    Came here the other day and it was rather empty. This was great since we were starving and got seated early. We ordered the fried pickles for starters and the buy 6 traditional wings get 6 for free. I also bought the BBQ burger to try something different. All of came out fresh and it was delicious! Wings were super juicy and had just enough sauce to compliment the chicken but not overpower it.

    Server was great so she gets 5 stars. The wings must've been sitting under a heat lamp waiting for an order then just add the sauce. Chicken was dry for most of the 60 we ordered. And sauce was lacking on almost half the order. The fries were okay but the wedges. Well there were some wedges but very small from what we were expecting. Felt like we get them bottom of the bag and a bunch of potato remnants. And for the price of they order compared to what we got and then cost of a potato seemed to be a very small portion. They did have good flavor though. Buffalo had no sauce and then others were very lightly covered and too dry for the chicken itself.

    Worse Buffalo Wild Wings we have been too. When we arrived we were walked to our table and sat down, then while the waitress was asking our drink order and we were giving them to her, she was just ignoring us and paying attention elsewhere. We were then asked to move tables cause it was already reserved for someone else. Lead to the 2nd table and then again asked to move again a third time. By that point it felt so awkward and people just looking at us like WE were the ones being picky. Waitress was nice but not very attentive to our table after that. The Large fries looked like a small order. No way that was Large batch and they were cold. The only thing good about the food was the All American burger and the wings. Fries were cold, Mac n cheese was not that great either. Definitely not worth $75. The restrooms looked like a run down truck stop. Stalls were so dirty, toilet paper all over the floor. Stalls run down. Even found utensils in there just laying around. Won’t be coming to this location again.

    I'm deeply disappointed with our experience at this establishment. Despite spending nearly $40 and enduring a 40-minute wait, the food we received appeared to be pre-cooked and re-fried. My boneless wings were excessively tough to chew, and my husband faced a similar issue with his bone-in wings. To add to the frustration, my night concluded with a bout of food poisoning. This entire experience leaves me incredibly upset, and I've decided not to revisit this establishment. I believe this situation merits reporting; it's truly disheartening.

    I used to frequent this establishment for dine-in, and take-out. Today was probably last time in a while I'll go due to greed over a 20oz drink that was offered while my take-out order was being completed after being over 10 minutes late past the pick-up completed time. While I don't expect a drink while waiting, one usually gets offered and today I accepted. Shortly after, the girl working the front comes out and asks if I got a drink, I said yes, someome offered me one while I waited. "OK that'll be $4.85" For that small to-go drink? "Yes" These are $1.99 on the app/online, why $4.85 because it was offered to me here? I have no problem paying for the drink, if it was offered with intent to sell and I misunderstood, however being asked to pay more than double on top a separate tip (which i still left) makes no sense to me.

    I used to love BWW! The service was admirable, they tried but the food was terrible, it was out of order (appetizers vs entrees) it was rushed and part was seasoned and part wasn't. I got my entrees before the appetizers and 10 minutes before my wife's. Clearly no one care at all! Desperately needs management to restore the brand. Would love to love it again but a terrible experience tonight.

    I was the first one to eat here today as it was straight up 11 when I walked in. Food was super fresh and good. Same for fries. Waitress was perfect, not around too much or too little. Tea fresh too. All in all a nice BWW!!! Wish I lived closer

    This was a horrible experience. I had to ask someone at the takeout area for some napkins because our wings came out and we still had none. 10 minute waits after asking for a refill when you are eating hot wings wasn't great either. I got up and asked someone else to help us with refills because no one wanted to keep eating without a drink. My burger came out wrong and by the time I was finally able to tell someone about it I was just over it. My whole family had already had all of their food and were pretty much done eating. I was also so disgusted by the bathroom when I went to take my 3 year old to the restroom. It was nasty and not stocked well at all. The food is so expensive and the service just does not make it worth it.

    This whole scan the QR code for a menu, use your phone to order is such a horrible customer experience. First off, we don't allow phones at the table when enjoying a meal as a family. I'm not going to spend $60 - $80 to watch my family with their nose in their phone. We go for a conversation and no electronics so your new policy is against our family policy. Our family policy will win and we won't be back. Julie was a very nice server and took our order like normal although couldn't provide traditional menus. Nothing against her, but because of the suits in corporate making your company wide policies, we will not return. Update 11/2023: Policy changed and they now have paper menus so we returned. We appreciate the paper menus without having to hunt them down or ask. Family enjoyed dinner. Thanks.

