Place is awesome. We did take out but hung out for a few drinks and talked with the bartender who was very cool, wish I could remember his name. The food is awesome and no complaints at all. The rat toes are the 💣 bomb! The decor is cool and inviting and the facility is clean. I recommend going here and hope you have a great experience. Oh yeah, the have some drinks and we got the Cajun juice which was really good! Nice job Razzoos.

The food is delicious and portions are huge! We went there around 9:30pm and they didn’t allow for dining in since they closed at 10pm. But, we were able to eat and have a drink at the bar. The bartender was so nice and attentive to us. Food came out quick. Prices are very reasonable too! Loved the vibe there! Check it out

The first pic was my friend’s CAJUN FONDUE. and the second one is my STUFF'D SHRIMP: Topped with shrimp & crab stuffing over white rice. Lemon butter sauce. Randomly hopped in the restaurant, but I absolutely loved the taste. And the staff was nice too.

Great food! Got the seafood combo platter and the Cajun combo skillet. The skillet was mostly rice with the seafood thrown in. Great flavors. Loved the red beans. The platter didn't have a lot to it, but was very good. Also got the fondue from the appetizer section. Was amazing! It's not on the menu, but you can also get crawfish by the lb. Got some to go! Great service, very helpful staff.

Second time here and we love it, the food is great and came out fast. If you’re looking for some good cajun food come here. Crab cakes were good, pasta was good, drinks were great. Recommend this place to anyone in downtown Fort Worth!

Great service from the young lady. The food was pretty good the only complaint is the fries way to salty. My first time eating gator... Liked it!

Our server was great. Great atmosphere and such a fun vibe. Came in for dinner on a Friday night. It didn't take any wait for us to be seated (4). Since it was a Friday and you can tell it was busy, it did take a while to be served. Other than that, I enjoyed the food and drinks.

The Cajun place to go if you’ve never had or hankering for some. I’ll be returning again to try other Cajun staples. It was my first time and I enjoyed it. I imagine the place is fun to be at night. The fried shrimp Po’ Boy was a sandwich that beat my expectations. The French bread was well toasted. It was a good size sandwich. The spread on it complimented the fried shrimp and various vegetables. The bread pudding was good but nothing special. You could pass and not miss much of it. Fyi. Wait to be seated. The place can get loud. Do ask what is popular

Great service, amazing flavor and surprised but the spices of the food. 100% will return to this location when in Fort Worth. Loved the alligator and strongly recommend it, the rat toe appetizer was a huge surprise (loved it), I had an off the menu raspberry lemon drop and then a mix drink called Swamp Thang (see picture). Everything was fantastic worth every penny.

I had been craving Cajun food and decided to eat at Razzoos. It was awesome the staff is friendly and attentive. And the food itself was wonderful. I had the etouffe with shrimp, it was seasoned perfectly and had great flavor. The roux sauce was delicious. I also had boudin balls and they were also seasoned well and came with a spicy sauce that was delicious and had a nice kick. I also had a Swamp Thing a combination of their margarita and hurricane topped with raspberry melon liqueurs. It was delicious and sweet and not too strong.

Great place to enjoy Cajun food! The grilled alligator, chicken sandwich, fried catfish basket, and salmon salad was delectable. The shareable gator punch bowl wasn’t strong, but flavored well. Staff was attentive and friendly. The balcony seating is nice and paid/free parking is near by. Happy Hispanic heritage month!

shrimp and grits was a disgusting mess. grits tasted like paste. I've had instant grits that tasted better and the shrimp quality has gone completely down hill! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Not to mention this plate was extremely over-priced... the size and the taste it's barely worth $5.

Ordered 2 Cups O' Gumbo chicken and andouille, what a joke! I place the order via Uber eats which did there part as they should have but Razzoo's should not just be ashamed of their horrible product but embarrassed as well. I only received one of the Cup O's Gumbo and how sad it was. The entire entree they delivered measured 3/4 a cup and was 90% rice and 100% cold. Like straight out of the fridge cold. I also added garlic bread which too was cold and a 1 inch by 1.5 inch also stale piece of cardboard. They were so generous to include saltines which were a larger serving then the entree and bread together. And for this portion not even exceptable for a 1 yr old child's meal what was my cost. $16.00. This is the third meal in a row I had delivered and all were pathetic. It seems restaurants have decided that since we are not eating there or picking up ourselves it's perfectly fine to just short change our order and not give the same quality as we would get eating there. Well news flash restaurants, use you little narrow mind and realize the same people ordering delivery are often the same people eating in your restaurant and know what they should be getting. So your laziness and attempt to cut corners cost you a dine in customer as well as a delivery customer. Wake up and get some customer service and realize whether dine-in, carry out or delivery all methods of customer orders should be treated the same. Even worse is you charge more for the delivery item then I would pay with either other method and served me less. Well guess it's time to find a replacement for Razzoo's. You will not be missed I can guarantee! Wait I totally forgot the best part. Since the food was meant for 2 adults and was not even enough for 1 small child I did what I should have done to begin with. I had a box of Zatarains Gumbo in the cabinet that I paid $1.94 for, in the fridge I had half a package of Aidells Cajun Style Andouille and left over rotisserie chicken. So about $4 in meat. Threw it in a pot and 30 minutes later I had 10 full cups of Gumbo for $5.94. Razzoo's $16 discrase also took 1hr 43 min to receive. Sad even is hands down the boxed product was 100 times better. My son got home and I gave him a blind taste and he loved the boxed item and found the Razzoo's product to be undesirable and had a overwhelming awkward spicy taste that made the item unpleasant to eat. Way to go Zatarains Gumbo $5.94 for 10 cups vs Razzoo's $16.00 for 3/4 of a cup. You should be ashamed Razzoo's.

