In Frankfurt, the client service is HORRIBLE! Sellers are not helpful at all with customers to find the sizes and clothes in this messy market. Definitely it’s missing personnel and they don’t care at all. The salary should be linked to the sales and then the system would work. Increasing motivation!!! Such a pain to do shopping in Frankfurt/Germany, impossible to find proper clothes. Also in P&C for ladies they don’t sell small sizes, no 30-32 for clothes etc! Ridiculous. Luckily I go to Italy and spend my money there rather than here.

I just love Peek & Cloppenburg! Super large selection of work wear, dressed outfits or jeans and t-shirts and everything in between. Please note that the stores in Northern Germany have a different assortment (different labels) than the rest of Germany so Hamburg and Dresden for instance is a bit different than Berlin, Frankfurt and the rest of Germany. I prefer the latter...

I bought my first high quality suit with the superb help of Mr. Osman. He was extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, and kind. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Its a beautiful place to do shopping but some of their kasseierin are rude, they look down on you especially if you're black. This time around the Verkäufer was so nice, and very very patience, because I was looking for a Suit for my son, we tried everything but I was not okay with them so I didn't buy anything but he was still smiling and was no sign of Anger, he was surprise when I came back to pick one of the most expensive Suit.

They offer a very broad range of clothing. Usually prices are at a higher level for most of the stuff they sell. Sometimes they offer some good discounts.

Its OK....they are missing something you cant buy, some kind of soul. There is enough merchandise for all demands, thats it.

I was looking for a coat at Hugo Boss corner , and sales lady , with dark long hair came to assist me, we started talking and she helped me to choose pink oversized coat . I liked her nice manner, friendliness and how well groomed she appeared . Because of this positive encounter , I made decision to buy coat for 350 euro , although I wasn’t planning to buy . Another sales lady at Armani corner came to help me to try on another coat , we started chatting , she made also great impression on me , very well groomed, dressed nice , accurate. With such pleasant professional manners . It was on evening 12.12 around 19:30 . These two employees made such positive impact on me . I would definitely shop every time I am in Frankfurt in P&C .

Numerous brands available, restroom, coffee fellows available. Few sitting places available when u get tired shopping. Only thing I don’t like is the way they organise the category of clothes. Number of billing counters and they are quick. I have never waited long here

Good selection of brand items. Respectively, prices are not low (except for sales and/or special events like Black Friday, etc.). Yet, selection of sizes and styles worth it.
