Great restaurant option for anyone that is looking to an "eat all you can eat menu". The food was excellent and the service was impecable. I highly recommend to visit the place for anyone around. The location also has a very nice lighting fixture around trees on the outdoor sitting. Going for dinner might be a better option.

Visiting from Chicago, I came here for my birthday on a Thursday night around 6:30. It was not busy at first but the place did fill up fast so definitely make a reservation. Our server was Lilly, she was great! Very friendly staff overall as well. They gave me a complimentary slice of cheesecake with an edible chocolate happy birthday banner. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, the outside has a nice courtyard patio in front with lighted trees. A great place and I will definitely be back.

Great place for special occasions. The meat servers are friendly, love the salad bar. The cinnamon pineapple was very good. The drinks are strong and flavorful.

Amazing Brazilian steakhouse - classy, elegant, a wonderful night out on Ft Lauderdale for an anniversary, birthday or to create a new celebration. The meats are great - we loved the porterhouse and the classic garlic steak. My daughter got the chocolate cake for dessert with ice cream. Caipirinha was amazing - best I’ve had outside of Rio. I am gluten free (“gf”) and they have a hard copy menu that is very helpful. Staff, service and management were very kind and warm. Courtyard with lit trees is beautiful with great live music and amazing fully stocked bars. Do dress nice! We wound up w an early slot and w crazy spring break traffic we were under dressed - but the staff was very kind. We will definitely go back - it is worth the drive to leave the beach and visit this great restaurant.

Of all the All You Can Eat Brazilian steakhouses, Chima has been my favorite for decades. However, this time, I feel compelled to give it 4-stars. Ambience 5/5. Even with an 8:15pm reservation, we had to wait 30-minutes to be seated. The table steak service was very prompt initially; however, after 2 large parties arrived, our table service dropped significantly. We were seated very close to the kitchen and, still, delivery was slow. Got the full meal; aka Steak and Salad Bar. Salad bar was excellent as usual, but the seafood salad was a bit off this time. 3/10. The Mixed Vegetable Soup is a masterpiece. Very smooth with an amazing mild flavor. 10/10. All other salads, meats etc at the bar are done to perfection. Bar gets a 9/10 this time. Of all the meats, I love my lamb chops, filet mignon, flank, sirloin and more. I DO NOT recommend filet mignon wrapped in bacon. In my opinion, it defeats the purpose of fine dining and ruins a perfectly great piece of meat. Grilled shrimp is also great; however, Chima, you need to just keep the tail. Too much work to peel rest of the shrimp. Great flavor and texture through. Desserts are always excellent at Chima's. Any place can have an off day; therefore, Chima remains my top pick for now. P.S. Chima has raised its prices. If you want value for your money, get the full meal, not salad bar only.

Great place for special occasions and big parties. The best meats are the Sirloin and Lamb Chop in my opinion. The cinnamon pineapple is also a must! The bacon wrapped filet mignon is cooked well but still flavorful. We also loved the special Brazilian sides like the grilled cheese with honey. The gauchos (meat servers) are very attentive and almost forcing meat on you! A unique and great experience!

A great place to celebrate special occasions with a variety of meats and a nice spread of side dishes and salads. Everything is high quality and tasty. I only eat fish so the salmon and shrimp was delicious. None of the others Brazilian steak house are as good as this one. So if you like meat this is the place I would recommend.

We were in town for vacation and went to Chima our last night in town. The atmosphere was beautiful and the service was incredible. Our waiter, Kevin (in picture) was phenomenal and the manager, Omar Arrieta was extremely friendly and hospitable. The staff were amazing and the food was absolutely delectable. We highly recommend Chima!

Excellent experience. More of a higher class restaurant and very pricey. Next time I go no wine and no $5 espresso. It will make it more worth it. The meats were excellent esp. the beef ribs and so was everything else.

Chima Brazilian Steakhouse Ft. Lauderdale is one of the BEST Brazilian restaurants that exist. While some would consider it expensive and it isn't cheap, it is worth every penny. The ambiance is incredible; the food is outstanding and only of the highest quality. Not only do they serve some of the finest meats and seafood, but their side dishes and salads are also great. One thing I can assure you is that it's impossible to leave hungry.

Spent an evening in Ft Lauderdale and when I chose this place for dinner I hit the right spot. A bit pricey but it's all you can eat Brazilian style, with top notch steak and many other meats and I love the way they serve it. The salad bar is help yourself and plenty of choices there as well. Five star ⭐ place and excellent food and service. Typically you need reservations but I was a truck driver just kinda passing thru and caught the place at a good time and glad I did. Will definitely return! I like meat and this place keeps it coming! Until you've had your fill. Excellent choice if you're in Ft Lauderdale! Loved it! ❤️

Holy Smokes! This place is 5star ALL DAY and all the way! If you are even within an hour+ of this place, it's worth the go. It's kinda like a Texas de Brazil's older, more sophisticated big brother who REALLY knows how to throw down in the kitchen! The Salad Bar has so many delicious and different choices... the meats are incredible and Flavorful! But... the grilled, Cinnamon Pineapple is no joke! Highly, Highly recommend! It's not cheap meal, but it's definitely worth it!

