Stayed here just 1 night: June 3, 2022. Best location for if you need to be near the airport the next day. Upscale hotel. What I liked best is that even though we arrived after its restaurant was supposed to close, they kept it open for any guests who still wanted to have a late night meal/dinner. Room was modern, clean, comfortable and had everything it said it would. It was a bit confusing how to get to the hotel from our airport arrival terminal, but we phoned the hotel and were given proper directions.

The hotel would have been good, had the service been better. The service was terrible. Everyone that worked there seemed like they just didn't care. Everything felt like so much effort. We asked for decaf coffee pods twice, and they never brought them. We asked to borrow the fit kit (as displayed on their sign in the room), and they said we had to put a deposit (even though we already had a credit card on file) and seemed uninterested to get them. Although everything seemed clean in the hotel room, the sheets had a weird sweaty wet dog smell. Disappointing experience for this brand.

A two minute walk across from the the airport. Great location for an overnight layover. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the city from here via transit. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. When they saw that we were traveling with a baby, they immediately brought a crib up the room. Excellent spread at the breakfast buffet.

There’s a train station right outside, very convenient. The hotel is clean and modern. Standard higher range European hotel. The breakfast has a small range of foods but very high quality and tasty. Only the coffee was a bit disappointing as they only had brewed coffee in flasks. I did not find any hot water for tea either.

For airport hotels, this is way above others for me , staff lovely..restaurant good but pricey .. bar with chilled out vibes and nice music with a great array of spirits and cocktails . But honestly, it was the swimming pool wow ,wow, wow, clean, clear water massive pool .also sauna and steam rooms all fab fresh . Highly recommended if you're coming or going from holiday it will put you in a happy mood either way. Easy access from terminal 2

Summary: it was as convenient as we wanted it to be after a long flight. Good location, cleanliness, absolute sound proof rooms. but very disappointed to see such a differentiated way to treat clients (airline crew vs “normal” clients like us) Details: Shocking to see a cabin crew jumping ahead of a whole waiting line for checkin (including us) and asking for an express checkout (he had to pay 5€ of minibar). He was in a rush to go to work apparently. Even more shocking to see the hotel staff accepting its request and just letting us wait although she was about to give us our room keys. We just had a 15h flight from Asia with 7h time difference. our 3 kids were suffering in the lobby while waiting to finally access the room and have a well deserved rest. But it seems like we are less a priority than a cabin crew who just can’t manage its time properly. Once the cabin crew gone, I made a comment to the hotel staff and she didn’t even say sorry. I guess this way to treat the clients was normal for her. it is even more shocking keeping in mind we pay our stay with our money when this cabin crew don’t. I guess airlines crew represent a big portion of the business of this hotel, so quite strategic to treat them well. but this should be stated upfront with maybe a priority line. so no confusions.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I got zero sleep because our room was so hot. At 2am I asked for a fan and they said there was nothing wrong with the AC. My husband almost had to walk outside to get air because he was so hot and couldn’t breath. If you like sleeping in a sauna then book this hotel. I sweat at least 10 pounds last night. No apology or anything offered, their response was there was nothing wrong with AC. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE!

One night stay over after travel agent made errors in our international flight. Nathalie on front desk was first class all the way to booking us a private taxi the following day. Restaurant service were sadly all rude due to our non French fluent background. Food did the job, same as the room. Clean and comfortable with a super short trip for our flights. I would recommend but as a busy tourist hotel I would also expect staff to be more friendly and accomodating with non French - my opinion. All staff need to understand without us transient tourists there are plenty of hotel choices in close proximity. Would I stay again? If it wasn’t for that one particular staff member who turned it around, probably not. As I say it was clean and comfortable, beds were good compared to other reviews we had read.

