The price for that one night was way too much. €184. For that I expected a clean and well kept room. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. There was hair everywhere. Also the bedsheets seem not to be clean. However, the bed itself was comfortable and the pillows were also good. If the cleaning would have been performed better it would have been a better experience. Would I come back? NO. Definitely not. Can not recommend this Ibis

Good place to stay for transit and if you have to catch an early morning flight from CDG. Easy to access from the airport, clean, simple, and nice breakfast too. Room rate is cheaper than other airport hotels in the same area. Like many other reviews mentioned, the bathroom is very small and could be a problem for some. But this one room was okay for the 4 of us. Great value for a day transit stay.

Location is everything for an airport hotel, and this Ibis is literally a stone's throw from Terminal 3 at CDG, accessible by the internal train in minutes from the other terminals. Service at the hotel is decent; the staff is very helpful, though most only have a basic English. The restaurants, bar, and coffee shop on the ground floor offer everyday food and drinks at reasonable prices (for Paris at the airport), and there are some games in the lobby too. The rooms are clean but small. The bathroom is extremely compact, and face towels are not offered. All in all, the hotel is fine for someone waiting for a flight, but I would not stay here for more than one or two nights.

Without a doubt....the WORST hotel I have ever experienced anywhere. The ONLY positive thing one can say is, "...it's close to the airport". The door knob literally FELL OFF THE DOOR of the first room they took us to! The second room was disgusting and foul as shown in pictures. The carpet should be removed, the toilet was foul, & there were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. Take note of the view from the bedroom window. To make it worse, the front desk staff absolutely doesn't care. One even said..."we're in need of a lot of maintenance." Understatement of the year! I cannot believe a real person who had actually been there could leave a favorable review; so I would be wary of any positive reviews. The ONLY positive was that the breakfast was decent and the airport was close.

The location is perfect if you're just looking for a place to rest your head before an early flight. It takes 5 minutes to walk to terminal 2 from the hotel entrance. The room looked clean. The sheets and towels were fine. I was worried after reading some other reviews, but didn't have any issues. There is no mini fridge. All of the reviews of the attached restaurant and bars were terrible so I got a microwave meal from the grocery store that's just instead the train station. When an influx of patrons arrived from a plane, more staff came to assist with check-in. There was still a long wait, but better than if only one staff member was there. There are vending machines in the lobby for snacks/drinks and travel essentials like tooth paste, phone chargers, etc The coffee shop is not a Starbucks but has Starbucks branding.... So the menu is different. It's very confusing. They didn't even have a non dairy milk/ or lactose free option. The bathroom is tiny, but functional. The toilet paper was the most cheap sandpaper-like option they could have gotten. Hardly absorbent and very rough. One window opens in the room but there is no fly screen, and a little cord that prevents it from opening all the way. My friend got bitten by a mosquito in the night.

Room amenities are not as promised. There’s no hot/warm water… The AC/Heater doesn’t work… The price was $150/night… If you just need a place to sleep, you’ll be fine. If you’re looking for a decent hotel to stay for the night comfortably with a nice warm shower, look elsewhere

We stayed here overnight before flying home from France. The hotel could not be more convenient, it is right across the street from Terminal 3 and the shuttle to other terminals. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. However, the shower in our room was literally the worst I have ever used - no pressure and only warm water. The restaurants were good, but the breakfast buffet food was cold. All things considered, the great location made this a good choice.

The rooms are basically equipped and small, but clean, and the bed is comfortable. The free WiFi seems to work well. The location is very convenient for airport travellers. Since the price is much less than other nearby hotels I think it's good value for money and would stay here again.

Stayed here Christmas Eve as we were flying out the next day. Decent looking hotel. Good check in. BUT- within five minutes of entering our room someone opened the door with a room key. No name tag or identification. Stared at us for a few seconds and said "We good?". Another pause then left. We immediately contacted the front desk who seemed disinterested and said they review camera footage. We never got an answer, they never stated who it was or why. We ended up changing hotels at 9 at night because of this. How is this allowed, either a guest with an old key or staff they're covering for. Watch yourself here

Bed bugs. Smallest room in the world. A terrible stay. We stayed for one night only, 2 adults, a toddler and a baby. The room was a shoebox. You can’t open your bags in the room. You can’t sit on the toilet without your knees touching the wall. The toilet paper was like parchment paper. There were only two small towels for the four of us. The hairdryer was burning hot after 2 minutes of using it. When we checked in we asked for a cot which arrived promptly but barely fit in the room. Our toddler then woke up screaming in the night with a high fever and vomiting. We then noticed bed bug bites on her body. I got up the following morning after a tiring night and found myself itching with bites on my body too. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. It looks like a pleasant place when you walk in but we would have been more comfortable sleeping on a bench or even on the floor of the airport. Very disappointed. Location was fine, close to where we needed to be, but we couldn’t leave fast enough.

