Chicken 65, Chettinadu chicken gravy and rice for lunch, taste was average. Ambience and service was good. Editing the review after the quick response from the Owner :) I agree the taste varies from person to person, but the serve is is food for Indians, suggest to increase the salt and spice levels as per the requests from the customers. Though we had informed Indian medium spicy, it was very very mild and there was no salt. When checked with the waiter, the gentlemen said that they always prepare mildly spiced food, since lot of non Indians visit. We had to use salt and then pickle to complete the chicken gravy and rice. And the chicken 65 did not do the justice, with respect to the freshness. Will come back again !!

Outstanding Indian food. Outstanding service and a beautiful restaurant. I had the chicken saag, chili garlic naan,, rice and vegetable pakora as an appetizer. I am not sure which I enjoyed the most. The service was very good, the waiter was very friendly and offered suggestions. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely return.

This is by far one of the best places for Indian cuisine. The appetizers are amazing, I have tried samosa chat and paneer chilli and they were really delicious. The paneer tikka masala and biryani are my favs. I’m hooked to this place and visit at least 2-3 times per week.

Delicious, my husband and I Came for a late lunch and it was worth it. I ordered the chicken saag and he ordered the tikka masala and had the garlic cilantro naan. it was truly good. I had a mock strawberry mojito cool and refreshing. It was a delicious experience. The only thing I didn’t like was a water charge which we weren’t informed, but it was taken care of.

My favorite Indian restaurant in South FL! We come here all the time. The staff is wonderful and the food is amazing. Most dishes come with endless rice. Naan is essential with every dish (not included). The Garlic and Cheese Naan are amazing and taste authentic of course. My go-to is the butter chicken and it’s hands down the best. 100% recommend!

I would rate them as the best place for Authentic Indian food in South Florida. Anyone craving good Indian food or someone looking for to try Indian food first time, you must visit this place first and always. It has become a favorite place for us to visit anytime we crave good food. They are actually trying their best to give you the best service and provide you with a great experience. From my experience around the South Florida, I can say it is one of the hidden gem when it comes to indian cuisine as many other Indian restaurants try to cheat and not serve as authenticate experience. Also they do make good spicy indian food upon request and service is always 5 ⭐. Their Biryani, Malai Kofta, all different naan are must try. Also they have some great options in appetizers like pakora and tikka kabab.

Came in right when they opened at 5pm with my lady to grab a bite. Great atmosphere, Great food, Great flavor, great vibe. We tried a couple dishes both were amazing, the flavor was perfect! They ask you how spicy you want it Medium or spicy, we went with medium. The Naan super good! Our server did a great job, the owner came by to check on us during our meal, that was nice, will definitely be back as we are locals and always stop by the plaza. I was craving some great Indian food and Indian harbor definitely delivered!!! Worth every penny!

Overall one of the best meals I’ve had in recent memory. After a long day of travel, this meal was delicious and extremely reasonably priced. The food is the perfect amount of spice for my wife and I. We will definitely be stopping in again the next time we are in Fort Lauderdale! P.S. they do charge $1 per person for water which I found strange, but should not scare you from this place!

Thanks for honoring our request to keep the food ready for dine in while we were on the way. We had eggplant barta, lamb rogan Josh, dal makhni, tandoori roti and garlic naan. All items were really good except bharta which had sweet creamy texture and taste instead of Indian taste and texture. Highly recommend their Indian masala tea which was amazing.

Yesterday visited the restaurant with a friend for dinner. Samosa, sag- aloo were great but my friend gave them the best rating for prawns. Owner was kind enough to prepare the masala chai for me which is not a menu item.

So excited to have found our new go-to for Indian cuisine! First and foremost, the atmosphere and service was absolutely perfect. The food and wine were also delicious with a large menu, a lot of options! Highly recommend the cauliflower appetizer and the mango ice cream for dessert. We'll definitely be back!

I started out, trying to go to another Indian restaurant on East Las Olas. There was about a one hour wait and no parking. Since I was craving Indian food, I googled another nearby restaurant. And I found this gem. The service was phenomenal and the food was next level. Yummy.