Yes! Stay HERE! Clean and comfortable rooms. They are attentive to your requests and have air conditioning year round. They also offer hair conditioner if you request it. We loved everything about our short stay here and will definitely stay again when we pass through CDG in the future

We chose this hotel due to it being close to the airport. Normally we stay at Marriots but i thought i would give this a shot. When we arrived the lady who helped us was no help at all. She did not even show us the elevator to our room and told us to get off at the wrong floor. She gave us only one key and for that price i would expect a little more dedication to the client. As for our room they put us next to some electrical room and it was loud throught the night and day. It also smelled like mildew or some type of rotten drywall and for it being a relatively new hotel this surprises me. Regarding the restaurant downstairs the service was terrible. We sat there for a good 15 minutes before anyone came to see us. When our food arrived(finally so did the bread and butter which i thought was weird) the steak was ice cold in the middle and when my wife asked about it they told her since i started eating the sides there was nothing they could do… We left and went to go ask the concierge about the shuttle service and in the conversation she asked how was our dinner. We said not very good regarding the rude encounters we had experienced. About 30 minutes later we were back in our room and I was taking a shower when all of a sudden the phone rang and it was the manager of the restaurant. She started getting very angry with my wife and told her we had no right to say the service was bad. My wife was very upset afterwards and i thought it was absurd for the restaurant to have direct access to our rooms phone. This was a terrible experience, we will never go back to visit.

I did not expect much from an airport hotel but was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice hotel, with clean and well equipped rooms that had a modern design and comfortable bed. While the view is not amazing, the hotel is highly accessible from the airport and the sound isolation is good enough that the takeoffs and landings are not audible throughout the hotel. The restaurant is very good, with good variety of dishes. Same for breakfast. One thing that was missing was a safe at the front desk as i do not trusts the standard ones they have in the rooms. If you are looking for a hotel as close to the airport as possible I would highly recommend it.

The most convenient hotel for a night before traveling. Clean and spacious rooms. The front desk service can be either perfect or very average. It's staff dependent ! Nice bar with a good selection of cocktails, good restaurant and quick room service.

PPR-CDG is well-located in terms of CDG which is why we chose to stay there. Some of the staff were great whereas others made me feel like I was imposing on them. Food was decent though menu options are limited. Room and bed were comfortable.

I really do not understand all the negative reviews here. Our experience was different. Checking in was smooth and easy. We were even shown to the correct elevator. The room was great, clean and very modern. Shower was fantastic. But the best of all was the super comfortable bed. That bed was a dream. I have not slept so well in a long time in a hotel. This hotel in my point of view is the best choice in CDG.

I have been in Premium hotel multiple times. At least every 2 months for 5 years now. I have been in this hotel before this visit. But this time I went with wife and 2 kids for 6 nights in Deluxe Rooms. Location is great. Welcome = 0. Reception people are jokes. Rude, not gentle with clients, making mimics with clients in French. Kevin, you have to trained again. Nora is cool. We arrived at 7 am and asked for an early check in. I have been asked to wait until the 11 am. With kids sleeping on the couch I the lobby. Checked again at 11:30, still no room available. Normal check in should have been 2 pm. We finally checked in at 3:30 pm. The rooms not cold. I have been told it’s normal, because they weee cleaning rooms with door opened. We were exhausted by the travel. So we all slept. The day after when we woke up, I went in my kids rooms, their bedrooms were completely wet. The air conditioning was not working. Went to reception, they sent a guy who agree that there was issue with air conditioning. I went back to reception, they told, they can’t change us for another room. The day after, same experience, we all were sweating during all nights. Kids was like they were taking their bath on their bedrooms. I went back to reception and asked to check with Hotel Manager. They finally changed us for another Deluxe rooms on the same floor. That was much more better. But…. The middle door which allows to get into the deluxe doors rooms were not opening with our keys. After 4 back and forth to Reception, I’ve been told a technician would come and fixed. Guess what ? Never fixed. So for all the remaining stay, 5 days (Thursday to Monday), every time we go out from our bedrooms, we let the middle opened. Otherwise we would not be able to enter in our bed rooms. Unless someone had to come with us every time to open the door. And inside the room, my wife had his robe torn by a nail when she was getting in the bathroom. I am STRONGLY unhappy, disappointed, fooled. I have been in all over the world, in the 5 five continents. Never experienced such a FAILURE. Heads up though to people of the restaurant.

