Lunch was great. Jake was an excellent server. Very attentive. Thank you for the great lunch experience. Will come back again.

From the moment you walk in, you are captivated by the beauty of this location and the cleanliness. The Customer Service is Excellent & our Food was VERY fresh & hot. They kept our Salad coming & breadsticks full in our basket. My mom was even given the chance to change her soup out, with no charge, b/c she didn't care from the first order of soup she had under the 'endless soup & salad'. I ordered the Shrimp Alfredo, per usual, & it was just as Delicious as times past. We will definitely be visiting this location again. The BlackBerry Pineapple Tea/Lemonade is Excellent & it's not too sweet either, it has the perfect flavor combination! If you're in the mood for pasta, then this is the place to visit! UPDATE: Still Excellent Food with Excellent Customer Service!

I love coming here Noon on a Saturday. Get sat in the back where it's quiet, which isn't a bad thing. Catch is you get to wait 10 minutes before a server notices you are seated back here. Fantastic start to my lunch.

They make the best lasagna according to my husband. Daughter raves overs the shrimp scampi and craves the spinach artichoke dip.

We ate an early dinner 🍽 😋. Great server,good food,no wait to be seated. Drinks and food came fast.

Good food especially for a Togo dinner. Only issue is when you specifically ask for things it usually doesn't happen and they have to correct it. But the staff is super nice and helpful

This was my first at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant at this location.  My crew and I showed up very hungry right after church on Sunday, we walked in, and after a 15 min. wait, got ourselves seated.  I was also pleasantly surprised how the wait for the food was not long at all.  The decor was festive, very clean, and the food was great. Our waitress was great, tending to the pack of us while we enjoyed each other.  I loved the giant windows close to our table, and also the outside patio eating area. Olive Garden Italian Restaurant is within walking distance from Lowe's Home Improvement, Sam's Club, and LA Fitness.  Overall, everyone was satisfied with their meal.  Can't wait to come back again!

Did a pick up order. My Appetizer was over cook slitly burnt. The shrimp look weird not cooked right. I feel because I did pick up my food was cooked sloppy.

My husband and I went to Olive Garden to have lunch and just sit and enjoy. We ordered a drink called Italian Rum Punch the cost was $5.50. We then ordered Lasagna Fritta at $9.49. Lasagna Classico $15.99 with a salad. Chicken Alfredo $16.99 with Chicken & Gnocchi Soup. It was all fantastic!! I really enjoyed the Italian Rum Punch drink, it was better than I thought!😋 The food was awesome 😍 The hostesses and our waitress were all fantastic!! My husband and I decided to come around noon, and it was not very busy we didn't have to wait at all. They open at 11am, (Saturday) and as we were leaving around 1:30pm it was really starting to fill up. I believe we timed it just right 😉 I would definitely recommend visiting this Olive Garden!! You will not be disappointed ❤

Staff are good of course but Olive Garden has fallen apart as a restaurant. $10 for a slice of pie after tax ($9.49). $20 for a basic Alfredo. Absolutely nuts. And even with these prices I bet the back side staff doesn’t get much more than minimum wage.

Dish and service on point! Replaced Alfredo for lemon butter sauce.

The food was absolutely mid for the price. $150 for a family of 5 is ridiculous for the quality of food. The server was great, but the food quality was poor enough for us not to go back.

They have the worst hosting team , they are a bunch of young people without idea of customer service. They need to be retrained and also need to learn how to use common sense. They are not building rockets, are just sitting people . They don’t care if you are polite , I think they want to be treated bad without respect.

Went to celebrate my birthday🥳🥳,we had a great time. Our great server,very friendly,great customer service. Her name was Julia,a great manager too,her name was Maggie. We will definitely go back to that location. Good Food,Good drinks,but especially great Customer Service!!🙂🙂

Our server was the bomb. Sorry forgot his name but we felt very special. His service was impeccable. The food was perfect. Party of 4 one was a child age 3 ahead pizze. Adults had gnocchi soup, salad, shrimp Alfredo, a bottle of Roscotto. 1 stuffed cheese balls in Alfredo, and pina colada, and 1 had chicken Alfredo and virgin strawberrylemonade.(designated driver). We shared ravioli appetizer and 1 was being treated to dinner for her birthday (her choice) so the server brought her a desert of her choice. 4 people dined for $120. I truly love being able to share my dining experiences so people will know good places to eat while in my surrounding area. But of course everyone's experiences are different but hope they get the same that I do when they visit.

