Amazing food and a welcome addition to international fare in fontainebleau. From California and have missed the flavors of Mexico since coming to France. These tacos are completely legit and some of the best I’ve had anywhere.

Tldr: Average and overpriced tacos, good Margarita 's, but poor service. Long version: We came a bit late for the first service and they seated us since the restaurant was not full. There was a long delay in taking our order. They seated the two other parties that arrived after us and took their order first and even brought their drinks and appetizers, before taking our order. Our food arrived very late ( close to the start of second service) as there was an issue in the kitchen. We thought that the restaurant would consider this delay in the service and would allow us some time to finish food and drinks, but to our disappointment, the restaurant started nagging us to free the table within ~10 min of the arrival of food!!! Annoyed by this, we gulped down our drinks as fast as we could and left the restaurant. Maybe ours was an isolated incident, but didn't leave us with good impression of the restaurant. Overall, giving it two stars as the margarita was good and the vibe of the place was nice.

They say “Mexican with French refinement” but I don’t think they know the Mexican part. I got a “Michelada” served in a wine glass, made of a tiny amount of beer, tequila, and tomato juice with flakes of pepper in it. Anyone who’s been to Mexico knows a Michelada is all beer, with hot salsa in it and chili on the rim. The food was also lackluster & not remotely Mexican: the “chicken tinga” was very dry and appeared not marinated; the cauliflower quesadilla was acceptable. Chefs, please treat yourselves to a Mexico / USA vacation!

We ordered take out as I believe the restaurant is opening next week! The tacos were great and all fresh ingredients! We had the chicken tinga, chorizo, and beef! I love that they are taking a modern spin on tacos! Looking forward to the restaurant opening! So happy to have a great taco place in Fontainebleau!

Excellent , friendly atmosphere. Aniss, our server, provided an explanation of the menu in English and made a very good suggestion of a three course, vegetarian sharing meal for my husband and I. Delicious, fresh ingredients, well presented and beautifully paired!

Everything was perfect the food the ambiance and the waiter and chef. Had beef and chicken taco and both out of this universe.

The food was delicious but the service is slow and we were kept waiting for a table although we made reservations.

The owner is very smiley and friendly. I recommend that the salads and the beef quesadillas. Beef, tacos or quesadillas is a must try. We’ll go back. great stuff.
