the change of the schedule and not giving us money back, we were not really sure if everything would work out, because we had an open ticket for some bus rides. But I have to say, in the end everything worked out well, we were with all the tours happy (specialty the Mirador trip). He always answered quickly on our messages or calls and we got quite good prices for all the tours and transfers (I asked other people who booked with other agencies, they all paid more. So maybe we just had a bit of bad luck, anyway, thank you Cesar

I highly recommend this travel agency!!! I booked my trip to San Ignacio and then to Belize City, Caye Caulker and back. Everything worked fine and was way cheaper than booking it in Belize!

Planned a visit of Yaxha with this agency. The private transport was performed by an old guy that arrived with 30min delay and driving super slowly in his wreck of a car. We paid for a guiding tour but there wasn't any booked when we arrived. Avoid this tourist trap of an agency and go elsewhere with professional services worth paying the money. Such a joke!

Really good agency to book your shuttles with. We booked a ticket from flores to belize city and to caye caulker. we got a problem with our ferry tickets (not their fault!) but they solved it for us in a honest way. That was really nice. Their communication is good, clear and fast. they have good prices! Definitely recommend!
