First time eating here, the food was no doubt unbelievably good and the menu selection was out of this world. Actually feel sorry for the cooks in the back there was so many dishes to pick from. The atmosphere was a little pretentious for my flavor. The bartender made my wife super unhappy and felt like she was just flat out rude. Didn't take as many pictures as I would like to have but got on a business call that took my attention away unfortunately. If you are low on cash, definitely not the place for you. I had the Baja taco plate. The tacos were small but a surprising amount of meat in them and the flavor was wonderful. My wife had the bacon bacon burger and loved it as well. The dark bread was delicious but the sour dough was tough and dry and just not for me. She ordered a piece of low calorie cheese cake to go and said it was an absolute treat as the one she chose was gluten free and it's been a while since she got to eat any. Food was amazing, but just didn't feel like a place I wanted to return to. Maybe it was just the day and time so we may give it one more try who knows.

We went Cheese cake factory to celebrate a dear friends birthday. I love cheese cake factory to celebrate special occasions due ambiance and variety of food/drinks/desert they offer! I ordered fish taco, with breaded fish. Overall it was a nice dish just a bit bland for me. Chocolate cheese cake was great and fan of their margaritas. Evening and weekend parking is free in garages around and they do offer valet parking as well.

The wait at 5:30 was not bad. Strange thing. I ordered a bar drink just fine. Then my daughter (37) orders one. She gets carded but left her ID in the car. Drink order refused due to "policy". Funny how I didn't get carded. Waiter needs to get his policy straight. Other than that screwy problem everything was terrific. The food variety is second only to the desert variety. Expertly prepared with perfect timing. The desserts were so smooth and tasty! I had never tried fish tacos before. They are as good as everyone has been telling me! They have valet parking out front and these folks have their service to a science. Dining at the Cheesecake Factory was quite the experience! If you are attending an event at the Center for the Performing Arts the Cheesecake Factory would be a nice before or after addition (or both!). All in all a very good time.

It’s the cheesecake factory, expect what you would expect from a cheesecake factory. The food is pretty ok, cheesecake is really good, the atmosphere is very specific, if that’s what you’re looking for, and the bill will be high. We have been to this location a couple times, the wait is usually long but that’s to be expected. All in all not a bad spot for a celebration, or a night out of fun. Oh and the gluten-free cheesecake is actually quite delicious!

🍰ATTENTION ALL CHEESECAKE LOVERS🍰 Please come to this restaurant!! It is delicious. Honestly I was very shocked at how good it is. This place is definitely worth the money. When I walked into the restaurant I was in awe. This is a beautiful restaurant. There is a bar and a “bakery” with cheesecakes behind a glass. The restaurant is very clean. We dined outside on the patio. There is a mosquito catcher thingy, so you don’t have to worry about bugs. There are even decorative candles on the tables. One thing I noticed was how dark the inside of the restaurant was. It was very hard to see. The bathrooms were almost pitch black. Very… interesting. The food was PHENOMENAL. I ordered the four cheese pasta and it tasted so delicious 😋. My brother got the Mushroom Madeira, it is a huge plate of food. He said it was delicious. My parents got the Tuscan Chicken, they said it was good. The cheesecakes were so delicious too. Best way to end the night. The service was great. Our server (I forgot her name but she had pretty nails) was super nice. Since the restaurant was so busy we didn’t get our bread until after we finished eating😥. The highlight of the night was getting a free mini-sundae, because it was my birthday 🥳. I was so happy. TLDR: GREAT food, GREAT service, super dark restaurant, great location, perfect place to spend an evening. 5/5⭐️ would definitely recommend