Great service! We called in an order to-go and requested Vegetarian Manchurian Balls even though it wasn’t on the menu and they made it happen! The food was ready within 20 mins even on a busy night. The staff was very friendly and the food is phenomenal! We also ordered vegetable Biryani, vegetable samosas, and garlic naan. Everything was perfect and this was a fantastic birthday dinner! Thank you! Total came to $52.30 before tip! An excellent bargain for the high quality and large portions! My new favorite spot in Fort Lauderdale!

The food was really tasty and freshly made. Deducting 1 star as the thali can be be improved with dessert portion size. We had vegetarian(paneer) and non vegetarian (chicken) thali with paneer tikka appetizer. The service was quick.

I usually don’t take the time to write a review but I strongly feel as if The Indian Harrbor needs one. I moved myself to Florida from New Jersey two months ago. Back home I have an Indian restaurant that I had been going to for years. No matter what state I have traveled to I have been unable to find anything comparable. Something is either not cooked right or just plane bland. That was until I tried The Indian Harbor. Their food smells absolutely FRESH. I took one bite and you could taste every ingredient but each one in harmony with each other. My taste buds felt as if they were dancing. I ordered the chicken tikka massala with garlic naan and I have to say, not only have I never tasted anything like this, The Indian Harbor blew my favorite restaurant back home out of the water. Their portions are also very sizable. You get a massive container of what you order! 😀 Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions when I called in asking questions about how spicy each selection was and thank you for absolutely making my night with out of this world Indian Food. Their end product is worth every dollar! I will be back again! I’m an Indian food addict! 😀 -Ash

What an amazing experience! The food was great, authentic Indian food. Our waiter was very attentive and our food came out fairly quickly. The atmosphere and decor truly add to the experience. Also, Kudos to the owner for coming around to make sure that we were taken care of, he was a pleasure to meet and speak to. Definitely my new favorite spot for Indian food in town.

DO NOT MISS THIS GEM!!! I first tried them when they were in the Harbor Shoppes shortly after they opened and fell in love! We just visited the new location last night and it’s absolutely beautiful! All of the food is fresh, consistently delicious, and the service is really outstanding. Each time we’ve come to eat we’ve had great conversations with both of the owners. They’re super humble and they run a great business. The baby also approves, so that’s always a plus!

It is our first time at this restaurant. We have had some Indian food, but this ws the best, Very tasty food. The entrance is perfect for two people. The main course is very generous in quantity and perfectly, if you eat little, three people are satisfied and up to 4. The ice creams are spectacular and the house invited us the rice pudding with cardamom that is fantastic !!! The living room is very cozy. The golden rule: good food, good services, good prices.

We travel every year for my son's basketball tournament to florida, and we stay very near to this restaurant. Last year we never looked for one, and so glad we did this time. Ambiance: Absolutely stunning. It truly gives a luxury fine dining environment. Usually for a indian restaurant, many does a mediocre job on the interior. Here, from the expensive chandelier to the furniture, flooring, rustic and artistic side walls, bar, tables, everything was a great sight. Every wall was thoughtfully and creatively decorated. I do Airbnb photography in Charlotte NC ( www.charlottepixels.com ), and I know when I see the right interior design. So much care and thought was put into using the space at it's very best. Soothing colors, that emerald green gives a great feel. Food: We are south indians, and we were open minded and wanted to try what may come. We tried Kashmiri Naan, which is sweet. But it gave a Poli sweet flavor, and without any side dish you can eat. We had Chicken 65, and naan with a side. Everything tasted delicious. My wife is a vegan, and she had no problem in trying anything. My kids loved the food, and thought the mild was sometime spicy, but other than that it was all great. We also had the dessert. Service: Definitely let them know prior to ordering if your kids have nut allergy. You never know which food has nuts, and the chef and receptionist were friendly and accommodating. Access: It's right next door to a Chipotle restaurant and the door can be confusing since it's next to each other. Parking: Absolutely a pain. No parking space. It was raining as well, so its' definitely a downside. Definitely have a umbrella, as you may have to park far and might need a walk, and you never know when it rains here. Weather flips in a few seconds.