A nice hotel with good amenities with direct connection to Terminal 2. The underground train is a minute walk away. They do have a staff shortage, a long line to check in. The restaurant is nice and the breakfast buffet excellent. There should be a snack bar open between lunch and dinner, as people arrive at all hours. Comfortable bed to get a good nights' sleep before your flight.

Great place to spend the last night in Paris to make it easier to get to the airport on time!! Easy walk from Terminal 3. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Nice restaurant with warm staff. Could use a nightlight.

An excellent hotel with excellent facilities and staff. We decided to stay here prior to our return home after a long time travelling. The staff on check in were excellent. Amelie looked after us and ensured we knew what to do. The rooms are amazing and well appointed. We had a coffee maker and jug, fridge and complimentary drinks. They even dropped off a small gift of chocolates. The hotel is a two minute walk from where the train drops of at Terminal 1/3. The shuttle CDGver train for Terminal Two and parking also stops here. Aeroville and shopping is not far. The bar and restaurant are awesome, Kevin our barman was amazing. A great stay made better by a well run facility and professional, friendly people.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a very good variety. The pool was chilly, but big enough for a lot of people. The dinner was way too expensive, so we went to a different hotel restaurant. It was nice to be located next to the airport shuttle as well as the metro lines.

The outside veranda were countless rats. Food and drinks very expensive and either undercooked or burnt. There is no air-conditioning in any of the rooms. Had 2 rooms for 6 nights complained sent up the technician every day who would confirm that the air conditioning was working, it was not. Could not sleep waking up sweating, no windows, no balcony, no air. Spent a month in Europe worst hotel ever.

Great hotel... rooms, staff, amenities, large lobby lounge area with lots of private nooks.. Book your room including breakfast if possible. Incredible breakfast but at $28€ per person it's pricey. Dinner menu never changes and is narrow, but food is excellent. Lunch/dinner options nearby are very limited. 100 yards from the Airport people mover and national train station... super convenient.

It's very much style over substance with this hotel. I will never get over the fact that they separated the bathroom and toilet, but failed to install a sink with the toilet? So you go to do your business, but you still habe to go the bathroom to wash your hands afterwards. why? They also charged our credit card with a security deposit. of which they would keep the hotel tax after refunding the deposit. I don't think I would come here again even if it was just for a night.

Very nice rooms, great location and good restaurant for a business dinner. Understaffed hotel with long check-in/out queues. Very poor customer service: I had an issue with my bill and it took the hotel 10 days to answer.

This hotel excels with a functioning air conditioner and boasts a prime location offering an excellent view, particularly for aviation enthusiasts who can observe airplanes up close. Compared to the Novotel hotel nearby, the overall experience is superior, making it a preferred choice for those seeking accommodation near the airport. Enjoy the convenience, comfort, and captivating airplane vistas provided by this hotel.

The location is perfect ! You can easily access the hotel from the airport train Station (RER B, Terminal 1). People at the reception were friendly. The reason why I rate it only 4 stars is because despite having a reservation for the day (9:00am-18:00) (because my flight was late at night and I arrived very early at the Paris so I needed some rest). I didn't have the opportunity to get a room. Hotel was full, and priority is given to airlines crew, which I can understand. However it would have been better to notify that my reservation was subject to availability... I had to wait several hours in the lobby, hoping a room would become available. Anyways, I was able to charge my phone, work on my computer and take some coffee, but the day was long without rest.

Best airport we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend. Easy 2 stops from airport. Excellent Monoprix mini supermarket across the road in the train station with plenty of excellent meals and bites for a family for dinner. Pool is a huge win and worth it for any family wanting some fun to break up the travel. Breakfast in restaurant was very very good. Give yourself 3 hours to leave hotel before a flight. We had a 1030am departure and arrived at 820am and the queues were bad at customs and security. Stressful and wish we had made more time.

We stayed a night at this airport hotel. It was a comfortable stay. Breakfast is great at the hotel. Only request is if they can include some more vegetarian options in the restaurant menu.