    Go to a different location. Smells like old, dirty carpet. Bathrooms were disgusting; no toilet paper, flooded floors, giant hole in ceiling. Dirty tables everywhere. The booth we sat in was broken. Just feels gross to eat here.

    Ordered 30 wings online, order not ready at time stated, wings were very small, over cooked and dry, terrible actually. I ordered and was charged for a bottle of mild sauce that was not in the bag. Upon returning to store to inquire regarding the sauce, I was told they were out of mild sauce. So you charge me anway?? I asked for medium sauce and waited 10 more minutes for the sauce. BIGGEST complaint was upon entering the store for order pick up was the staff was very busy "chatting" amongst themselves and the line waiting was at least 4 people deep. They did not care, didn't wait on anyone until they're conversation was over. Upon my return for the left out sauce, same thing, "chatting employees" Not waiting on customers. At this point I was upset, in a hurry and while waiting for the medium bottle of sauce I said "I have never seen so many employees standing around chatting and ugnoring customers. This is ridiculous!" They all heard me, didn't seem to care or change anything. I will never visit BWW in Burleson again.

    Not a sports bar. I went there to see and hear the NBA Draft. I got there and they had music playing. Ask the bartender if they could change the to Draft. He said yes. 10 mins later somebody came by and said it will be one soon. 10 mins later and missed the 1st 3 picks and still no audio. I asked for the GM so I can expressed my concerns. I spoke to her and she gave me an unconcerned apology and walked away before I finished speaking. They literally had 6 employees up front twiddling their thumbs. Why is the GM cooking and not maintaining the Restaurant. She probably doesn't know how to delgate tasks and has ZERO customer service skills. I ended leaving for a better establishment next door.

    This particular night was very busy no seating was available so we decided to where to go the service was rude and charged extra for just one extra ranch dressing that they didn't give and had to go back in store to get the atmosphere was dirty food on the carpet I'm sure if the regional manager had seen the store that night he wouldn't have been happy it happens to the best of them I will not be going there as you can see in the picture the chicken was extremely dehydrated cold and very little meat on the bone yeah we ate it cuz it cost way too much money will never go again very depressing because usually this this franchise had a quality product at one time, I forgot to mention it was cold and took about 30 minutes for this order to be prepared was ridiculous.

    B-Dubs is hit or miss. Something I’ve noticed, and seen others point out as well, is that the quality of the chicken has gone way downhill and occasionally has a tough, dry texture. When I say “occasionally”, I mean it’s literally a piece by piece case. Some pieces taste great, like classic B-Dubs, but others seem like they’re either stale or lower quality. One review compared the texture to rubber, and I would say that’s a good description of the bad pieces. This is a company wide problem, not just this one store. But while the chicken quality has gone down, the prices have not. The discount days (Tuesday for regular, Thursday for boneless) are the days to eat here, I can’t recommend paying full price in its current state. It’s not all negative. B-Dubs still has a variety of great sauce flavors and beverages, and a cool sporty atmosphere, but I hope that we see the quality of the chicken increase again. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but these days it’s a gamble if the food will be good or not.

    Horrible service. We got there right at 11. 2 other customers in the place. Waitress took our drink order and disappeared for 20 minutes. Finally got my beer 20 minutes after ordering it. Finally saw the waitress 10 minutes later. We ordered. She disappeared again. No drink refills. No checking on us. At a little over an hour with no food we stopped the waitress. Some other tables got food. Some were waiting as long as us. She said "just a second" and walked away. We walked out. I went there with my wife to get my free veterans meal. It ruined the whole experience. This was the 2nd horrible service at a BW3 in a row - in 2 different states. We will never go to another one again.

    It’s B-dubs and normally great. My food was cold when I received it so overall experience was less than expected and hopefully an isolated one. Overall experience at B dubs is always great!

    My sister and I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings last night and she slipped and fell on the wet floor in the bar. I told our waitress about it and she got the manager who’s name was Frank. When he came over and asked what the problem was I explained that my sister slipped on the wet floor and hit both her knees on the ground and stated they did not have a wet floor sign out. He just said sorry about that but offered no compensation or real sympathy over the situation. They immediately wiped up the wet floor but I’m pretty upset about how this was handled. I used to work for Buffalo Wild Wings and find this unacceptable and unprofessional.

