Decided
to
go
somewhere,
anywhere,
that
wasn't
a
Starbucks.
A
quick
google
search
brought
us
to
Hyde
Perk.
I'll
be
honest,
the
name
alone
reminded
me
of
Central
Perk
from
Friends,
and
that
was
really
the
determining
factor.
Anywho,
the
parking
lot
for
the
plaza
was
tiny,
and
having
an
SUV
with
a
trailer
was
not
working
out.
Then
we
found
the
sorta
creepy
back
alley
/
drive
through
lane.
The
lady
at
the
window
was
super
nice,
and
handed
us
a
menu.
I
had
gotten
a
decaffeinated
blended
dirty
chai,
and
my
wife
chose
the
'Respect
Your
Elderberry'.
I
wasn't
a
fan
of
her
drink,
personally
I
like
things
a
little
sweeter,
and
she
hated
mine,
due
to
the
cinnamon
content
-
but
we
each
loved
our
own
drinks.
She
noted
that
the
tea
bags
are
draw
string
sacks
made
on
site...
which
was
neat.
Downside?
While
we
weren't
able
to
go
in
and
scope
the
atmosphere,
check
the
cleanliness
of
the
bathrooms,
or
test
wifi
speeds,
we
did
order
one
of
their
'Made
Fresh
Daily'
Banana
Nut
Muffins,
and
it
was
not
delicious
to
either
one
of
us.
Overall,
we
recommend
this
place
for
its
coffee
and
teas,
but
not
for
its
pastry
offerings.
Maybe
we
just
got
a
bad
muffin,
we're
willing
to
give
them
another
try
in
the
future!
