We went for my son's first time eating outside after being diagnosed with diabetes type 1. He was so happy. And so delicious food.

We actually were turned away once we arrived. We had called on Friday to notify the management team that we had a party of 60 coming on Saturday around 1:30 pm. We also called on Saturday morning to reconfirm. Once we arrived, we were informed by a young and very rude hostess that they could not seat us at the same time. Then she called the manager, who confirmed that they could not help us since they only had 3 wait staff on duty. We let them know that we had called beforehand notifying them the previous day and then again on that morning. We also let them know that we could all split up in parties of four so it would be easier for them to seat our kids and parents. Meanwhile, while we were waiting, the hostess continued to seat other parties that were walking in that arrived after our party. When we asked, she replied very rudely that her manager told her to do so. We were treated very disrespectful and rudely by the hostess and the front of the house manager. Especially the young hostess, the manger was actually not saying very much, she kept looking away when we asked her any questions. She allowed the young hostess to be rude and disrespectful. We decided to go ahead and leave at that point. We decided that there was no reason to stay in a location where our party was getting disrespected and your manager ignored us and let some young child address us so rudely. It's very surprising to us that the store wouldn't want to make some money. Especially after we informed the restaurant two days prior and the day off that we would be arriving around 1:30 pm. Very surprising! I do want to thank you for your rudeness and unprofessionalisem because our kids saw how ugly people can be! Luckily, Cracker Barrel saved the day. We walked next door to the Cracker Barrel and were eating in less than an hour. Their staff was very welcoming and so happy to take care of our party of 60.

Been waiting for 20 min at the front for a table when not only are there several 6 tops available, there are also 3 6 tops that have food on them that no one is cleaning, the managers (2) just walk around doing nothing at all, no help, no nothing. They could be cleaning of the tables but they are holding the walls up, as a previous manager of restaurants, this is poor Service. This is definitely something that should be addressed and fixed. It’s very annoying looking at all the tables available but they don’t want to seat anyone due to them trying not to use one side of the restaurant and keep there table use to a minimum. This is the poorest thing I have every seen. Usually they are very fast with the seating and they are not busy at all today, it’s 1:16 on a Wednesday and they are not busy at all. 1 star service. We should have went to on the border.

Friendly service from the bartender. Food was served hot and fresh.

Got a booth right away. Service was good, the waitress was quiet. Food was served fast and hot. Ranch dressing was watery that came with my chicken strips and my husbands burger was too big for his mouth and made his jaw hurt. The patty on his burger was hard and the meat was crispy.

our server (June 14th at 1:50) Emily was super kind, attentive, and sweet! she gave us such a pleasant experience. the food was amazing, for such a good price! we got the 3 for me deal. i would highly recommend this location! always clean and staff are so friendly.

This was the worst visit that we've had at this location. We waited over an hour for our salads and then our order was wrong. Then the manager thought it was okay to continue to charge us full price for after we waited over an hour to get the wrong food and then he said he would remake them and when we got home it look like someone had scraped left overs in our chicken.

Great location. Staff was great. Got Soup and salad and chips for lunch bottomless.

First, The southwestern egg roll appetizers are pretty darn good and came out quick. I ended up getting the full rack of ribs which gave you two flavors instead of just one for an extra 5 bucks. I’m glad I did because although I didn’t like the honey habanero, I did like the dry rub with the bbq sauce on the side. The honey habanero is mostly sweet and wasn’t spicy in the slightest. The coleslaw was surprisingly good with a hint of sweetness and that’s on someone who doesn’t like veggies. The street corn was one of a kind, I recommend to everyone since this is normally hard to find anywhere and it tasted close to the real thing. Lastly, my wife got the rib-eye steak and honestly it was better than any of my ribs. The steak was perfectly tender and yet crispy in the outside, I definitely will try that next time instead. One downside is the little device on the table where you pay, it was so sticky and disgusting! They need to start cleaning those and not just the table.

We've come here a few times and I'm just now leaving a review after these visits to give my overall assessment... A couple times we've been here, the food was good. Great Buffalo Chicken sandwich and Buffalo Chicken salad and burgers. Couple other times the burgers were dry and emaciated and totally different from our other visit. Drinks were also inconsistent, matching the food on our visits. It seemed to be an issue with management, from our observation on the differences. I wish I knew who was managing in order to be helpful here, but I don't. Our take out order was so messed up tonight that it led me to finally leave a review. One of the meals was missing the fries and the chips and salsa was missing the chips. We also got a to go margarita... It was 90% ice and tasted like sweet chemicals. Overall the service is good, never had any issues with that. We even came during the big ice storm with a limited menu and staff and they were still great. But we're reluctant to return after the major inconsistencies with food and drinks and will never again order to go, which was terrible. Proceed with low expectations and you may be surprised!

We showed up late before the storm outside, this can effect cooks and servers. It was really nasty rain and wind. So it would be fair to give a Fair review. We will revisit for a better attempt.

Chili's has gone down hill recently. I had to reorder my daughters cheese quesadilla because there was barely any cheese on it and it came out the same exact way the second time. I specifically asked for them to add more cheese and that I didn't mind paying for an additional charge for cheese if I needed to but they didn't add any extra at all. My daughter ended up not eating.

We visited on a Thursday evening and it was pretty busy but our waitress was very attentive and our food came out fast. The food was also good. I ordered loaded fries and it was a decent portion.

We were treated differently bc the bar waiter knew my sister from high school and apparently doesn’t like her. Very weird atmosphere. Food took forever even though we were right next to the kitchen and people all around us who had arrived after were getting food. Felt like this was intentional.

