Frau Meixner scheint zum Glück kein Teil mehr des Teams zu sein! Sie war so etwas von fehl am Platz! Trotzdem könnte die Freundlichkeit generell etwas zunehmen. Auch die automatische Anruf Annahme finde ich vollkommen daneben, auch wenn der Anruf zeitnah erfolgte, hatte allerdings leider das Gefühl dass ich nicht mit einem Mitarbeiter der Praxis verbunden bin, da die Antworten zu lange dauerten. Und das bei solch sensiblen Daten schon bedenklich

Ich fühle mich im Infektiologikum immer u bestens betreut. Ich bin beruflich viel unterwegs und man kennt sich dort auch mit nicht heimischen Infektionskrankheiten aus. Überall stehen Desinfektionsspender. Auch schon vor der Pandemie. Es gibt auch Wasserspender auf beiden Stockwerken. Die Toiletten sind sauber. Die Arzthelferinnen können auch super Blut nehmen, selbst bei dünnen u schwierigen Venen. Der Kontakt per eMail funktioniert am besten. Telefon eher nicht so. Ich war schon bei Frau Dr. Knecht vertretungsweise, wenn Herr Dr. Lutz nicht konnte. Alle Arzthelferinnen sind supernett. Auch die Rezeptionisten. Ich durfte auch schon kurzfristig vorbeikommen, wenn es mal akut war. Ich kann die Praxis nur empfehlen. Alle sind sehr kompetent u versucht eine “gute” Lösung für jeden zu finden. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Besonders Dr Lutz kann ich sehr empfehlen, er hat sich für mich Zeit genommen und war sehr höflich.