So this was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is great. Nice place to take someone special, celebrating yourself, celebrating an amazing achievement. You make it, this restaurant is perfect for that. The food is freshly made. They have waiters that walk around with hot fresh meat and they shave off what you want on your plate. They have this really good cheese bread served with a dip and it's enough to make you want to sit there and just eat this bread. But wait, there is more..... they have a salad bar also hot sides that go with the meat. So the meats that I recalled was Salmon, shrimp, stake, chicken, lamb and I just lost count because I was busy eating. The staff was great as well. Please make reservations b4 you go. It's worth the time and money spent.

We came to celebrate our anniversary and we had the best experience ever!!! They have a salad bar with delicious choices. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. When you are ready for the steak just flip your round card and get ready to enjoy the most delicious choices of steak, pineapple, cheese, salmon, pork, sausage and more! You also get on your table cheese bread, mushed potatoes, sweet bananas. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I always go to China in Charlotte once a month and I didn't know what I was gonna expect at this location.. I must say I was underwhelmed with my dining experience here! The drinks were excellent as always but the food service was way off from what I am use to in Charlotte. There were 14 meats being passed around and they only came out with 6! I asked our server if we could get some of the other meats he said yes. Sadly we didn't get to eat all the meats that were offered.. they kept bringing us chicken legs (superb btw) picahna (delicious and they kept pushing and wanting me to eat it.. I was fine with it but wanted other meats) lamb, sausage, and eventually brought out filet mignon.. we had 815 reservations left at around 10. Very unsatisfied the bill didn't match the service and was very disappointed. If I ever came back.. sorry for the bad review bc I love the one in Charlotte!

to be in an environment with your family, spouses, boyfriends and friends. we had a nice and quiet time. although it was very crowded. The waiters had a very active day due to the number of people who visited the place, but especially the wine and the meat were spectacular. Beef, seafood, lamb. ufff left satisfied. Although I give it 3.9 stars. It had certain details that can be resolved but we had a good time. Hope People that is going to visit it. Would like it too.

We had a wonderful dinner with the family celebrating my husband's birthday (he received a complimentary birthday cheese cake). The kids and us were super excited seeing the parade of the gauchos serving the most delicious brazilian rodizzio. Our servers were Sebastian and Johan, very attentive, polite, informative, patient, fast, in other words, outstanding service. We loved the experience. There's an outdoor bar and a cute scenario with beautiful trees decorated with lights. Valet parking is obligated but only $8. Will be back for sure!!! 5+ stars. Thank you !!!!

Great Brazilian steakhouse, the selection of meat is great, salmon and chicken were good, drinks were good and service was excellent. Must make a reservation, it gets packed. There is valet parking for $8.

I've been in Fogo de Chão, Texas de Brazil and a few others. China Steakhouse it's something else. I think this is the best BBQ place I have been. So tasty, good in variety of meats and on the buffet. Cordial staff, beautiful place with an amazing environment. The garlic butter is expetacular, as well the lava cake. The Bacon wrap filet mignon, flank steak, picanha and the linguiça was delicious. Sorry, the food was so good that I hadn't time for photos. LoL

The food and ambiance is spectacular! The variety of meats constantly keep coming it. The only con is that the tab they give you to turn over when you don’t want any meat doesn’t work. The waiters will constantly jab at you to get more meats. Other than that, the food is great! Highly recommend

Excellent place fancy and casual at the same time. Not to many options for meat types as before but the service is always great. The decoration outside is simple but astonished. You need to get a picture in front of those trees with lights .

Love when a restaurant is an experience. From valet $8 to dessert I had a wonderful time. Start with cheese bread with creamy spread. Salad bar with endless variety. From couscous to cheese to seafood salad every item was fresh and plenty. The selection of meats were good. You can request any meat cooked to your specifications. From chicken to different cut steaks to lamb and salmon. Endless and the Gauchos are always present. You don't have to look for them. The Rodizio of unlimited meat and salad with mash potatoes, fried banana. The banana boat drink is so good. Not too strong or weak. You don't need an occasion to experience goodness. Just a desire to eat very good quality food from a place that can serve it up. Come dressed but not overdressed. They say there's a strict dress code. But I saw some outfits fit for the mall. Thanks Lily and Jhoan for your attentiveness.

I'm a big fan of Brazilian steakhouses. And Chima is by far the best I've ever been in Florida. The service, all waitresses, amazing!! we were never left unattended even though it was a busy Sunday Father's Day lunch. The meat selection was great and they made sure to always serve us the meats in the temperature we like. Valet Parking was only $8. I have endless good comments about this place and I'm the pickiest person I know regarding restaurants.

I love coming here on an empty stomach 😅 First of all the cuts and temperatures are always perfect. I love the side bar they have with many great side options. The service is always great too. We celebrated a 50th birthday and the staff where super friendly and helpful. They let us bring decor for the table and kept our cake in the fridge too. Great atmosphere and birthday boy was super happy! The whole restaurant sang him happy birthday! By the way, try the grilled pineapple with cinnamon and sugar! Wow I’m obsessed now!

Excellent food. Very rich in flavor. Unfortunately, the 65 dollars per person is only for the deliciously magnificent meat and salad bar (drinks, appetizers, and deserts are extra) 😕 As a native lebanese person, I would greatly encourage them to please add more lemon and olive oil.

Great place to eat. I feel like the price is fair, make sure you’re really hungry because it is all that you can eat. If you’re vegetarian, sorry but you will pay the same price. But they bring out tense delicious friend bananas and cheese balls that can make sure a great dinner experience despite the “limited” options if you’re picky. Great customer service all around. I will go back for w date night!