Well located for a transit stop. The check in was slick, the food and beverage services are all that are needed for this type of travel. Our room was rather small and definitely catered for travellers on a budget but were adequate. The location to the airport train to the various terminals was very convenient. A busy place overall

For a quick overnight, it was perfect. Once you go the right way in the airport and follow the signs to the shuttle, follow the signs to the Ibis. Check-in was a little long but not awful and staff moved us all along quiet smoothly. I had a small room but it is what I selected and it was perfect for an overnight layover. Everyone was friendly and the bar was lively. This is my 2nd time staying at this location.

Great hotel for night before a flight. It’s about a 1 minute walk to the airport building to get on the automated trains to the terminals. Breakfast was extra but good variety of items to choose from. The A/C wasn’t all that cold but otherwise room was fine although small. WiFi was good.

I stayed here for the convenience of being at the airport, and I'm glad I did. This hotel is so cute! It's tastefully furnished with lots of seating areas around the lobby/common area. There are a few restaurants available near reception and the check-in process was fast and easy. Their check-in and check-out times are both at 12pm, so you get a full 24 hours to enjoy your room! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The washroom in my room was nice; the shower doors were able to swing in to the walk-in shower, so that really made the washroom feel larger. They're also pet friendly, which is a must for me because I travel with my cat. He was also very comfortable. :) When you leave the hotel, you are directly across from the Monop' for groceries and have access to terminal 2 by tram and the RER/bus right there. It's so convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my way out of Paris.

From the first look it looks good and newly renovated. But then later this hotel has not been updated more then new furniture. Please note the pictures from the toilet. This is even not cleaned properly the last year. Blanket in bed is way too thick and extremely heavy. Pillows have started to create small balls inside since it's been used so extensively. Breakfast I was expecting much more from after a few days in German Ibis hotels. The Italian restaurant on site was a good experience and had quick service. The buffet restaurant was little bit like the hotel, leaving lots of things to which for. Service was slow, bad management and food was not good. The whole experience was not good. But since the location is great I hope they will be able to get things done better. But for the moment I don't recommend this hotel.

Stayed in a room booked by the airline. The double room was very small with no storage. The shower wasn't very clean. The included dinner was horrible and there were no labels on the food on allergies or dietary restrictions. We had to buy everything from vending machines as the hotel provided nothing but shower gel and one water bottle per person at dinner.

I arrived last night at 22:30, called the “light snacks” button on the phone x3 times with no answer. Called reception x8 times with no answer. Finally the receptionist picked up, I asked could I order food, she said not possible, there’s no room service. So what is the “light snacks” button for? Great quality breakfast… the baguette was warm & fresh.

Super clean. Comfy bed. Great staff. Small shower, will be difficult for a plus sized person. Water went hot-cold-hot with no warning. Floors are hard, no carpet. If anyone above you drags their chair, you will hear it. I did.

Pro: Rooms are clean, tidy and free wifi was fast. Located just outside the terminal 3 with easy access to all other terminals. Cons: rooms are small, not much in terms of dinning. There is however a supermarket outside and you can always catch the light rail to the other terminals for food options. Affordable and clean for an overnight stay.

We chose this hotel because of its location to CDG airport and the trains. We checked in on line which is a waste of time because we basically still had to check in when we arrived. There was so much hair on the bedding my wife slept in her clothes and jacket. We would have requested a different room had we not been so tired and it had not been so late when we arrived. We ordered a drink at the bar and was then told we had to leave and drink it elsewhere. If I wanted to drink in my room I would have went to a supermarket instead of buying there grossly overpriced drinks.

Great location if catching a flight, super easy to navigate. Our flight was cancelled so we were put up in this hotel. Staff was absolutely horrendous and just told everyone that their rooms were not ready and should be “1-3 hours give or take” If we asked a question, they responded by saying, “you’re bugging us.” Absolutely so rude. Rooms are small but to be expected. If you have to stay here, it works but staff was insufferable.

Pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel. My room was very small (very impressive how they got a complete bathroom into such a small space), which is why it is 8 rather than 10. But the 8 out of 10 is completely for the wonderful staff who provided me and my friends with a lot of assistance from start to finish. Completely open, nice and positive throughout with a willingness to go the extra mile. Big call out to Dorian and Fiona in that regard!

