I liked the rooms and classes. The like sauna is a mini-bonus. The price scheme upsets me because you need to buy sessions in blocks in advance and then you have a short time to use them up. You get the option to lengthen the validity i.e. you get to pay to use what you already paid for. I somehow find this commercial technique not fitting to a yoga studio.

A beautiful place for yoga, a real oasis in Frankfurt. Super lovely people, a great shop and a great café. You feel very comfortable there, the yoga teachers are very friendly but also demanding, and there is a sauna (a highlight). Everything is very modern and beautiful.

The Bistro area is really nice and cozy. Capuchino costs 3€. All chairs and tables are different and surrounded by lots os plants. The atmosphere is quite relaxed and there is plenty of young, healthy and good looking people chilling around. It must be hard to get a table since it gets crowded. I havent tried the yoga classes!

Best deli in Frankfurt! Everyone will find what they are looking for when it comes to eating/drinking, there is a huge selection. (personal favs: carrot cake and raw avocado) The glass front and the plants create a super relaxed atmosphere that is also good for working :) Will definitely come back, absolute insider tip in Frankfurt!

My favorite place to do yoga in Frankfurt. An absolute feel-good place. Well equipped and beautifully designed and decorated. Unfortunately, the courses are sometimes very full, but I have been very satisfied with most of the courses so far. Great shop & deli in the same building.

After a long time I was there again for the first time on Sunday for the Sunday Flow course. Unfortunately it was completely overcrowded. You couldn't stretch out and do the exercises without correlating with your neighbor. The air was super bad and the yoga teacher didn't run around to correct it. I hope that it was just bad luck and that it wasn't because they wanted to get as much out of the studio as possible. A limit on the number of people would be necessary to ensure that the courses can be held accordingly. You can otherwise get 23€ for pure frontal lessons cheaper through yoga videos, but unfortunately no added value was created. It's a shame that the experience was so negative this time :( when we shared our experience at reception as we were leaving, it was dismissed with "hm ok, we'll pass it on"

Nice studio, you can also have some delicious food here. Organic quality. You should form your own opinion about the teachers in courses. I tried to take some authentic pictures.

Balance Yoga has become my happy place, my home away from home. I know that no matter what my schedule looks like and no matter how I feel, I can look up the schedule and pick a class that fits. There are so many different yoga styles to choose from and so many different teachers, it’s fabulous. Plus workshops, trainings etc, there really is something for everyone. Furthermore, I have met so many wonderful people and made new friends. And what’s more....the space is incredibly beautiful and the food at the deli is amazing. I can highly recommend Balance Yoga and if you haven’t been yet....go check it out! Give it a try.....

All good. But what a dishonest reason for switching off the sauna at the moment. Officially: It's too hot for the sauna. Who are you to decide that? I pay my membership, and it's a part of it! Sauna is not a warm up room in cold times...but very efficient for (muscle) relaxation and many other benefits. Just be honest and say the energy costs are too high. Your members are not dumb. But obviously that's the way you think.

I’ve taken a class only one time here and I don’t speak German, but I gotta say it’s the best yoga studio in Frankfurt! Wish they had a parking space! You have to park a mall two blocks away

I strongly recommend this studio to anyone visiting or living in Frankfurt with a passion for Yoga. Not only does it house some of the most talented, friendliest and best trained yoga teachers Germany can offer but together with its competent staff, modern facility and its diversified programme it does not make Yoga simply seem like a sport.

Little green oasis in the middle of the buzzing city center of Frankfurt with a cafe serving delicious vegan food (the chocolate smoothie bowl is insane!). I really like the variety of yoga classes and styles (everything from Yin yoga to Vinyasa Flow or Ashtanga and even kids yoga) as well as the yoga teachers - there is something/someone for everyone. I have just bought my 2nd 10-class pass and can only recommend the studio for beginners and advanced yogis.

Very nice staff and a really modern restaurant with a calming atmosphere. We were only there to eat, but unfortunately we weren't impressed with the taste, especially for the price. The service at the checkout was really very friendly (blonde girl).

The yoga studio is very, very nice, everything is very modern and aesthetically designed and furnished. The teachers also do a good job. But there is one big but: the classes are so overcrowded that I can't stretch my arms in class. Why don't you limit the number of participants? If you pay €25 per hour, you expect enough space for the exercises.

Green oasis to linger. Here you are not only in good hands for great yoga classes, but you can also eat delicious vegan food and make yourself comfortable with friends/family or with a nice book. Large selection of different yoga styles - there is something for everyone!

I moved from Frankfurt one month ago to Vancouver, Canada. For four years Balance Yoga was my second home in Frankfurt where I attended classes in City and Sachsenhausen Studio every day. In the studios you can find yoga mats, lockers and tea for free and, if you need you, can ask for a towel for the shower. The new studio in Downtown cannot be described in words- you have to go see it. Even if you are not having a class, you can enjoy a drink or food in the cafeteria and look through a very nice yoga book that you find on the tables. You will find a very warm environment and you feel at home. When you arrive, you are welcomed at the reception by a friendly member of staff and there, you can ask about classes and teachers. If you don't have any experience in yoga, they can suggest the right class for you. My experience with the teachers was wonderful, they are very professional and caring. I used to attend regularly Venyasa, Jivamukti and Ashtanga classes. I would like to thanks all my teachers: Brenda, Anna, Annette, Rebecca, Alex, Michaela, Stefanie, Graziella, Karsten, Diarra. My German is very poor but all the teachers can speak English with you and some teacher can also speak Spanish, French or Italian. After the class you can take a shower and enjoy the sauna. Everything is extremely clean. Now that I attend two yoga studios in Vancouver, I have realised the advanced teaching level at the Balance Yoga and how much I had improved there during my time there. I really miss Balance Yoga. Thank you Brigitte for the wonderful job that you are doing - keep it up. I hope to visit again soon!

👍👍 I joined the Ashtanga classes given by Chris in July 2017. There were several places around Frankfurt which I considered but it was an easy decision. Chris accommodates a wide range of people in his class; each doing yoga for their own reasons. Although I cannot speak for anyone else, I personally...

😠 I would like to convey the problem we encountered in its true form, and I leave the decision to you. We enrolled our 3-year-old daughter in this ballet school in April, along with a few other families who also enrolled their children in the same period. Later, we heard that there would be an end-of-...