If you’re debating to try this place out, go ahead and try it. The wait staff was courteous and inviting, which made my in and out order that much more pleasurable. overall, the food was good. It’s what you would expect from a chain restaurant. I got a quick drink from the bar and it was the typical sticky and stinky.

I got the Tricky Fish sub garlic bread for Cole Slaw. Very happy with portion size and overall taste of the food. Enjoyed everything immensely and the service was also friendly and accommodating. Pretty decent for a local chain in Texas.

I like this place with the creole theme and food! I had the blackened redfish and my wife had the honey salmon. Both were very good and the sauce on top brought the extra flavor. I couldn't stop eating my wife's food which was flavorful also. We also tried the chicken wings as an appetizer which had a nice little kick of spice to them. The food was so good that we went back another day and both had the chicken tchoupatoulas (sp?) I would highly recommend this fun place.

unfortunately i went on a sunday evening around 7pm. I ordered a fried alligator platter ans the wife got catfish and shrimp. Now the wifes plate was great , fish were good sized peices and shrimp fried just right. Now my plate the fired and hushpuppies were spot on but as far as the fried alligator ... ive had bigger popcorn shrimp.. the waitress was being run ragged and was only able to refill our drinks once in almost an hour, and she could get my wifes frozen drink to her untill our food was almost done. Ive eaten at alot of Razoo's and i must say this one let me down. :( Ps. this gator plate was over 20$

Went to lunch with several co-workers at the Fort worth location. They enjoyed their lunch. The service was great but I didn't do their food any justice by ordering the salad. The salad was ok, however I plan on trying other menu options the next time I visit to truly get a feel for the flavor of the various dishes on their menu.

I had a great experience with this restaurant. I didn't realize that the food I ordered had pork in it. The server so graciously offered me alternatives that fit my diet. They were so nice about it. That mistake was totally on me because I should have asked ahead of time. My husband ate my "old" sides, and I got my new sides. They even replated my entree. With that being said, I ordered the blackened chicken plate, with Cole slaw and corn. EVERYTHING was delicious. The other items looked so tempting, that they almost made me ignore my dietary restrictions. 🤤 I'd definitely recommend this place.

Nice place to eat after the Bass concert because Cheesecake Factory was a 1 hour plus wait. Wait staff got my order wrong but I didn't complain, expecting a comp on my beer but no to that. Oh well. Still nice meal

I was right! I’m back! Fantastic Gumbo!! Enough for a meal. last time, Had gumbo, then stuffed shrimp, then zydeco dessert. Excellent food! Thanks to my knowledgeable waiter who recommended the stuffed shrimp! This is a great place with sweet music playing. I’ll be back!!

First time here. Once entering the gentleman host was standing at the host stand but walked away after seeing we entered the restaurant. Wasn’t too worried about it at first, thinking maybe he had a to go order or something else to check on. After a few mins he walked back with a drink that was clearly for him because he started drinking out of it. After his thirst was satisfied we were finally greeted. First time eating gator. Tasted fresh and good. I don’t believe it was frozen. Took awhile to be greeted for drinks but server was friendly and did everything good. Main issues was with the BOH. Hurricane was tasty from the bar and enjoyable. Chicken dish was tasty but was questionable with the dirty rim of the plate. If you look in the picture there’s two different colors around the rim. 1 is the dark brown substance that was from the sauce. And the second, which is in question, is the orangish substance on the plate was well. Nothing else was orange on my dish and this second substance was more caked onto the plate. Seeing that the another sauce they offer in the menu is orangish I’m under the impression the orange substance on my plate was from a prior dish and my plate wasn’t properly cleaned. Very sickening and huge lack of sanitization especially during a “pandemic”. Also the honey salmon was good and tasty but sadly a bone was left in the filet and yes they bone was bitten on because one thought the fish was deboned properly. Not a very good experience for around $65 dinner. Atmosphere was nice and server was good. Bathrooms were clean. Besides that everything else was disappointing.

The crab cakes were delicious! We also had to try the fried gator which was interesting. Joan was absolutely amazing! I'm a manager at a major brand hotel and know excellent customer service when I see it.

Being from New Orleans, this food was pretty damn good! I took a bite upon getting the dish, so excuse that, but man, this skillet was incredible every part of this dish tasted incredible.