Well, my husband and I hadn’t eaten since lunch. We were in the area for the weekend and it was 10pm by the time we got our dinner. They were super nice and gave us a free drink. Awesome. Hubby gets to our place and we had NO silverware or napkins. So we ate pasta, chicken, cake and ice cream with our bare hands at 10pm. Thanks Chilis. That was awesome. Not. The small things do matter.

Been awhile since we were there, but Sunday afternoon after Worship 5 of us when for lunch. We were seated right away. The waitress came and introduced herself and asked us what we would like do drink plus she let us know what the specials were and asked if we wanted any appetizer to start. She asked if we needed more time to look at the menu and when we all said yes she said that she would be back to check on us. She took out order, and everything came out everything we ordered was hot fresh and very delicious. The waitress was helpful friendly and right there for our drink refills. I would recommend a nice sit-down brunch with your friends.

We went with our friends and 3 of their children. The waitress was top notch and I loved her tattoo in her right forearm. She honestly made us laugh. The quesadillas were great. The only issue we kind of had was when the other waitress dropped our drinks off in one spot so we had to deduct whose was whoms cause we weren't told. Otherwise our waitress was top notch.

We really liked before this visit. Some time ago we took our grad daughter for diner and she really like it it like it so much that she gave us gift cars, so this time we were there to use the gift cards. This was our worst ever experience dining out, the seafood pasta was so badly, it had a bad odor, it was spoiled, the chips on the classic nachos were burned..

Prices have skyrocketed! Some meals are $17 - 19, smh. However, the service here was impeccable, food came out quickly and everything was correct and tasted very good. Staff was friendly, portions were large.

I like the service in as i was served in a timely manner, food was good. Management fail to these employees. The appetizer Guacamole with chips very fragile chips, no spoon/knive or plate to dish it on to! With the pandemic we all have been thru! More than one sharing a mutual dish it should be mandatory to have serving utensil!!!!!

Out of all the places in this plaza go here! I am gluten free so finding places to eat is tough. I kept going to Logan’s Roadhouse and Olive Garden and my food was always cold and wrong at both places so today we decided to try chilis when I found out their fajitas are gluten free (with corn tortillas). The food is amazing and the service was quick! We did curbside (we only live 13 minutes away) and by the time we got there we only had to wait 3 minutes. The food was hot, correct, and delicious! If you find yourself in this plaza don’t bother going anywhere else! Update: got the steak tonight and it is like BUTTER! Also the broccoli is great ☺️

1st waitress never came back after bringing drinks & and appetizers. After 35 minutes, I went looking for her. She was getting ready to leave but was still there. Had to ask for a new waitress. Party of 5 almost left. 2nd waitress was great. Limited wait staff. The food was great.

Always has been our place and loved it but the last few visits have not been good. Food quality for the most part and this last time it was the food, service and wait time . Burger was burnt and salad was wilted and warm. It is really disappointing being it was “our place”. Sadly it isn’t anymore Even saw one customer seat their self and wait and ended up leaving.

Great waitress, chips amazing an so was the hot sauce, boneless chicken was rock hard, fried dilll pickles had no flavor,only pretty good was the little cheese balls. Probably will not go back. Too many other good places to eat.

I will never come here again. First we had to wait for a table when there were several available. They change menu and didn't have what I went there for. I got the nachos and the chips were burnt. The service was poor. It took several times to get the salsa and not even our waitress that got it. The only good thing was they didn't charge us for my horrible nachos.

Waited for 45 min. Before telling us our order never got put in. Still charged us for a full Dr. Pepper. Before leaving we informed the manager what had happened and he couldn't care less. Never going back there. If I could I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

I go there and get the same few things everytime and everything comes out great. The waiters bring drinks before you ask for them, bc they notice that your going low. They check up on you and I get my food pretty fast. ( I get wings)

Waited an hour for online order. Watched at least 20 people pull up get food and leave before I got my food. When confronting an employee they went to check and food had been ready for 15 minutes I’m sure. Get home open everything up, missing my salad, pasta was very poorly made and everything was ice cold. When I tried to call for a refund I just kept getting out on hold and could barely get anyone on the phone at all. Absolutely the worst chilis I’ve ever been to. Watched some employees in the back standing in a group of about 6 people chatting it up having a great time while people waited for food and couldn’t even be bothered to answer the phone. Absolutely terrible!!! 0/10

Food tasted really good! Manager and hostess were both great. Our server could have provided a bit nicer but oh well. Over it was a good experience. And well the food was great!

Our waitress was awesome. Brought our drinks, chips and salsa quickly. Our lunch was out 10 minutes later. Hot, fresh and delicious. Got the 3 for $10, great price. It was a lot of food, even had leftovers.

Chili's is okay if you're looking for a fast-food taste. I, however, tend to lean towards excellent tasting Mexican food. The only time you'll find me at Chili's is when my employer - doesn't have developed taste buds - wants to eat there. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend Chili's for food. Conversely, I WOULD recommend it for drinks and sitting at the bar. It has a nice atmosphere for it.

Party of 20. Birthday. Store was NOT that busy and empty tables around. After 45+ minute wait, we were seated in two tables on different sides of the restaurant. The evening "Manager" or whatever she was didn't care, did not try and was rude. Had tables there empty all night. Food was ok. Beer cold. But I will not be back, three tries and three strikes. I am out. No frills it is.

I ordered to go and my chicken strips were very cold which I could kind of understand even though from where I ordered is across the st. Then I ordered a skillet queso it was put in a 10 oz but was only filled up to 5oz to top it off the fries were the worst thing of all there’s a picture below to show you what they looked like . Over all this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with chilis including there to go worker he was horrible & so rude , even slammed my door out of anger because I complained about my food! Chilis customer service nor food has ever been this bad .
