Beautiful hotel, wonderful location right next to the palace. Super comfy clean rooms with Very nice bathrooms and showers. Very pleasant hosts. They have a friendly Shiba Inu dog and a cute funny deaf kitty who can come to guests in the court yard if the guests are ok with the pets. We were totally ok and loved this added bonus.

What a fantastic little hotel - just what we were hoping for, and a Chateau facing room. The decor in the hotel is stunning, the room was perfect, the two staff we meet were lovely and helpful, excellent shower, very comfortable bed. We will need to visit again as the Chateau was closed, definitely book here again. Also, a glass of wine in the lounge was perfect after a long drive!

Lovely hotel, with charming staff. Folks who have mobility issues should ask for courtyard rooms for less steps to entry an exit. Perfect locale for enjoying the Palace. Delicious Breakfasts served till 10:30a... So you can sleep in a bit.

I had an amazing stay here. 6 nights for work in Bangeaux. The staff was very nice and very willing to speak English. The breakfast is expensive, but the get fresh bread every morning from the bakery down the street and it is AMAZING. (Especially by my lowly American bread standards). The room I had was very nice. Traditional French decor. and a large bathroom. I heard from a chowder that some of the bathrooms can be small, butt the room comes with a view of the castle, so it's worth it. The location was perfect for me. Just far enough away from the city center to be quiet, but close enough for an easy walk to diner. Very close to the business school as well.

Right opposite the Palace of Fontainebleau. The lowest priced rooms were unavailable, so we decided to stay in a medium priced one. Quite luxurious, across a nice open courtyard with seating in it. Found it strange that apart from a net curtain there didn't appear to be any privacy when going to and from the bathroom from the bedroom, until we discovered large shutters outside the entrance door from the courtyard. Parking is private, but very limited, otherwise a public pay carpark is available up the road a short distance. The kitchen had shut before we arrived, but a restaurant, called France in the town, seemed very popular with local people and it was easy to see why. The food and drink were excellent. Breakfast in the hotel was available, but we were in a hurry to be back on the road, so visited a patisserie close by for some excellent pan au chocolat and other items to eat during the journey.

Excellent hotel great location opposite the chateau, breakfast could be taken with a view of the chateau. A really good selection was offered for breakfast with some of the best bread and croissants that I have had in France.

Exceptional communication and professionalism. There was an error with my booking (my fault) and the hotel was prompt, courteous, and helpful. Thank you Hotel de Londres Fontainebleau

Unforgettable stay at the “Hôtel de Londres” in Fontainebleau! Visiting our family, in France, we stayed two days at the “Hôtel de Londres” in Fontainebleau. Our stay was just as in a dream and we enjoyed the high quality of the hotel, the amiability of the owners and of the devoted staff. Our room, number 8, was facing the castle and furnished with two, high standard comfortable king-size beds, a large bathroom with an Italian shower, entrance with separation door and all you could expect in such prestigious hotel. That without mentioning the outstanding noise immunity provided by the double glass windows and insulation making the room surprisingly quiet. We took our breakfast at the hotel, which offers a buffet and, if you like French pastry, we highly recommend the delicious croissants and “pains-au-chocolat” absolutely delicious. We also highly appreciated the amiability of the owners and their recommendations on sites to visit and restaurants. The overall hotel is charming, very well located and there is no doubt a place we highly recommend if you visit Fontainebleau. Thanks to all, at the “Hôtel de Londres” for contributing to make our vacation unforgettable.