I was lucky to take a picture before the locals shuffled in. It fills up quickly, so reserve your table ahead of time. Excellent Indian food and service. Lots of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options as well as wine & beer. I hope in time they can expand to a roomier space.

Try dishes your family or yourself normally wouldn't eat. This food was phenomenal 😋🙌🏾😍 and when we took our leftovers. The waiter explained he was not taking the rice because they pack you more fresh rice. I'll take the kind of service any day 😛

We had the butter chicken, tika masala, and garlic cheese naan. It was soooo good. Very tasty. The service is great. My only complaint is that the AC was not working properly so it was a little warm in there. I will definitely return.

Since the first time that we came to this place we fall in love with everything, food, ambiente and of course the service ! We drive all the way from Miami because this is our favorite Indian restaurant. Highly recommended if you are planning to discover a new place. Owner is hands-on and very attentive to whatever you need. Here… it’s all about spices ! <3

Frequent visitor for lunch for many years and always enjoyed. Love the new location and recently came for my moms birthday. Service was fantastic, food delicious, spice just right! As authentic as it gets, 12 out of 10! Can’t wait for the next visit!

Visited there for the third time now (I try whenever I go to Florida) Do try their MALAI KOFTA (Simply mind-blowing), Mango Lassi, Chilli Garlic Naan. Other things like appetizers and Dal were also decent. The staff and atmosphere is very good and live. I definitely recommend this to everyone and will be coming again soon on my trip to Florida.

I had a great time. The food was good and service was great. The restaurant is really nice decorations. I liked the chandeliers. There is an in and out doors sitting option. Both nicely decorated. For appetizers we had the vegetable Samosa and prawn koliwada. I liked them both but the prawns where my favorite good flavor. The butter chicken was delicious. I am glad I chosed this dish. The favors where great. The rice was also good. The Garlic Naan was yummy. I really liked the texture and flavor. For dessert we where treated to a rice pudding. What an interesting dish. It was sweet and some almonds. It was delicious. We also ordered Gulab Jamun. This is round pastry ball in a sweet sauce. It's good. A must try. Our server was great. He was professional and helpful. I wish his name had been in the receipt to properly thank him for a great experience.

Loved it since I stepped in. Looks like a super expensive lounge with very welcoming staff. They treat you like royalty omg! I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala (they ask your spicy level to accommodate you—so cool!) and Garlic Naan. Both were super amazing. For desert Gulab Jamun that are like dough pillows in a sweet syrup. Wow so good. Wait I almost forgot the sexy mango lassi I ordered when I arrived. It was so silky wow!! In summary please put this one in your list.

OMG Where to start…this place is simply amazing! We was looking for a vegetarian place & this popped up in the feed. Made reservations immediately, we were running late & they were very understanding. No wait time when we arrived & was treated like we was being welcomed in their home. Jokes from our pleasant host, the manager was hilarious. We ordered red wine, vegetable samosas (2 was eaten), garlic naan & rosemary naan with dipping sauce for apps. Entrees was the tandoori mixed grill & I ordered the bharta eggplant. Everything was fresh & they accommodate you if you don’t like your food too spicy. We didn’t expect it to taste so good. All portions was large enough for to go & fresh rice was given with ice cream on the house. Due to shutting down the place & no room to eat anything else. My new to go place for my Indian kick! Can’t wait to return & for you to open closer to me. Thanks for treating my out of town guest fabulous, he said “best Indian food he ever tasted!”

I was visiting Fort Lauderdale, i googled for good indian restaurants and I found this restaurant so I thought to give it a try, my wife and I ate dinner here at Indian Harbor. The food and service was amazing!!! All staff was friendly, our waitress was really nice, she did an outstanding job. The food was phenomenal with the spice level just as we ordered. One of the best meal I have had in a long time! I Highly recommend this place whoever like Indian food or want to try Indian food.❤️
