I grew up in NYC eating Italian food and have worked in the service industry for decades. The food at The Etna Rosso is the highest quality, most authentic food you could ask for and the owner is incredibly passionate about ensuring the quality of the food and that each guest is accommodated. Since my first visit here I have felt welcome and appreciated and I look forward to returning every time I leave. If you are looking for a great meal and night out that is worth every penny, I cannot recommend The Etna Rosso enough!

I spend the evening there with my partner and our daughter. I wasn't aware that the restaurant was a quaint gem. I really enjoyed the food. The staff was attentive and took care of us. I order the risotto with prawns, my partner ordered the lamb ragu, and my daughter had the bolognese. Paired with a few glasses of Chianti and house white. The food was really good. The dessert (cannoli, and flourless chocolate cake)-- I will definitely be back! We have end results pics!

A fantastic, romantic Italian restaurant. Visiting from the west coast we really wanted good Italian food. We were very impressed and the flavors of every single dish were beautiful. The restaurant is very intimate and a great location. Very clean and the employees and owner are so friendly and amazing. They definitely strive to make your experience the best you’ve had.

We drove by for years, always thought to stop. Boy I'm I glad we did. Small cozy worth every penny. Service amazing food is to die 4. Hood wine selection and don't have any complains. My only recommendation is book a table on prime time. We had an early dinner and got lucky to be seated. One of the best Italian restaurants.... trust me this are has 6 for every block and this one is it.

When I say this is the best meal of my life, I mean that! My two friends and I were visiting from out of state and we had the most amazing experience ever! Our sever, Angelo, was SO fun and attentive! He made great recommendations and was constantly making sure we had everything we needed. The bruschetta was like a piece of heaven in every bite. And all of our pasta dishes melted in your mouth! My family is Sicilian and I haven’t had a meal like this since I was last there. The owner Luca, was constantly checking on all the tables making sure they were happy and had everything they needed. My friend asked about a desert that sounded good and we decided we didn’t need it and they brought it out to us for free! They also accidentally charged us for 3 glasses of wine when we had 2 and the owner took it off our bill and gave us a complimentary glass on him. You can tell that the owner and everyone there really cares about the experience, service, and food. We had SUCH a lovely night and had so much fun talking to everyone and will be 100% coming back to Fort Lauderdale for this restaurant!!!

Etna Rosso in Fort Lauderdale is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming atmosphere. The food was simply exquisite - each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The Etna Rosso wine selection was impressive, and our server had excellent recommendations to pair with our meal. The attention to detail in every aspect of our dining experience was remarkable. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The decor and ambiance transported us to the heart of Sicily, adding to the overall charm. I must give special mention to the pasta dishes; they were truly outstanding. The homemade pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were a delightful balance of flavors. We also tried the seafood dishes, which were fresh and expertly prepared. In conclusion, Etna Rosso is a culinary delight that should not be missed if you're in Fort Lauderdale. Whether you're a food enthusiast or just looking for a memorable dining experience, Etna Rosso will exceed your expectations. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal

One of the best Italian restaurants in Broward County. It was a special birthday, and the food and service was amazing! We had the Chicken Piccata and the Tagliatelle Bolagnese with Meatball. Yum! The wine was wonderful!

Delicious and authentic home made recipes. Not your typical chain Italian food. So refreshing to come to a restaurant where the owner greets you and every person on the staff is eager to please you. They joked that your meals come with a 100% guarantee - if there is anything they can do to make you happy, they will. Can't wait to go back again!

Absolutely fabulous experience we had at this lovely restaurant last night. This was the first time for all 4 of us. The atmosphere is intimate and authentic Italian with a homey Family feel. The owner/operator is very attentive and passionate about getting everything right. The wine list has a very good selection with price points for everyone. I have not seen some of these items in a menu before. So we had to go for them! Eggplant balls for appetizer!! Seriously yummy. I could had that for my meal. I hope to get these again on my return. Two of us had the most amazing ravioli stuffed lamb & pistachios. To die for! I had a fantastic veal saltimbocca . I was surprised at how thick the prosciutto was. But it turned out to be perfect. The 4th meal was a homemade spaghetti with red shrimp. The homemade seafood stock really made it special. We shall definitely return to explore the menu some more!