I have gone to this restaurant for over 40 years and on December 8, 2023 at 5:45 pm I received the worst waitress ever. She is hard to understand and walks around like she does not like her job. I asked her if I could order the 6.00 entree of chicken Alfredo I said, appetizer instead. She acted like she did not know what I was talking about. Few minutes later when she came back I told her it’s the entree that I want to take home. She said, no I don’t think you can do that. I told her I have ordered it before several times and always being it and warm it up and I eat a little bit at table and take the rest home. Anyway, we ate our soup and salad and let the manager know that we never got the entree of chicken Alfredo. She said, will do you still want it. I said, no I was already walking out. The manager was rude and I told her they always sell me the entree it’s offered on menu. She said, well I am the manager tonight I it can’t be done. You would think that after being a customer for over 40 years she would have offered to warm the entree. She said. I had to take it cold. I can’t believe the treatment so cold hearted. I believe that manager does the restaurant a disservice. I believe her name was Monica. The waitress came back and said the manager said you could order but taking it cold. I think I may just have to go the one in northeast mall from now on. I will not let a power trippin person ruin my favorite place reputation even though she could careless about her customers. 🙁

Ingrid, was my partner and I’s server today. She was really kind and answered all of the questions we had. We had a bit of a mix up but she was very patient and hospitable. This is our third time at this location and we’ve always had a different but good experience. This location is filled with very hospitable employees.

Our server was rushing us as soon as we sat down. We did not have time to look at the menu before being asked what we wanted to order. It was pretty empty except for 2 other tables. The server asked us if we wanted to go plates 5 minutes into eating our main dish.

Came in at opening with a friend for lunch. Our server was Andrea (not sure about the spelling but awn-drey-uh) and she was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely attentive but not too pushy, she had everything out exactly when we needed it and the food was hot and delicious. Her section ended up filling up while we were there and I thought maybe we might have to wait a bit longer but she hit every single table and came back with her arms full every. Single. Time!!! I cannot stress enough how great she was. One of the best servers I have ever had anywhere!!!!! Will definitely request her next time and girl I hope you see this! Keep killing it and make that money! You are one of a kind!

For the first time in a while we had perfect service in a restaurant. Our drinks stayed filled and our waiter Brandon was so up beat and knows how to give awesome customer service and didn't act like he hated his job. That is rare these days. He was so great at his job I'd probably request him as a waiter when we return.

We were seated in the bar area. It wasn't busy. May have been short staffed. We go to this location at 3 times a months. Always great service EXCEPT THIS VISIT. The service was TERRIBLE the waiter only heard what he wanted to. When asked how everything was I told them. We will go back to this same location but if asked again if the bar area OK, the answer will be "NO". Didn't give any stars to waiter, didn't deserve one. IMO

Excellent service and typical olive garden food. I must say, the nickle and dime Ala Carte stuff gets old quick. A spoonful of extra sauce for an additional fee rubs the wrong way. Salad was beastly too. Huge chunks of lettuce that had to be cut before eating. Who wants to use a knife to cut salad..

There were very few servers where we were seated. Service was slow from the beginning. We talked about just leaving because we hadn't seen any staff and our drink order hadn't been taken. My family had been at the table a good 15+ minutes. Although our waitress was nice, she was a little forgetful on additional requests like breadsticks. We never got out alfredo sauce refilled. I personally was a little frustrated because the seating put the sun on me, in my face, even through the shade on the windowThe family across from us sat near the emergency door and the system would chirp disturbing everyone. No staff around to notice.. I finally let the front desk people know on my way out. It wasn't my best experience at Olive Garden.

The food was great, but the bread has lost quality over the years. The desserts are hit or miss.

Celebrating my grandson's birthday with dinner at Olive Garden near Ridgmar. We had a big crew and I can't say enough about our server. She was wonderful.

This place is always good. We get good service and food is always hot so we figured we'd try the pickup instead of sitting down. We ordered the Italian donuts which come with chocolate and they gave us such a small amount its laughable, it was a table spoons worth of chocolate for about 7-8 donuts, usually they aren't as stingy so prob won't be ordering pickup again

I've been to many Olive Gardens in my time, but this one takes the cake. The hosts were friendly and quick to seat us in this spotless restaurant. Then the waiter was over-the-top attentive and efficient without showing up too often. The food was top quality for Olive Garden. We had a wonderful date there.
