Service was great in the drive thru. Very nice and friendly. But the coffee tasted as if it had been sitting since the day before. And the muffin was so stale it hurt the roof of my mouth. I was very disappointed. My second and last visit to this particular local coffee shop. I gave them two chances :(

Customer service was superb!! And the atmosphere is great!! Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name or I would shoutout her amazing kindness, but the “ phenomenal woman” (her tattoo) behind the counter was super sweet. I asked her what the new spring seasonal flavor was, she explained it, and it is AMAZING!! Thank you Hyde Perk, OH!!!!

The coffee here is pretty good. I came here to get a coffee through the drive-thru, it is a bit hard to find if you pull into the front of the shop. The wait for the coffee wasn't too bad but paying $9 for two coffees was a lot. I got a latte and a cold brew. The cold brew was mostly ice cubes. I got about a 20:80 ratio of ice cubes to coffee, not really cool. The latte was solid. Would recommend it if you're in the area and need some good coffee. I'll be back, wanna check out the inside.

Met girl friends here after going to "the other coffee place" and there were no places to sit. The coffee, hot chocolate, chai coffee was awesome and price was good. Staff was so kind. We sat and caught up with each other fully enjoying the atmosphere. We'll be going here from now on. Easy to get to since we come from OH, KY and IN.

I am introduced to the co-owner of this place and I must say it is a hidden gem in Cincinnati. Unlike most franchised coffee shops, this place has its own unique culture to promote conversations, networking, and enjoying nice cups of coffee and tea (and most importantly their chocolate and wine are delicious!)

I went there for the 2nd time a few weeks ago and am still telling everyone how good my maple & spice latte was. It was truly one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. It’s seasonal though, so go try it before it’s too late!

Pretty cool spot to hang out and have some good coffee as well. The egg sandwich’s are grand. They also have a new featured drink often.

Good food and asmosphere but with the drive thru and 2 employees on a Sunday morning means you'll have to wait a bit for your coffee. Very polite and kind staff but only 2 people is ineffcient.

I’ve lived in the area for a while and finally stopped here, and I’m so glad I did! Every person working here has been so kind and helpful. And every drink I’ve ordered has been so good. Their brewed coffees are amazing and I love learning about the flavor notes! Lattes are incredible too! I get coffee for my partner (more of a mocha person) and my coworker (a sweeter drink person) from time to time, and whenever I am able to stop here they love it! Stopping here always brightens my day and is super yummy! Thanks everyone at Hyde Perk!!

Great spot to grab a coffee and get some work/studying done! Ample seating both inside and outside, accessible outlets, and quiet atmosphere. Delicious iced vanilla lattes!

Fine place but not stellar. Barista got my order wrong and my espresso is pretty watery - I blame the milk steamer. I’d blame the whole machine, but couldn’t see the whole brand name. But it looked like a knock off simonella. I’ll give it another go when I’m back in a month. But I was not impressed.

Decided to go somewhere, anywhere, that wasn't a Starbucks. A quick google search brought us to Hyde Perk. I'll be honest, the name alone reminded me of Central Perk from Friends, and that was really the determining factor. Anywho, the parking lot for the plaza was tiny, and having an SUV with a trailer was not working out. Then we found the sorta creepy back alley / drive through lane. The lady at the window was super nice, and handed us a menu. I had gotten a decaffeinated blended dirty chai, and my wife chose the 'Respect Your Elderberry'. I wasn't a fan of her drink, personally I like things a little sweeter, and she hated mine, due to the cinnamon content - but we each loved our own drinks. She noted that the tea bags are draw string sacks made on site... which was neat. Downside? While we weren't able to go in and scope the atmosphere, check the cleanliness of the bathrooms, or test wifi speeds, we did order one of their 'Made Fresh Daily' Banana Nut Muffins, and it was not delicious to either one of us. Overall, we recommend this place for its coffee and teas, but not for its pastry offerings. Maybe we just got a bad muffin, we're willing to give them another try in the future!

Stopped by here with my bestie for one of the most delicious dirty chais I've ever had. It was perfect iced not too sweet, and the barista was professional. Great environment, clean bathrooms, and I'm not sure what more you could want from a coffee shoppe!

Went here for the first time yesterday. I had a toasted marshmallow cappuccino, and it was perfect. Not too sweet, which is sooooo important to me. The atmosphere was nice as well. I sat in a chair and stared out the window for an hour. Will definitely be back.

Cozy little place. Lots of commuters on laptops or friends getting together to hangout when I was here. The staff was super friendly. The coffee was delicious. Great selections in the cooler if you are into sweets. Didn't explore the wine selections

Going through the drive thru, the worker added a $1 tip and swiped my card without asking. The cold brew was very good, just didn't appreciate not being informed of the charges even though I was planning on tipping anyways!

I went there this morning on a walk, and ordered a normal latte. The batista was super helpful, and the latte was delicious. However, the batista flagged that the large and small latte had the same number of shots - be warned if you get a big one. Other than that it seemed a little understaffed, but I didn't have to wait more than five minutes. Can't speak much to the food, but this was an excellent place to sit for a bit and drink coffee, and also had a great atmosphere I could see myself working on (free wifi, and there were several people sitting with laptops).

I absolutely love the vibe and decor of this coffee shop. The staff is always super nice. I’ve honestly had better quality coffee and a larger variety of options at other coffee shops that charge the same or less, so wouldn’t give it 5 stars. But overall, a cozy place
