Against
my
better
judgement,
I
decided
to
give
this
store
another
try.
I'm
lucky
I
speak
German
and
was
only
treated
with
indifference
by
the
bearded
sales
guy
in
the
hiking
department.
There
were
several
foreigners
looking
to
spend
good
money,
and
he
treated
them
very
rudely.
At
first
I
thought
he
didn't
speak
English
because
he
insisted
on
replying
in
German
to
questions
asked
in
English,
but
then
with
other
customers
he
did
bark
out
gruff
and
obviously
annoyed
commands
in
English
without
being
in
the
least
helpful.
This
shop
is
not
deserving
of
our
money,
there
are
plenty
of
other
better
choices.

Decent
range
of
seasonal
products
on
ground
floor.
Weird
mix
in
the
basement,
and
even
though
the
clothes
racks
are
always
jam
packed,
I've
never
been
able
to
find
what
I
was
looking
for
(esp.
running
and
fitness
outfits).
An
acceptable
range
of
outdoor
and
trekking
gear
on
the
first
floor,
as
well
as
a
small
biking
section.
What
I
cannot
deal
with
is
the
utter
lack
of
motivation
displayed
by
the
sales
staff.
Customers
are
obviously
perceived
as
an
annoyance.
Why
should
I
spend
my
money
there
if
they
offer
absolutely
no
advantage
over
online
shopping?