This was a terrible hotel and experience. The staff were unfriendly, the bed sheets smelt like body odor, when we asked for room service it never came, the room design is poor, we paid more for an upgraded room but it was nothing special and looked like all the others. Would not stay at this hotel again and do not recommend.

THIS PLACE IS A TRAP! One of the worst, most overpriced, unprofessional hotels I’ve experienced in a long time. Cheaply appointed rooms with non-functioning outlets and telephones. Staffed by amateurs, with loud, trashy club music on the floor above your room until 1am (which makes no sense considering this is a hotel attached to an airport). Clearly the “club” is there to provide income from alcohol sales at the expense of most guests. I have an early flight so I asked to be moved to a lower floor. They moved to me to a room where I can still clearly hear the music, but now I get to enjoy the additional feature of the room smelling like an ash tray. There are stains all over the carpet and urine from the last resident still splattered all over the toilet seat. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I want my money back, but I’m sure that’s not going to happen. I’ve read other reviews that seem to indicate people have had fraudulent charges from this hotel; I will definitely be checking what they charge me and disputing anything that is incorrect.

Really the only restaurant, in the hotel area of CDG Airport, worth going to. We wanted a decent sit down meal after a long flight and long lay over. Everything else seemed like fast food. This restaurant was a short 2 min walk from the Ibis hotel. The bar was friendly and had great service. The restaurant food was presented well, but was just good not great. Service was awesome. We enjoyed our meal as the atmosphere and presentation was pleasant. Prices high but still worth it with no where else to go.

A nightmare. 2 months earlier We booked for 6 nights. We arrived on July 12th at 07h30, my wife our 2 children 6 and 10 years old and myself. We asked for a early check in that we will pay and no room was available. Which is ok. So we waited in the lobby and kids sleeping on the couch until 2pm. We asked for check in. And our room still not available. Meanwhile our saw a couple who came after our arrival asking for the same set of Deluxe Room. And guess what? It was granted. Until 3pm our deluxe rooms which should have been on the 08th floor was not ready. So we waited in the lobby with our kids for 08 hours. Finally we were given a set of room at 7th floor. . When we woke up on 13th July My kids were sweating. I checked and AC was not ok property. And I asked reception to change rooms. And it was denied. A complete mess. And I am frequent traveller with same category of hotel or higher. But these 2 days ( still have 5 to go since we are in vacations for 1 week from Canada) have been horrible. Without mentionning that water pool was cold. Spa was not functioning. If zero was allowed, I would rate it so. I have been in this hotel before. And multiple in Accorhotels. But never experience such a failure in my whole life as frequent traveller

This is a very nice hotel, with pleasant lobby area an good clean room of high standard. Also very convenient with easy transfer to the airport. There is, sadly a management problem. We did not get the connecting doors setup that we had booked, and the staff seemed rather indifferent to the problem in splitting up a family with small kids into separate rooms. Check out was also very confused with long lines and waiting times. One receptionist started checking us out but changed his mind, saying that he was going on a lunch break. Instead we had to start over with a long cue. This did seem more like a structural problem than a one off, so I would advise against staying here if you have a plane to catch or arrive late at night. Both checking in and checking out took os well over an hour.

I spent a night in transit at the hotel. The staff is welcoming and courteous. Please try the local beer at the bar. I had dinner at the hotel and it was very well prepared. The serving staff offered a glass of wine on the house. Special mention to Ms.Christine who went out of the way to reverse an extra charge on my credit card.

Although this is an airport hotel, it is much better than some of the high-end hotels near the more touristy areas in Paris. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, as well as the quality of the food at the hotel restaurant. Pros - Very clean, modern hotel. Bedding is very comfortable. - Well-stocked bathrooms with nice amenities, slippers, bathrobes etc. - Right near Paris CDG airport, with the departure terminals a few minutes away by shuttle train. The shuttle train departs within a minute walk from the hotel. - Excellent hotel restaurant. Went here for both dinner and breakfast, and the quality is much better than what is typically expected at an airport hotel. - Efficient check-in and check-out process. Cons - No real cons. Hotel is on the expensive side (~typically 150-200 euro's per night), other than that no real criticism. Would definitely come back here when in the area.
