The dental clinic is spotless and staff is very friendly. However, the quote received is twice as high than for same services I now get back in high priced Switzerland - guess we call this an attempt to rip-off a patient. Why!?

I was looking for a new dentist and I chose this practice because of the numerous positive reviews. The employees are friendly and the practice is modernly equipped. However, I quickly had the feeling that they were trying to take money out of the customer's pockets with expensive treatment methods. Cheaper alternative treatment options are simply rejected. I am glad that I got opinions from other doctors and can therefore not recommend the practice.

I am a patient of this clinic withs long history. I had treatments in different countries and with different doctors which never helped me. I had periodontitis which was scaring me and affecting my overall health. Doctor Lopes suggested to have a laser treatment with professional tooth cleaning. I was super scared at the beginning but i must admit it went easy and i totally healed. During my periodontitis, I‘ve got tooth cleaning from Ms Gurleyen. She was super nice and professional. Also I got couple of new Crowns and fillings. If you have big problems with your fillings go and see Ms. Weber. She spent hours to save my tooth which created huge problem. Super nice doctor with kindness and nice communication skills. Overall i am very happy with the clinic. Easy to get appointment, easy to pay and super competent doctors.

I've been coming here for 3 years now. They have a very respectful, friendly, and extremely competent team. The office is very clean and the location is easily reachable. I highly recommend them!

Das ist mit Abstand die beste Zahnarztpraxis im Umkreis von Frankfurt !!! Durch die vielen positiven Bewertungen bei Google und meinen sehr heftigen Zahnschmerzen, bin ich hier hergekommen. Man kommt in eine großräumige, helle und freundliche Zahnarztpraxis, in der sich selbst Angstpatienten wohl fühlen können. Ich bekam direkt einen Behandlungstermin. Es herrscht hier ein ausgesprochen freundlicher Umgangston. Sehr angenehm. So komme ich auch gerne zum nächsten Termin wieder. Man wird einen Tag vor der nächsten Behandlung noch einmal von einer Zahnarzthelferin telefonisch an den Termin erinnert. Sehr toller Service! nach ein toller Zahnbehandlung, ich kann wieder alles essen und herzhaft lachen! Das habe ich einem tollen Team aus Zahnärzten/innen, Zahnarzthelferinnen und Zahntechnikern zu verdanken. Hierfür ein ganz großes Lob an dieses Team und herzlichen Dank!!!

The best dentist in Frankfurt!!! I needed a Paradontitis treatment which i was very nervous about, but they have the latest technology, explained everything clearly and it didnt hurt at all! Extremely kind and patient staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease in their more than capable hands. I will definately be back!!!

Best Dentist Ever

Ich hatte immer Angst und Schmerzen beim Zahnarzt, doch hier war es komplett das Gegenteil. Ich hatte während der Behandlung keine Schmerzen und war überrascht wie schön meine Zähne nach der professionellen Zahnreinigung aussahen. Beste Praxis und alle super freundlich. Nur zum empfehlen,

Enttäuschende Erfahrung mit der Abrechnung Ich hatte bei DENT-UP ein Zahnbleaching geplant und wurde anfänglich informiert, dass die Kosten 750 Euro betragen. Leider fehlte die klare Kommunikation bezüglich der Mehrwertsteuer und anderer potenzieller Gebühren. Ich versuchte mehrmals, über WhatsApp Klarheit zu bekommen, aber meine Fragen wurden ignoriert oder unzureichend beantwortet. Telefonisch war die Erreichbarkeit ebenfalls problematisch, außer wenn es um Terminverschiebungen ging. Obwohl die Zahnarzthelferin versuchte, mich über günstigere Optionen zu informieren, fühlte ich mich unangemessen behandelt, als die endgültige Rechnung nicht den vorherigen Absprachen entsprach. Nachdem ich eine kritische Bewertung direkt ans Team verfasst hatte, wurde mir mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht, anstatt auf meine Anliegen einzugehen. Das hat mein Vertrauen weiter erschüttert. Es wurde kurz und knapp eigentlich mehrmals nur Wiederholt, das ich es unterschrieben hatte und deswegen das auch zahlen muss. Des öfteren hat sie darauf hingewiesen das sie mir das gesagt hatte (was nicht stimmt). Trotz dieser enttäuschenden Erfahrung werde ich die Rechnung innerhalb der nächsten 48 Stunden begleichen. Dennoch hoffe ich auf eine positive Wendung und eine offene Kommunikation seitens DENT-UP. Das Ergebnis war dennoch gut deswegen gibt es den einen Stern der sowieso da sein muss. I've been to different dentists over the years and was looking for a good dentist who could fix my periodontitis problem, but no one had done it yet, but when I found this practice I met Ms. Lopes, the periodontist. I am very satisfied, a great woman who knows her work very well and specializes in periodontology solved my periodontitis problem. At first I was afraid of this treatment because I had heard so many bad things about it, but it eased my fears and the treatment went very smoothly and painlessly. Overall, it was a great, pleasant and, above all, successful treatment, thank you again, Ms. Lopes!
