Too many dead fish in many aquarium that have even been eaten by the other fish so cleanliness and fish care do not seem up to a respectable standard.

I've never encountered more rude staff than there. The worst service I've ever experienced in any store of any kind. The location of the pet shop is far from where I live - it would take me one hour to get there - so, I called before to ask if they have what I was looking for (female hamster - easy question). The person was extremely rude and told me in a very aggressive tone that he doesn't have time for my ONE QUESTION and I should go there directly, and hanged up the phone. I would never buy anything from there because of this. For management: you should reconsider your employees. The " call" happened on Saturday, Oct 24, 2020, at 4:43 PM.

Plenty of toys and for your pets. This included the worms for geckos. There are also pets for sale. Hamsters, dwarf bunnies and birds. It is inside the shipping centre which is great and there is a parking garage which makes it really convenient.

Very nice variety of animals, from aquatic to reptiles. The staff also speaks a little bit of english, which helped.

Sells reptile, rabbits, hamsters ,fish ,has food for reptile and decoration, terrarium ,heating lamps ,only do not have the long UVB light lamp set up ( does have the light it self thou) overall , helpfull stuff ,a lot things for your pets. Will be coming back for sure

Essential section of aquarium supply, fresh plants and live food for fish and terrarium. Friendly staff. All kind of other supplies for pets, like cats and dogs. Small family owned shop in a mall. Good when you need something