This cheesecake factory is located in amazing location in Fort worth. It's very close by to amc theater . And the food quality and service is excellent. There is plenty of parking (along roadside) around the cheesecake factory building.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT waste your money in this restaurant! We spent $198 including a $35 tip to the server which she absolutely did not deserve but my husband gave it to her anyway because he said he knew how low server’s get paid as he was once a server and they only depend on tips but if that was me a $15 would already been generous the way she waited on us. I ordered sweet tea w lemon she gave me unsweet tea and there’s not even sugar on the table, after she served the drinks she disappeared for 20 minutes until the manager came around and asked how we’re doing, that’s the only time I got my sweet tea! We told her to give both our kids regular size sprite and she served them these small toddler size cups which of course they get them empty fast and server kept missing in action! Took 20 minutes before she got back and checked on us to give them refills! Finally, the food. The loaded tater tots taste a okay I don’t know how they called it loaded but they’re just regular tater tots like what you get at sonic! Maybe the cheese that’s inside the tater tot’s but def no bacon bits nor chives! My husband ordered rib eye he told her well done when it was served it’s still pink inside, he ate the outer part of the steak. I ordered Salmon and also told this idiot server I want it well done of course it’s not well done, after she served the food she disappeared again this time for 30 minutes and of course all our drinks were empty and she no where to be found! The only good I could say was that my daughter enjoyed her cheese pizza and we enjoyed the cheese cake, yes I’m not gonna lie the cheesecake is good but the food does not deserve the price we paid for! But I’m pretty sure I can also get cheesecake somewhere else if not better, the same taste. It’s not worth spending money to this place!!!

I had a reservation made at this spot and waited an extra amount of time to be seated. (15+ minutes) A reservation is a RESERVATION. The table should be ready and reserved for the customers upon arrival. It took me to go up the front and ask why we are waiting 15+ minutes for a reservation, as soon as I said something, we were sat immediately. If I wouldn’t have said anything, who knows how long we could have waited. Besides that, we had exceptional service from our server, Lindsay. She was very knowledgeable with the menu and beverages and made sure our needs were met! The food was very good for the premium price you pay for. If you look to make a reservation make sure you are not waiting past 10 minutes here.

There are lots of options to choose from, but for the price you pay, you would think they would add some salt to their food. The presentation is great but lacks in flavor. The desserts, though, are really good.

Cheesecake Factory never disappoints whether for dinner, lunch or a dessert and coffee kind of day.🤤 No matter what part of the country you’re in there’s a CF nearby with so many options all made fresh and super tasty! 😋 Excellent service every time! 💯

This downtown Fort Worth location is conveniently across from Bass Performance Hall. Valet parking is available. National chain with an extensive menu. Dining before or after a performance is a great option. Family and friends have liked every menu item ever ordered with no complaints, and one could probably eat for a solid month with no repeats. They offer commentary white French or a dark wheat with oat topped bread. Shown are the Avocado Tacos appetizer with jicama tortilla (not grain). They are small but filling and satisfying. The best value entree imo is the combination surf and turf Herbed Salmon and Steak Diane (mushroom sauce) which comes with mashed potatoes and asparagus, perfect if you were on the fence with both entrees and have a large appetite. There's also a shrimp and other meat option. If you're not completely stuffed after the meal, there's always cheesecake! My standby is Banana Creme Cheesecake because it's not as heavy or rich as the others. You can also order the decadent cheesecakes to go; they are just as good later or the next day. For the record, I've had good service, but I also realize service can vary because they're often swamped with patrons from events, so go with that expectation and patience; don't be in a rush.

The wait staff turned us into the waited. They were never around. When asked for condiments they never came. The food left much to be desired. The silverware were so disgusting that we actually requested plastic ware. Once we were ready for dessert, there was no one around to take our order. We literally begged anyone who passed us for the check, which arrived a half hour later. Never again will I visit this establishment.

First time visit. Reminded me a lot like BJ’s brewery. Huge menu, too many selections. Server was very nice and good. Dark bread was good but the white bread was nasty. Calamari was fresh and good portioned. A little too dark of a setting for me. Sheperad’s pie was really greasy at the bottom and wasn’t really flavorful. Cheesecake was really good. Probably wouldn’t come back though. Not my type of place. Also bathroom was dirty.

As always, my family and I had a marvelous dinner and delicious dessert! The food portions are so large, we always end up with leftovers. (Btw, their leftovers re-heat well!) And the many cheesecakes are so fun and delicious to try! My son has asked for The Cheesecake Factory for his birthday dinner for the last two years in a row! And the staff is always attentive, professional, and speedy! We all know the world is crazy still, but it's like you can forget it all as soon as you walk through those doors and get some food therapy.

Took the wife for lunch here and had a great time. Waiter was super random fast. Food was awesome and of course the cheesecake was the bomb. The facility was super clean, I’d go back anytime. Nice job!

