I have been using Fitlife Foods for a while now so I think its time for a review. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Even willing to chat about your fitness & Dietary goals. I am not a good cook, I never have been, so their meals work perfectly for me. My only suggestion would be to stock more food. They are often out of stock of a lot of my favorites. But their food shipments are pretty fast here so it doesn’t take long for them to restock, so their food is usually replenished in 24-48 hours. The food tastes excellent and is very filling. It tastes very fresh, and I like that they have the calories and nutrition facts on the label. I have successfully lost a lot of weight sticking to their meals! I place my order online, then just pick it up. Takes me like 2 minutes in and out. It’s very convenient! Keep up the good work, and keep some more food in stock!

Fitlife offers great food with lots of variety. Use it as a food plan or just because you don't want to cook. The meals are healthy and prepared without preservatives and are not frozen. I love that there is no minimum or prescribed types of foods. That I can tailor it to my own needs and moods makes it such a great option. While all of this is great, the best part of this store is the friendly, knowledgeable staff that really makes it feel like I am visiting friends, not shopping in a store. Visiting the store and "hanging out" with Alfred, Aaron and Beau makes shopping fun and uplifting. The services offered are truly varied and wonderful to meet the needs of anyone who stops in.

I’ve been eating the food now for two weeks and I feel amazing.when I first went in I met Bo and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. His enthusiasm made me want to do a follow up with Skylar. She was equally awesome and so informative. My goal is to eat clean and lose weight. My energy levels are through the rook, the food tastes great and I’m losing about 2lbs a week. A totally judgment free zone with people who want to see you succeed. I’m actually saving money on my weekly meals. This is great

I have tried a few other companies. Don't make the same mistake that i did. This is the one stop shop your looking for. They have a wide variety of foods. I have yet to try anything I didn't like. Not only do they taste excellent I saw results the first week. There plan takes all the guess work out of trying to eat better. No need to sacrifice enjoying a meal either.

Food is good, tasty. Prices are prohibitive, you can’t find them on the website (or in the store for that matter) for a good reason. $78 for 6 meals of 400-450 calories. Wouldn’t take my containers back because of food residue but wants $13/meal. Tried it three times, no way I can keep going there. Too bad because it tastes good.

Being able to go to Fitlife in FTL just makes life so much easier! And the team there are all very nice and enjoyable to talk to.

Everyone there is awesome and the food is really very good. One special mention for today though. Thank you to Aaron for the extra service you provided. I'm so glad I've been a customer for years and I look forward to being a customer for many years in the future!

Alana has been wonderful! Been loving the meals both logistically and taste wise. For breakfast, my favorites so far have been the egg white trifecta and protein power plate. My fav dinners this week have been the super charged chicken, steak fajita bowl and mojo pulled pork! feeling great and I'm so thrilled to have easy access to nutritious meals to keep me on track.

I purchased a Large portion of cashew chicken, only 4 small pieces of chicken. This is the second time with the same dish unacceptable.

I'm one week in and I already see results which motivates me to keep going. I have more energy, I'm losing inches in my stomach and I don't feel so frustrated trying to eat health. I love it so far.

Fresh not frozen which is a huge deal for us since that alters the flavor. We have been really happy with our meals so far. Very tasty, and we love the variety. Also, they make small, medium and large portions so you can choose your size based on how many macros you need.

Food is great and service top notch. Just wish you were able to get more than 12 meals so you could have breakfast, lunch and dinner or be able to have 6 or 7 days worth of food. Other than that it's one of the best meal prep companies I've come by so far.

Best meal prep service and company I’ve ever used. Moved from Dallas where Icon is based and was really pleasantly surprised by how delicious and satisfying the food at FitLife is. They’re a life saver and it’s nice to actually look forward to the meals because they’re consistently great. Major improvement over other food services I’ve used. One happy customer for sure.

I never leave reviews but I had to! Love their meals. Well balanced and for a good price. They taste amazing, way better than I was expecting. I also love that you can just walk into their store and grab however many meals you want/need and that fit your budget and fitness goals. You are not stuck with a subscription, but you can get them delivered every week if you want that, which makes it very easy! I get the small meals and they are enough for a full meal. So good! Also, the staff is very kind and explains everything to you if you are new. Highly recommend!

Yummy food but feels too good to be true and that's because it is not that good for you. Meals are really high on sugar. Beware. Still great for when out of time and need a "healthy" alternative.

The food is so yummy! Below I have the chicken bruschetta meal. The weekly meals are the best bang for your buck. Buying individually can get pricey. Overall, I love that I can pick up a meal that has all the macros calculated for me AND is still delicious. Worth the try.

So glad I found this store! Relocating here and trying to find low carb choices. Meals are great. Bo was awesome and informative. Took time to explain sone things. Felt very welcomed. Will be back!