Booked a night to stay in October, outside temperature was 74°F (23°C). It was really hot in the room and the A/C did not work. I asked the lobby about the A/C not working, and the lady at the front desk annoyingly answered "yes the A/C was turned off in the entire hotel because we're in October" to which I answered "but it's still warm outside and hot in the rooms" her answer "well yeah but it's usually not as warm in October". You can't beat that logic. Anyway, it was not a comfortable stay... The location is great, no need

We very much enjoyed our short stay at IBIS Terminal 3 Rossypole. The hotel has an outstanding and extremely convenient location for early and late airport travelers. The room was very clean and functional and the breakfast room was very well designed and served excellent food. I also very much approve of your sign informing breakfast room users to not waste food. This is to be applauded! We will certainly return and recommend to others.

Great location if you are catching a flight! Clean room, wi fi, comfortable bed. Two restaurants and a bar at the lobby area. Reasonably priced. The only problem was the step into the bathroom - need to pay attention and not hurt your toe.

I got stuck in this hotel due to a flight delay that caused me to have to overnight in Paris. I don't know how this hotel has any positive reviews. There must be another wing of the hotel that is nice but the part that I stayed in was disgusting. The room was dirty, the hair dryer in the bathroom was about as effective as someone blowing on your head to dry your hair, paper cups just sitting straight on the bathroom counter without any thing underneath them, no coffee maker, no mini fridge and the mattress is only a couple inches thick on a box spring. The buffet food was barely edible and nothing was labeled so it was hard to know what was what. I dont eat red meat so had very few choices. The staff was very indifferent and not helpful. I would never have chosen to stay at this hotel! The only positive thing about it was it was quick and easy to get to the airport in the morning for my flight.

We stayed one night before our early AM flight. After a horrible bus ride to the hotel (RER was under construction), we arrived right at the front door of the Ibis for check in. Check in was smooth, but there was an army of people before and after us. Staff very polite. Upon getting to the room, it was bare bones, clean, and perfectly serviceable. However, the bathroom reeked of sewage. We were so exhausted that we weren't willing to go back downstairs to the check in line to complain or get shuffled around. Kept the door closed which kept the stink in. Showered or used the toilet as quickly as possible, then got the heck out. Bed was comfortable for one night. Walls were thin, but didn't hear anything other than some other guests chatting. We did eat at the buffet for dinner. It was a complete mishmash of cuisines, but everything was fine. Definitely not what we had been used to during the trip, but put food in our bellies! Price was probably too high, but whatever. Check out was as simple as dropping a key in the box and we walked right into the terminal to get on the tram. The common areas looked really nice, wish we had time/inclination to enjoy them! I would absolutely stay here again for the convenience of getting to the airport at 4:30AM. I don't think it's possible to be closer, and the price was so incredibly reasonable. Hopefully they got that sewage smell under control!

I had such a professional and amazing support from Reception. 2hours After checking out, I noticed I left very important belongings and called the hotel immediately. The receptionist contacted house keeping and called me back and assured they found it and kept it safely. I truly appreciate their support and care and professional services even it was very busy morning time. Thank you so much!

Very happy with the room and overall service, this was my second visit to the hotel and I would certainly stay here again. One minor complaint , I had medical supplies (insulin) which needed to be kept refridgerated but there was no provision for a fridge in the room. So maybe a small fridge could be provided in the rooms. Other than that overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Room small but adequate, looking worn, bathroom tiny. Restaurants are open until 23.00 and seemed to have good choices though we didn't eat at them. Bar was good, we had a few drinks, service was efficient and bar staff friendly. Breakfast was ok, reasonable choices, tables were cleared quickly when people left. Easy to get to airport as very close to the train shuttle to all terminals

This place was so clean, great check in and check out. The bed was nice. Right by terminal 2 doors and RER. Room was a little small but not a problem. Put the key in this little slot thing inside to turn on the lights. Water pressure was good. For extra u can have breakfast or get some at Paul's in the airport.

I stayed in a room 1037 with very good airport view. Very cleaned room and I enjoyed staying here as it was a good choice to stay here. Not only cleaned rooms, good house keeping but also I enjoyed breakfast although have to pay extra but it was amazing buffet breakfast. Bar was also good to sit with friends, having a couple of drinks it was a perfect enjoyment. The restaurant is also very economic and really I enjoyed lunch over there along with my guests. And the lobby is also an interesting place with comfortable seats. I must say a very cooperative and welcoming staff at the reception. My stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Next time I’ll spend a bit more and stay at the Holiday Inn. Front desk staff ruined the overnight experience when my daughter went down to ask for assistance. She was not happy when she came back to the room. Breakfast was great though! The food and service excellent! Only reason why I gave 3 stars. Oh and it was a very Clean room.