    Food was so good I gobbled it down before I could snap a photo !! Idk where the bad reviews come from, But tonight was my 1st time ever dinning in at a Buffalo Wild Wings & Give them a 5/5 !!!! i had 6 Flat Honey BBQ Wings, 6 FLAT GARLIC PARMESAN WINGS & Brisket sandwich w/side Mac & Cheese ( BEYOND GOOD ) CRISPY AND TASTED AMAZING !!! Will def be going back again !! Great environment, Positive atmosphere Food took no more than 10 min to come out . I recommend their mac and cheese ! I was blown away !!!

    Called... No one answered.... Went straight to advertising of all sorts of specials etc If you have ever been on hold to repetitive ads 30 seconds seems like forever... As I write this been on hold for over 15 minutes just to see if anyone will ever answer the phone " Running short on time? Place your order online"... Over and over Should be we do not answer our phone. We do not do phone orders... You can only order online... If you look at all the reviews in last few months oh my... Not going to in business much longer. Ok it's now been almost 30 minutes... I'm out Sad sad sad Never even answered the phone

    Me and my wife stopped by for lunch on a Sunday and I couldn’t believe it. It has been some time since we’ve been there but it’s not the same. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich and you would of thought it was a frozen ready sandwich for microwave. I ordered wings and I would have to say the blazing we’re hot but flavor was not inviting at all. The worst thing was the small size of wing and drums!! The waitress was nice but we had to ask her for everything.

    First off let me say that this particular location has always been our favorite,so the fact that our recent visit was not good at all is very upsetting. It was myself ,two of my daughters and my 1 1/2 yr old granddaughter. It was late afternoon around 2 ish,so it wasn't busy. We ordered our food...I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich with only ranch and bacon..and the girls ordered chicken wings. We also ordered a kids tenders. The tenders came out first. And then about 30 minutes later one order of wings came..boneless..and my sandwich. The wings were cold and my sandwich was made wrong...no ranch and with pickles.Ten minutes later the other order of wings came out..and they were too spicy. All of our fries were tough and cold. Nothing tasted as good as it normally did. Our server seemed to busy to even bother to tell her about anything,so we just paid our ticket and left. We didn't even finish our food. It was a very disappointing visit,and probably our last.

    We like visiting on the weekends when the doors open. We are regulars so, when we got our order, we immediately recognized the cook of weeks past was not the same cook today. I was honored to be able to tell this young man what a fabulous job he did.

    It was our first time, ordered some wings fries fried pickles and kids hamburger meal. Sadly the wings were dried up but our waitress took care of that and removed them since I didnt want to stay there longer and everyone was done eating already. Hopefully next time I give it a try the wings are better!! The girl that helped us was so nice and understanding! Wish I remembered her name!

    Went in for lunch and it wasn't the best visit. Asked for a booth for my husband and I and was told there wasn't one by the hostess. She sat us at a table by an open booth, which she seated a couple at 5 minutes later. Ordered an allergy item, was told no. Ordered chips and salsa, was told a few minutes later they ran out of salsa. Ended up ordering the queso and fries, that came way late and were overcooked. I've always ordered traditional wings there with no problem, but the manager didn't want to fill the order. Not the best service and didn't feel welcomed at all right from the start.

    My husband and I went yesterday, we order a 15 pieces of traditional wings and a nachos My husband got his wings and I didn’t get my nachos for like 25 minutes later , our waiter come to apologize and she told us that they we’re making a fresh tortillas chips .finally I got the nachos . They were the worst nachos I ever ate the tortillas chips was cold , was no cheese sauce on it , just sour cream and few jalapeños and cilantro and the chips was stale . Never going back so disappointed

    I ordered online and it said my order would be ready about 20 min from the order time. We went at that time and walked out about one hour from when I placed the order. The food was cold so it had been ready for a long time. The boxes and bags had sauce all over them per attached pictures (they actually looked used as the sauce looked different from the sauce we had on the wings). I understand there are not enough workers out there but adjust call in times or something. I will not go back to this location. My kids ate and said it tasted OK after warmed a little- and it was cold when we first checked it in the car. I should have taken it back in. I am so glad I didn't order this time.

    This is a Large order of wedges.. this was a pick up order and the audacity to try to say this is a large order is ridiculous. This isn’t even a regular order, It’s sad to say this has happened around 3 times already! I only go to this store cause it’s the closest one to me.
