We’re
traveling
from
the
Guadalupe
Mountains
to
the
Caverns
at
Sonora
and
decided
to
stop
here
due
to
the
good
reviews.
Well…
perhaps
it’s
a
hit
and
miss
because
I
read
a
lot
of
hits
in
the
last
two
weeks,
but
ours
was
a
miss.
My
husband
ordered
a
12
oz
sirloin-
medium
rare
with
a
side
of
garlic
mashed
potatoes
and
steamed
broccoli.
I
ordered
salmon
with
a
side
of
baked
potato
and
broccoli.
Sometime
later,
my
husband
got
his
steak,
but
it
was
medium
on
the
outside,
and
very
rare
in
the
middle.
His
mashed
potatoes
were
good
and
very
flavorful,
but
with
tons
of
butter
and
the
broccoli
was
OK.
My
salmon
was
cooked
perfectly,
and
had
a
lot
of
flavor,
but
my
baked
potato
was
very
dry,
and
did
not
have
the
chives
that
it
was
supposed
to
have.
The
broccoli
was
OK.
We
noticed
that
the
tables
around
us,
with
people
that
had
arrived
after
we
did,
receive
roles.
We
did
not
get
any
rolls
until
after
the
waitress,
Ray
ray,
asked
how
our
food
was,
and
I
suggested
that
my
husband
tell
her
that
the
steak
was
not
cooked
properly.
She
took
it
back
to
get
it
cooked
a
little
more,
but
it
was
brought
back
overcooked.
My
husband
was
hungry
and
we
were
ready
to
go
so
he
just
went
ahead
and
ate
it.
We
did
get
the
rolls
and
they
were
absolutely
delicious.
It
was
the
highlight
of
our
dinner.
The
waitress
was
extremely
nice
and
helpful,
even
though
she
didn’t
come
back
and
ask
us
if
we
needed
any
refills,
but
she
was
so
kind
and
polite,
that
we
are
willing
to
overlook
it.
Will
we
come
back?
Nope!
**
The
waitress,
was
kind
enough
to
discount
half
off
of
the
steak,
but
noted
on
the
receipt
that
we
did
not
like
it.
It
may
not
be
a
big
deal,
but
it’s
not
that
we
did
not
like
it,
it’s
that
they
did
not
cook
it
correctly.
That’s
a
big
difference.
If
it
is
supposed
to
be
a
steakhouse
and
they
cannot
cook
a
steak
correctly,
then
it
is
not
a
steakhouse.
