OMG! You have to try this place! It's a tad off the beaten path....a little hole in the wall place located in a small strip shopping center... But BOY IS IT GOOD! Unique food with beautiful flavors! This chef is quite talented and creative! His passion for food is obvious from the first bite to the last bite! Did I mention he owns the restaurant and does it all? He is your host, order taker, chef, and waiter! We had the pleasure of his company as we were eating because it wasn't a peak eating time (3 in the afternoon). He's a very nice and interesting fellow to talk to! We can't wait to go back and try a different dish! You definitely want to try this place if you haven't ordered from or eaten there yet!

Outstanding 🎶 The food will knock your tastebuds out! I don't have enough good things to say about this place. The food is incredible and packed with flavor. The owner and staff are amazing and the prices are affordable. What more could you ask for? The chi ke strip basket is a great choice and also catfish. I plan to try everything on the menu. Takeout is great but dine in is even better.

Chef Sammy Fox blew us away with his creative delicious menu! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. We started off with fresh pork cracklings that were still crackling while we ate them. Better than any I’ve ever had. Then I enjoyed the amazing captain crunch chicken tenders that had the most surprisingly delicious flavor. My husband had the candied bacon bbq burger that was not only tasty but so huge he couldn’t finish it. Our friend had catfish and shrimp and loved it! Not only will we be back but all we want to do is sing this restaurant praises! It’s worth the drive to try his creative unique menu and get to meet the Chef! He does it all while providing amazing service along with his great food! So glad we found this hidden gem! Go check it out! Be sure to get there early or call ahead because he buys his food fresh daily and serves it until it’s gone.

This food is so delicious. I mean tops period from taste to flavors to presentation. If God was to eat this food he would realize that he is not in the right place! That's how good it is here!

Chef Sammy has great customer service and a pleasant personality. Most importantly the food taste great and have ideal serving sizes. (Try to finish the Candied Bacon Cheeseburger) Everything is fresh! Nothing comes out of a can or is pre breaded. The seasoning, rubs and coatings are created in house. The menu has fresh ideas of what a dish could be.(Oh yes...you can also purchase Chef Sammy's seasons at Scarlett Fox Seasoning online.) The Singing Chef Cafe is an off the beaten path find. Worth the trip. Opens at 11:00 - until fresh daily supplies run out. So don't wait to get to The Singing Chef Cafe. Enjoy! We couldn't get him to sing for us this time. Maybe our next visit.

This place is a tiny gem, but the owner wants to expand, so come on over and help him get there! The food was so delicious. I got the Miggity Mac and my husband got the Cajun special today, and both were fabulous. Everything was made from scratch, and the owner was so kind and passionate. We will definitely be back!

Ordered food here for the first time and their fryer was down. Disappointed but they brought cheesecake to make up for it and we kept our order for the following day. Fed right under 20 people at my warehouse and every single person was saying how amazing it was. Top notch, 5 stars, highly recommend! I will definitely be ordering here for my team again.

I hate burgers but my Mom forced me to go anyway and all I can say is thank you to her. This was the best burger I have ever had in my lifetime no one can make a burger better than him. Trust me when I tell you burgers are gonna become your new favorite love once trying The Singing Chef. He was sent by god to bless are stomachs please go support him so I can keep eating good.

If you’re someone who appreciates down to earth, personable service, 100% original made from scratch dishes, and that one of a kind hole in the wall food spot that offers its own unique experience and atmosphere, then this what you’re looking for! I had and recommend the greens, sautéed vegetables, fried catfish, fried pork skins or the fried smothered pork chop. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re in a hurry I highly encourage you to call ahead. As I mentioned above everything is made from scratch and cooked to order. Tired the chicken fried chicken, which was a chicken breast with brown gravy I don't believe there is an option to choose white gravy which I prefer however it was still good, the Mac spaghetti was decent. I also had green beans which were very well seasoned and good. I had the watermelon kool-aid I drunk it down so fast I can't even tell you how it tasted I was so thirsty 😄. Small Lil spot over in Evermen, I will stop in again and try other items and report back😘 Price 💲💲 *Update So the owners reply to my Google review is strange. Seeing my review doesn't state that I had an issue, it's states my preference. He also stated and then deleted that he would not want to serve me again, and I'm totally fine with that, we work hard for our money and choose to spend it where it's welcomed.