I used to be a fan of this chain. I have stayed here before. After asking at checkin counters to speak to a manager regarding my concerns I was given an email. I emailed the hotel first to advise them, but for the second IBIS in my travels no answer. Communication has gone down hill with what used to be a solid choice. Pros. Lobby is large, welcoming, pleasant to sit in. Room size is large, laminate flooring not carpet, standard IBIS pod bathroom (larger than UK showers) Excellent location. Staff in La Terrasse restaurant are great, breakfast at 13 Euro is a good deal, nightly rate was good. Cons they allow dogs, and for three days I listened to them whine. Call to reception didn't help. On a personal visit to reception I was told it was just for one night, not so. Even with earplugs my sleep was disrupted. In the room each night I was bitten by something multiple times. I would finally get to sleep and wake up each morning with fresh bites. I saw them spraying something in the lobby. There are security guards who hover in main lobby. They should be stationed at the doors, particularly to the coffee shop. I was harassed for money by someone who wouldn't take no for an answer until I used my "cop" voice. Security got him after he moved into the lobby. As this is a cancelled flight hotel there are always line ups. There are card access issues, it wasn't just me. Multiple people had the same issue. Room's have been redesigned. At least the old design had a shelf for your suitcase. New design has little round tables as bedside tables no room for anything on them. A strange stool thing with a removable top, I moved it and perched my suitcase on it. High useless shelves. Might look trendy but not functional. Worse service in Pia restaurant ever. My trust in this brand is gone, it was not a pleasant customer experience overall.

Check in was a breeze. The room is very clean but lacking certain amenities like a mini fridge. The bed was equivalent to an college ikea mattress, but it got the job done. Our room simply had a paper sign stating “611” in contrast to the rooms we passed. Made us think that it was a converted janitorial closet. certain details made our stay less than enjoyable. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, the toilet constantly runs, and we were promptly woken up at 8 am by what sounds like an orchestra of hammers either below us or beside us. Staff were polite and friendly to non-French guests which was appreciated. Except for La Terasse restaurant where the opposite was true. Overall the stay was okay. I wouldn’t book again.

Great location for overnight transit layover. Easy access to CDG airport. Pleasant staff when check in. The bathroom was a smaller than I expected. The room itself decent size. Lobby area is nice. Overall good quick overnight stay.

Excellent location especially if you have connection flights in the early morning. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are quite small. The lobby, restaurant and ammenities are well maintained. One suggestion is that staff should be much more service oriented and kind. I have stayed a couple of times at this hotel and there is usually long line to check in and only one person assisting when there is space for 3 or 4 more.

Had a comfortable stay that met my expectations. Very convenient location and fast check-in. Standard room was clean and comfortable enough for two guests. All the staff is very friendly. Lots of breakfast items to choose from (quality is average, but price is great). Definitely recommend!

  • 5/5 Kerstin K. 1 year ago on Google
Very conveniently located, clean room with more amenities than expected. Keep in mind, it is an Ibis and not a 5 star hotel. The vending machines in the lobby had great items for any traveller. Restaurant options and meals could have been better but were okay. Must have checked in at a good time as there was no queue at all. Check out was nice and easy, as rooms did not have a minibar/pay tv which needed to be checked and all rooms had to be paid latest upon check-in which meant you could just drop your key card in a box and go without having to wait which is perfect for an airport hotel. Can definitely recommend it.

  • 5/5 Clare W. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms are basic but functional. Small bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel location is ideal to access free shuttle to all terminals and stations for onward travel. There are two restaurants and a coffee spot which serve a range of dishes and buffets for a fair price. There are comfortable areas to sit in the entrance area, conference facilities, free WiFi and payable locker luggage store. We found the staff helpful and pleasant.

  • 5/5 Coline M. 10 months ago on Google
Very well situated hotel. The people at the check in desk are always very helpful. The restaurants there are great and open from 7pm to 11pm for dinner which is quite flexible for those coming in from flights. The rooms are quite comfortable as well. The atmosphere is pretty peaceful which is always nice and helpful for naps.

Nice place to be. They are doing their best, but not to my expectation. I travel around the world and dine and stay in a lot of hotels. My experience was not pleasant. They have a lot of work to do. The only good thing was the shuttle behind the hotel that moves in between terminal 1 to 3. It saves you from taxi and buses to the airport. Cheers

  • 3/5 Alex S. 9 months ago on Google
Could have given them 5 stars. However, a key issue presented itself fairly quickly. For $107AUD, it's an incredible deal, well worth the money for a quick sleep, and the additional breakfast option is a steal. Food was great. But, there was a dried booger on the shower curtain. This isn't acceptable in any Ibis or Accor Group hotel, regardless of price. Beds are very comfortable, staff more than helpful, location is right outside T3 so very easy.