My son loves coming in and ordering a cheese pizza off the kids menu. Nicer restaurant feel with Large to XL portions. Breakfast is served all day with espresso available. Patio is facing south and looks inviting comfortably tucked into the building. There is something for everyone and some unique dishes if you’re adventurous. They do validate parking. I would suggest going to the garage next to the movie theater directly across the street from the building. We had a friend park in another garage and they did stamp her card at the host stand. But, if there is no one in the booth driving out and you have to use the machine you’ll pay. Large parties or families with smaller children I suggest looking at the menu online and deciding before you go. The menu can be overwhelming in person it’s quicker and easier for you, servers and kitchen staff. Bathrooms have been clean and everyone is generally pleasant. Will update if anything changes. During the holiday season they hand out bonus reward cards that START January 1st and EXPIRE in March. $15 bonus for every $50 purchased. You can easily break cost down to $25 on each card for stocking stuffers as long as the total is in increments of $50 you’ll get the bonus cards.

Our waitress was amazing! She just started but was very attentive and professional. The food was great and came out fairly quickly during rush hour on a Saturday. We would definitely come back to this restaurant. We ordered the coconut cream cheesecake and it was GREAT!

Average food (likely due to the massive menu) and frustrating service (had to ask for drink refills 3 times). The shrimp pasta was lacking flavor, the spaghetti was decent but I don’t recommend the cobb salad as it was bland and didn’t seem fresh. The avocado egg rolls and cheese cake were the best items. I definitely felt like they were in a hurry for us to order, eat and get out. That all said, I am glad the wait was no where near the 45 minutes stated. On a side note, I did find it interesting that the drink menu has no prices. So in the end these restaurants are all the same, if you must visit one, order drinks and appetizers and maybe dessert. The rest of the menu is nothing special for the price.

Everything was delicious. I’d heard about them, but never tried their restaurant. It has always had unanimously positive reviews and now I see why. Our waitress was friendly, and gave great advice about our questions about the menu. The bread and butter was spectacular. I shared the four cheese pasta with a friend, and everyone else really enjoyed their food. We ordered the lemon meringue cheesecake and it was FABULOUS!!

It was nice, we were seated and attended to quickly. It was kinda dark inside though. The servers were nice, the food was really good. We enjoyed ourselves.

Love Cheesecake Factory, and this particular location is mine and my wife’s preferred spot over the Arlington location. Service and food are always on point. Only downside is parking can be a bit tricky, but that’s the city, for ya. Highly recommend the cheeseburger spring rolls and Cinnabon cheesecake!

I had to change my review. Our recent experience was horrible. My husband and I 1st were called "them 2 are next" by the hostess which I felt was rude instead of getting our name. After we had our drinks a party of 10 get seated. The waitress said the bread was not out of the oven yet, which I was understanding. But how does the party of 10 get their food before us...well the waitress forgot to put our order in. And our waitress was the party of 10 waitress also. Now we had been there for 45 mins total had drinks and a appetizer. We told the waitress we just wanted to leave..we don't want our food that she had forgot. Horrible experience

We ate at the bar, and our bar tender was fantastic! So was the food! We had the BEST Ceasar salad, and the herb-crusted salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes was so good. I can't wait to go back.

I was surprised that they brought all the food out at the same time (5 dishes), and it was all well presented and hot. Good option for a diverse menu.

Nice atmosphere. It was not crowded at all during brunch/lunch time. Our server Maverick was excellent and took care of us with a friendly smile.

Great food great service. Our waiter Jose was outstanding. Always had suggestions. To bad they had run out of the stuffed mushrooms. I had the combination plate that had the steak Dianne and my wife had the lemon shrimp pasta.

Went for a family birthday event, 16 in party, they didn't let us make reservations, only up to 6. One person in the party got there at 3pm to check in, we were seated at 5pm. Hostess seemed overwhelmed and kept seating people, as to not have room for our party. I would of given 5 stars, but the wait seemed excessive. The food was good, not great, and overpriced for the quality. The cheesecake was really good of course, but still overpriced. It's more of an experience place not a regular going out to eat place. The waitress was spectacular, handled our crazy bunch, and was still working other tables. Drinks were always full, and she always had a smile on. Restroom was clean.

I was very disappointed with this location. The services were slow. When asked if we needed a straw, it took about 10 minutes to get back to us. The cheese sticks were hollow. A waiter cleaned a nearby table and just left the food food from the table on the floor. Cheese sticks were to be served before the main course, but it all came at once but one of the side orders. It came after we were nearly done. The manager never came by.