I had the pleasure of dining at The Etna Rosso the other night. Where do I start? First of all, every dish was flavorful! Even the vegan dishes were bursting with flavor. Towards the end of the night, the owner Luca sat at our table and chatted with us for about an hour! Great guy with great conversation. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be returning every time I'm in the area.

If you only had one meal, this should be the place. Luca and his staff are amazing. I have been coming for years whenever I am in town and have never been disappointed.

It was our 1st time and everything was awesome. The bread was so fresh. The mixed green salad had wonderful flavor. Our entrees were amazing as well. You can customize most sauces as they are made to order. I wish we lived closer.

This was a perfect night made even more so by great food, really good wine, and excellent service. The pasta was freshly made, the sauce was spicy and flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like Italian cuisine. The prices were reasonable for quality food and drink. I am coming back when I return to Ft Lauderdale.

Hands down the best pesto I've ever had. The homemade pasta was amazing. Staff was great. We sat at a cute little patio table. I'm here on vacation, it's a shame I'll likely never get back here

Wonderful spot with amazing food. Everything is priced extremely reasonably for plenty of food. Family run and authentic. Owner was very nice and constantly checked up with us. Offered us each a free aperitif fpr waiting what i thought was a reasonable time for great food. Highly recommend

The owner Luca was kind enough to offer some advice with my bike when I was trying to lock it up right next to his restaurant. When he later invited me inside, I was greeted by this cute little family restaurant that felt cozy and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by how down to earth the entire atmosphere felt, given how widely acclaimed this place seem to be on a wide variety of review websites. The food was absolutely amazing! It honestly rivaled some of the best I’ve had in NYC. The cherry on top for me though was perhaps this message that Luca’s daughter left him on a framed piece of paper when she was five years old. She claims that the restaurant was the best place she’s ever been to. There’s a lot of truth in that statement if you ask me.

The Etna Rosso Ristorante is a gem of a Sicilian restaurant. The food is nicely prepared with excellent flavors. The overall atmosphere is nice and intimate as the space is not gigantic which means when full - that is most of the time - voices can be loud. They also offer some seating outside. The pasta selections are varied and even offer gluten free. The menu indicates which items will meet vegetarian or vegan diet needs. We have now been multiple times and the fine food is consistently good. Etna Rosso could become your favorite small Sicilian restorante. Quick update - We are continuing to enjoy our meals at Etna Rosso, AND sharing the experience with many friends. If you haven't added Etna Rosso to your list of favorites, you must give it a try.

We called the Etna Rosso to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and Luca, the owner did not disappoint. I had the Chicken Marsala on the homemade gluten free linguine, it was AMAZING. We had a group of 9 and the service was excellent, the atmosphere was quaint and we all laughed and had a wonderful time. We will be back as this will now be our go to Sicilian Italian restaurant!!

Had a wine (Super Tuscan), mixed salad, appetizer, two pasta dinners, desserts and cappuccinos... everything was fabulous! The carbonara spaghetti (homemade) was some of the best I've ever had! So many wonderful daily specials also to choose from - we'll be back! Make reservations, it's small and they fill up fast.

We have dined at Etna Rosso several times. Nice cozy and romantic small restaurant where one of the owners is always present serving patrons. Amazing homemade pasta with great tasting sauces. Great fish and meat cuts as well. Personal friendly service.

By far one of the best Italian meals I’ve had outside of Italy itself! Amazing food and truly amazing service! Saying that Luca has gained 2 more customers for life, understatement. The Etna Rosso will definitely be one of our regular stops every time we come to Fort Lauderdale!

The food was delicious! Service was excellent! We were able to sit outside and the owner engaged with us and came out to check on our table numerous times. Our party was visiting from out of town, but we would all definitely come back.

Best Italian food you can eat without being in Italy! Explosive flavor in the homemade Gnocchi. The sauce redefines the word delicious, the sausage read so tender and mouth watering you can’t believe it’s a sausage. Also tried stuffed eggplant which delivered another layer of heaven. If you are looking for a experience where you eat, look no further. This place far exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!
