Loved the experience of walking through these caves observing the stalagmites, stalagtites and bats. They have a short tour which doesnt need a guide, anda longer adventure tour that does. The prices are approx 10 qtz to get there from flores and 10 to come back, 35 qtz for the short tour of 30 min which has a max of 1 hour exploration, 45qtz for the long tour which is more adventurous and lasts 1h30 min. This includes a helmet and flashlight. However its another 40 qtz per person for the tour guide. If you sit anywhere in the caves turn your flashlight off and listen you can hear a symphony of water drops dripping mixed with the bats flying and chatting around the cave. If you want to walk back its approx 45 min to 1 hour back to flores, but there are also tuktuk's that you can flag down. All in all a wonderful experience.

You can visit it in the morning or afternoon. But to do the longest visit I recommend to do it in the morning because it'll take you almost 2 hours to complete it. The cost is entrance (till 20/12/21) is 25 GTQ. The administration is relatively new so give some time to clean better the place.

If you like to explore the beauty of the nature, if you like to see caves, get a little dirty then come here, you will enjoy it, it's a beautiful experience, 2 main tours the short and long, you will need a guide for the long one, Q25 each person for the short one, and Q35 for the long plus the guide +Q25, in the short one you leave at the same entrance, in the long one you exit at other point apart from the entrance. Great experience not far from Flores Island. For both prices includes a Helmet ⛑️ and a light, no need to pay extra.

excellent experience 👌 we did the full tour with a guide and loved it (45Q for park entrance fee + 90Q for guide - definitely get the guide). if you are not in good shape, the caves will be difficult. you can try the half hike if you are not in good shape. definitely bring hiking boots and get ready for your clothes to be dirty / muddy afterwards. backpackers will love the full hike experience as it will be easy yet fun. you get to go on your hands and knees through tiny caves. you’ll see lots of bats too. they provide helmets and head lamps. just take a Tuk Tuk 🛺 from Flores and your driver should know how to facilitate everything, also ask him to pick you up at the end. Tours are in Spanish only, so download the Google Translate Spanish pack in advance for the best experience.

Amazing, You will definitely have an amazing experience in this cave. You and your light will have more than 2 hours of walking around this cave to discover all the shapes it has on the rocks. Don't forget to bring water and closed shoes and a great camera to take your photos and see how the cave still has some gold in the rocks. Whoops, it seems the Spanish forgot to check there. Enjoy!

It's awsome! No lighting just your own spotlight, sometimes really tight so you have to crawl on all four or even slide on your belly. It's a real experience of caving!

Loved visiting this cave. Everyone should see it while they are in flores. It is big. Lots to see. And many bats. Be careful though, it is very easy to slip and fall. Be prepared!

One hour short course. Surprisingly it wasn’t cold inside the caves. We arrived here by tuktuk from the isla. For return we walked 10 minutes to the market and caught a tuktuk.

3,75 Entrance is 35qzt for the 30 min course and 45 qzt for the full course. With the full course you must also hire a guide (+150qzt). The short course is self guided and easy to do, but bring proper boots! If you’re nearby its a good thing to do, a tuk tuk from flores is 10 qzt, otherwise wouldnt go out of my way to visit these caves. They are opening a butterfly sanctuary soon!

This cave is absolutely amazing. For the price of entry this is a must see when in Languin to visit Semuc Champey. I might go so far as to say that the highlight of this region is the exodus of bats occurring every day around 6:30 from within this cave. Millions of bats, a stunning natural display as one can rarely experience. Go here, and have respect for the cave and its natural inhabitants. You can go without a guide, but the floor is very slippery inside the caves.

Fun solo cave walk that lasted about 40mins. There are bats, slippery slopes, dripping water, and a spooky vibe.

Very cool activity to do in Flores. It's a short ride from anywhere via TUC-TUC. We did the short self- guided tour. It's slippery inside so wear hiking shoes. If you do the guided longer guided tour you'll get pretty dirty, but it's worth it if you're dressed appropriately.

What a way to spend Christmas day! We did the long tour with the mandatory guide which was well worth it (Orlando is the man). There are a handful of small spaces you have to do the worm to get through but if my 5'10" 245lb hung over butt can do it then so can yours! Wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. Check it out if you are in Flores, you will not be disappointed!

Great set of caves to explore. Maybe take a flashlight for more light. Wear good shoes as the floor is slippery. The owner warned many times. Lots of fun to see the formations, bats and other things living in the cave. Went to marker 31 was a one hour tour. Would be great for kids but keep them on a leash.

Really impressive cave system, we enjoyed it a lot! We chose the short tour for 35Q, there is also a long one for 45Q each, but then you also have to pay extra for the guide cause you're not allowed to go on the long one by yourself. That's why we chose the cheaper option, cause we also wanted to explore by ourselves and it was really worth the money!
